Flower delivery
I ordered flowers on Jan 16th for my mom's birthday on the 17th. When they weren't delivered on the 17th I sent them an email asking why and for a refund. They responded that they had sent me an email saying that they wouldn't be delivered until the 18th and I could cancel by 9 a.m I never saw that as it went to my junk file. The flowers were not delivered until the 19th and I was not happy with them. I called the company and was told basically too bad. Sent them another email asking for a refund and they have ignored my request

Flower delivery and communications
Where other companies online were all saying not able to deliver until two days later, I went with the more expensive (for a comparable offering) Flowersallover because they had carefully set aside a section of choices that could be delivered same day.
I do not recall seeing any printed information on the site as to a cut off time for the order, nor did the order taker advise me that they, too, could not deliver until Monday.
I was very frustrated not to be able to locate in my email confirmation of my order. (It turns out it was in spam, which I had checked, by the way, but - they had no identifying name of the company, simply "order receipt" - nothing with the word "flowers" in it, so had been difficult to find.
Additionally - when I had spoken with my credit card company to get the name they do business under, and a phone number - I noticed that there was a similar additional charge pending (for a few dollars less), and it turned out to be a second charge pending, tho I had only ordered one item.
Customer service, while they did look up the information, was rather curt and saw nothing wrong with the above matters described.
I would have been OK with things, had they advised me on the phone that it was not posssible to deliver until two days later, but that was not the case.
They also had claimed that I had placed the order too late in the day - however, the time stamp on their email, (which I finally located) indicated otherwise! It should have been delivered.
Well I had posted a previous review, complaining that FlowersAllOver site (which is actually TLF EXotic Flowers in Boston), and feel that at least I can report that the flowers, 2 days late, apparently were well received, as the final recipient of the flowers (the intended recipient had told me when I called her to say the flowers would be arriving, said she was allergic - and not having any information on the order, could not get it cancelled - and, but her neighbor, who it just so happens was having a birthday so we had them take the flowers when they finally arrived, she tells me quite enthusiastically that they were overwhelmingly beautiful.
They just need to train their personnel to be a little more caring - and careful in their communications, both in print, and on the phone - and to make good on their promises.
Product was never delivered, could not get ahold of customer service.
Order flowers 2 days in advance to be delivered on a specific day (5/18/21) for a birthday.
No show, no communication no nothing.
I contacted customer service _ which was closed (of course) despite calling within the hours they have listed.
Then I emailed and got a response that the specific location that was suppose to deliver was closed so they had no updates.
Of course I want a refund but a refund does not do justice if you are sending flowers for an occasion. Being late does not resolve the injustice.

Floral Arrangment
I am extremely dissatisfied with the flowers that were delivered.
They look absolutely nothing like the bouquet I ordered. Everyone who saw the picture of the order and the flowers delivered, all reacted in the same way. OMG those are not the bouquet ordered.
I ordered a beautiful bouquet of white roses, with tiny blue flowers in a keepsake baby block vase.
I received a tiny pencil cup case, with a tasteless chintzy stuffed bear attached. With a rose or two and a few straggly looking yellow flowers.
This looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered: Frankly I was embarrassed that she received such a chintzy looking arrangement.
I contacted the company based on their guarantee that they would replace the flowers if I was not happy and they tried to tell me the ones delivered were better than the ones I ordered. They suggested they could go pick the flowers up and give me my money back. How tasteless is that. I simply wanted them to provide the flowers I ordered and paid for.
Desired outcome: I want the flowers replaced with the ones I ordered.
Flowers not being delivered...
I ordered flowers through Teleflora to be delivered in Miami, FL on August 1st. The flowers were not delivered. I asked for the florist in Miami to get more information about the delivery. Teleflora said NO, they don't give out that info. The person they state signed for the flowers was NOT even there that day. I'm out $90.00 and no flowers. I have gotten NO help from Teleflora. Will never use them again.

Order Enchanted Garden arrangement for a wake. I also paid to upgrade the arrangement. When I saw the flowers that were delivered I was so embarrassed. The arrangement was very small not lush as the description states. The flowers were also smaller than the standard arrangement shown on the web site and not all the types of flowers were in the arrangement. In the future will not use or recommend Teleflora.
flowers delivered incorrectly
I ordered flowers for a funeral the price was $200 dollars when they got there it was not what I ordered, they looked like a $25 dollar mess and it was so embarrassing and to late to change it. I have been in touch with Paul Trifiro with Flowersallover.com and he just as much call me a liar, I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will fill a complaint on everything I can to warn people about this business.
I have the same experience with Flowersallover.com They sent a hideous arrangement in place of what I ordered and tried to say what they sent was better. Their solution was to go pick up their flowers.

Flowers ordered
I ordered flower from this company for a funeral the arrangement cost $49.99 .the flowers were to be 15 x 13 inches and a variety of colors and flowers. What was delivered to the grieving family was 10 yellow flowers that barely reached the top of the vase. the flowers appeared to be ones that could be picked along the road side. I was totally mortified when I arrived at the cemetery and saw what was the family received. When I called the company I was asked if I took a picture of the flowers at the graveside. I responded that no I did not take out my phone and snap a picture of the flowers. then given a e-mail address to contact customer service. customer service then told me that they would need to contact the grieving family to pick up the flowers. I will not allow that to happen.
Do not use this business. I ordered an arrangement for 79.99 which contained roses, Gerbera daisies, Large carnations, a stem of multiple small pink carnations, lime green button chrysanthemums and a stem with multiple small mums. Due to the "times" they substituted white, yellow daisies and one stem of delphenium with 3 gerbera daisies. The subsitution was far from equitable. Take a look.
This producct was never delivered even though the flowersallover.com said it was delivered The order was placed on 5/23/16 with order #[protected]. When the bill comes in, I will not pay it.
Poor customer service
I picked a same day delivery b day placed order and it was not delivered. When I called they were closed, sent email got immediate unprofessional response. Due to an upcoming holiday they cancelled the order via email. No phone call yet they charged my card. When I told them I never got email they were rude . I would not recommend them at all... very poor customer service.
Bad product
I had to attend a funeral in an area of Sussex county that I was not familiar with. There was a link to send flowers. I went onto the site and picked out an arrangement that was red-white-blue as the deceased was a vet. I paid 100.00 dollars for the arrangement. Plus a 16 dollar "handling fee" The total was 126.00 dollars. Upon arriving at the funeral I looked around and could not find the flowers. Finally i found a small vase maybe a quart (typically the size you would send for someone in a hospital) The arrangement had 18 carnations in it.I have gotten bigger and nicer arrangements for less than half this in the past. The site did not give dimensions of the arrangement or I would not have bought it. I felt awful, and embarrassed. I will never use this company again.

Terrible company
I used this website because it was recommended for this particular funeral service. I placed the order and the website asked for a specific date to be delivered. I entered my information, thought everything was ok.
I get an email around 2pm EST the next day, stating they wouldn't be filling my order because it wasn't placed in time. No where on the actual website did it say what time it needed to be placed by. It just asked for a date. In the text of the email, it stated I would be getting charged a nominal $10 charge for processing.
They told me that if I wanted to send another arrangement, I would be credited back the $10. I know there are florists that will deliver at any time of day, they simply don't deal with one of them, nor do I feel they researched any.
They won't credit me back the $10 processing fee, after I explained this situation, citing they told me about this. I received no information and the email that I did receive, was rude.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
