Worst flowers shop!
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. 0 star supposed to be! I ordered standing flowers for funeral I was disappointed when I was received my order not exactly from the picture. Not even closed the picture either and flowers not fresh. It doesn’t matter if you have substitution policy but you have to inform your client (as a good customer service).
Recommendation: I dont reccomended

Funeral arrangement not delivered
I ordered a flower arrangement for an employee's funeral well before the funeral date. I received no confirmation of delivery or delay and found out from the grieving family that the flowers had never arrived. When I called in, I was told that I had to submit an email and they started talking with another customer. they didn't even put me on hold
Claimed loss: $170.16 is the money that I've paid.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and apology for the reputational loss to my company and disappointment caused to my employee's family.

Fruit basket
I ordered a fruit basket for delivery to someone we know that had her father pass away, first the basket cost me $160 when it is on the site as $99, second there was no sympathy card only delivery paper, third there were expired products in basket that the person sent me pictures asking why I would do such thing to them when they just lost someone, fourth I called it to complain they hang up on my face, fifth I sent an email about it and all they said was that they will give me $5.49 store credit and that I was charged only $99 when on my credit card statement I was clearly charged $160.
They are rude and unprofessional. They don't care for health safety on their products or their potential future clients.
Desired outcome: I would like them to apologize to the client the basket was delivered to for their lack of care for the items delivered and refund me the remainder of money they charged extra then they say the cost is which is at least $60.

Rude, Unprofessional Communication
I order flowers for my sister recently diagnosed with cancer. I thought flowers that were delivered were slightly withering. Communicated my thoughts, response was rude, i asked that my info be removed from their system. The response sent to me was, “nice try, we already did that yesterday”

Gift basket
The order received was nothing like what was advertised on your website. I am attaching screenshots of what you said would be in the gift basket vs what got delivered. This is unacceptable and please fix this as soon as possible!
16 items are replaced only 6 items(of lesser cost) it is only fair to add 16 items even if it is of lower value. It's unfair to promise 16 items and deliver less than half that too at a lower price. If that is the case 60% of my money can be refunded back to me.

Bonsai Plant and Wine Gift
I ordered a bonsai and a bottle of wine for my aunt's birthday, along with a card with a message. The gifts arrived with an invoice belonging to someone else (who sends an invoice with a gift?), the box it came in was addressed to someone else, and the plant was nothing like what they have posted on their website. Furthermore, they sent the wrong bottle of wine - unoaked - which is a specific taste, which my aunt is unlikely to drink. Having paid almost $160, you would think they would make sure everything is intact and in good condition. I called and emailed the store. The owner (man) who picked up was extremely rude, argued with me and even hung up on me. He refused to give me a refund or re-deliver the correct plant and wine. You would think if the product is not available they would call you to ask if the replacement they are giving is to your satisfaction. This business should close down. I advise people to stay away from this store. They rip you off and have no business etiquette, nor morals.

Furthermore, I have attached the invoice they had in the box which is addressed to another name, address and has the wrong items on it.

I ordered sympathy flowers ( called Healing Tears all white) bouquet on Monday July 5th which I was told couldn't deliver same day it would be delivered next day (Tuesday). No flowers arrived on Tuesday . Called Wednesday morning only to find out that apparently I said Minden and not Minden Hills so no delivery because of this. I asked why didn't someone call the number they asked me for to get directions. The answer started off by " well mam with covid etc….." I said I'm tired of hearing excuses regarding COVID. I was assured delivery the next day. Flowers arrived the next day late afternoon and were NOT the ones i ordered.
Reading some of the other complaints this seems to be the norm. Actually one complaint ordered the exact same flowers and received the exact same wrong ones I did. This is not a COVID issue or coincidence. This appears the way this company function. It's not the way to treat customers.

Ordered a funeral arrangement for a close family member. The advertised bouquet was on sale and felt it was appropriate for the occasion. Due to covid we could not attend the funeral so my relative sent me a picture and thanking me for the bouquet. It was at that time that I was shocked - the product was not what was advertised. I tried calling the florist no response - I sent an email with a picture of the bouquet received and advertised - and stressed my disappointment still waiting to see if they respond. The florist never called stating any issues

Their excuse for the shortfall was that they had to deliver from Toronto to London Ontario, which was the justification for the smaller boutique. I will never order from them again - just a scam artist

I am so offended by what was delivered to my Mother for Mother's Day on Saturday, May 8th.
You sincerely need to vet the florists that you outsource work to - I'm not entirely sure who "Blooms Gifts Bridal" are, but you need to stop all business transactions with them. Their level of quality and satisfaction is so low, that you can be guaranteed of nothing but unhappiness.
I have nothing but disgust for the arrangement that was delivered versus what was purchased online. Nowhere in the photo from your website were there carnations and the common daisy. I expected more roses and gerbera daisies - instead of the carnations, the common daisy and green filler. Not to mention the "vase" - it looks like a reused plastic water bottle.
Have a look at what was expected versus what was delivered. I'm sure you will agree with my disappointment.
My mother called to let me know that she was happy with them, however, I was too ashamed to admit that they were a disappointment to me and make her unhappy on her special day.
I paid over $100 for flowers I could have picked from a field. Absolutely disgusted!

I ordered an arrangement "Santa Paws". I called and placed the order over the phone. I specifically asked if it would be exactly as the display online. I was told yes. Once received I had my sister send me pictures. It looks nothing like the arrangement online and the container was not the one shown in the picture either. I am extremely disappointed with this arrangement given the price I paid. Definitely not worth the money and I would never use them again. I feel I should be refunded at least partially.

I am embarrassed, disappointed and disgusted at what was delivered to a funeral home! I wish I would have checked reviews before I did... Photos of 'what should have been' and 'what was'. And they are standing by their claim that the flowers sent were of a higher quality and there were more roses than the picture, etc. No refund is offered unless I bring them back. Yeah ok!
They still claim that in the picture I sent them of the delivered basket that they look beautiful and fresh! They were dying!

You do not have an email listed to contact either. I have already contacted my credit card company as many of your reviews say that this is a scam. Order number is 18448. I order three Sweet Deluxe Towers for Christmas to be delivered on Christmas Eve. I was charged three different amounts, but the receipts show the same amount of $80.36. I was not able to contact anyone until much later. Once I did, towers were sent, but they were NOT what I ordered. Each box had a couple of chocolates. This is a total SCAM site. The phone number is not valid. You cannot leave a message and need a code to sign in.

Had ordered flowers for my mum last month - paid about $90 for something stale and a complete disappointment! They didn't even bother to email back - extremely poor customer service. Also today I received a msg from the bank of a transaction on my credit card for flowers from 24SendFlowers.com for $85!
They are fraud! Hope nobody uses them ever!
Ordered fruit basket on February 28 and was supplied to be delivered same day. Choose option on their website to be delivered on that day. Since I found out it was not delivered I called in the evening, no answer. Got call next morning and was told no one came to the door. Oook. They will deliver on February 29th. March 1st, not delivered yet.
