I recently had an experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP) that I feel compelled to share. I am currently in Mauritius while my fiancée is in Bangalore, India. I wanted to surprise her for her birthday, which was on October 11th, 2017, so I placed an order with FNP on August 5th, 2017. The order consisted of a bouquet of roses, a personalized mug, a personalized cushion, and a personalized heart-shaped wall hanging picture frame. I even paid extra to have the bouquet delivered between 7-9 a.m.
After placing the order, I made sure to send the images for the personalized gifts to the email address provided on their website. However, on October 10th, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., I received an email from FNP customer care informing me that the bouquet would not be able to be delivered between 7-9 a.m. and asked if it would be okay to deliver it between 9-12 a.m. I replied saying that it was okay, but I never received any further communication from them regarding this matter.
On my fiancée's birthday, it was already 12:00 p.m. IST, and she had not received anything. I contacted customer care via live chat and was informed that the bouquet could not be delivered as it was a non-serviceable area. This was not communicated to me earlier. When I asked about the other gifts, I was told that they would be delivered by evening.
I contacted another company for the bouquet, and they were able to deliver it on the same day. However, it was already 8:00 p.m. IST, and my fiancée still had not received any of the other gifts. I contacted FNP again via live chat, and this time, I was informed that the 11th was a tentative date and that the items would be delivered on the 12th of October instead. They claimed that the items had already been dispatched, but I was skeptical given their previous communication mishaps.
Despite all of this, I still said okay and waited for the next day. However, I did not receive any communication from FNP. I contacted them again via live chat, and to my surprise, they claimed that they had not received any images from me. I was shocked as it had been a week since I had placed the order and sent the images. On the 11th, they had claimed that the items had already been dispatched, but on the 12th, they claimed that they had not received any images.
I was devastated that my fiancée did not receive any gifts from me on her birthday. I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through with this company, and that is why I am sharing my experience.

You can then spend an entire day on customer care, which will help you to feel less lonely. In the end, your order will be cancelled, and your money will be refunded, so it's a win-win situation.
Secondly, if you are a parent who thinks that your children are irresponsible, you can place an order with FNP. The kind of service they provide will make you realize that your kids are way better than the team at FNP. They provide a new standard for irresponsibility.
Thirdly, if you are facing a lack of communication in your relationship, don't worry. FNP is a global chain that is surviving without communication, so your relationship can too.
Fourthly, if you have trust issues and a lack of commitment, FNP is the perfect example of how these issues are present everywhere. Don't bother paying extra charges for delivery time because they will deliver according to their convenience. They will call you right before the delivery time and say that the bird of paradise flower is not available. However, if you ask them to deliver a bouquet of higher price value and they have to pay for the damages, suddenly the flower will be available.
Lastly, FNP has a cold behavior just like your ex. They will not pick up your call unless they need help.
In conclusion, I would like to thank FNP for setting new low standards and making the world feel uplifted and better in general. If you have a lack of time and want sure shot delivery of classy and unusual flowers, I would suggest avoiding FNP. However, if you want roses and cakes, they do a stupendous job.
Ferns N Petals (FNP) Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Responsibility
Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP) and let you know that I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. I ordered a cake and received a confirmation email and message from FNP stating that the delivery would be between 8:00 to 12:00PM. I made plans accordingly, but at 11:50AM, I received a message from FNP saying that the delivery time had been changed to 12:00PM to 3:00PM. I was frustrated because they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me about the change.
When I called customer support, they didn't provide any proper justification for the change and just said sorry. I asked to speak to their manager, but they put me on hold and didn't give me a proper response. Eventually, I received a call from a gentleman who claimed to be the floor supervisor. He gave me a bunch of excuses about their vendor requesting to change the timeslot, but he didn't have any proper justification for not informing me about the change.
What really irritated me was when he casually offered me a complete refund for my order. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to take responsibility for their mistake and not take customers for granted. I asked for the contact information of their MD, Mr. Vikas Gutgutia, but the supervisor didn't even know where he operated from or where to send mailers.
I know mistakes happen, but FNP didn't value my time as a customer and took me for granted. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them and allowing them to cheat you. Ferns N Petals (FNP) is a company that I recently had a bad experience with. They claim to be customer-centric, but their customer service and experience management are pathetic. I had hired guitarist Ameer Tariq for a surprise performance for my sister in Melbourne, Australia. However, he did not contact us on time, and when he did, it was already 9 pm in Melbourne. He kept calling and messaging us on WhatsApp, asking to reschedule for the next day, which was not possible as the occasion was already ruined. I was completely horrified by this whole incident and did not expect this from a well-known brand like FNP.
When I asked for a refund and provided enough proof, the customer care executive, Mohd. Zeeshan Ansari, took the side of the artist and said that the refund could not be made as the artist had tried reaching us. However, the artist contacted us after 3:30 pm, and I had already informed FNP's customer care thrice that the guitarist must perform till evening and not late at night as the recipient was in Australia. Monica and three other customer care executives were in the call recording, and they were informed of my concerns.
I kept informing FNP's customer care and sending them emails on time, but nobody bothered to call us. The guitarist harassed us by text and audio messages, pleading and forcing us to allow him to sing the next day. He accepted his mistake and apologized, but he was not allowed to call the recipient in Australia, disturbing them and forcing them to make him sing when they were busy celebrating the birthday.
I have all the proofs available, including screenshots of the messages and call recordings. FNP should listen to the customer who suffered the whole day and did not get anything instead of listening to the guitarist. I hope FNP improves its customer service and experience management in the future.
Disappointing Service from Ferns n Petals: Poor Quality Cake and Delayed Delivery of Flowers on Wedding Anniversary
Ferns n petals has really let me down. It was my first wedding anniversary on 22nd January'18 and I trusted fnp to send flowers and cake to my husband. I paid a pretty good amount for this, but anything for the loved ones, you know. So I placed the order. However, the cake that was delivered was of below average quality. The red velvet cake was not looking like red velvet at all.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered between 8 to 12 in the morning, but they were not delivered until 5 o'clock in the evening. I called them up to enquire about the delay, but the first person forwarded my call to the second person, who then forwarded my call to the third person. The third person asked me to wait, but after waiting for so long, the call got disconnected. As mentioned before, it was our big day, so we left home to celebrate in Murthal at 7. There we found that the cake was stale and the topping was pretty horrible, which claimed to be red velvet.
The next day, I called them up again to refund my money back as the flowers were not delivered, but they refused. I asked them to deliver it in Chandigarh as the receiver is there now, but they denied it as well. They gave me the option that it can be redelivered only at the same address. I don't understand what I would do with those flowers now. Do I continue to celebrate my occasion according to their delivery standards?
I have been continuously asking them to refund my money, but they are quite reluctant. They say that the contact number of the sender, as well as the receiver, was not reachable, which is why they couldn't deliver the flowers. But how did the cake get delivered then? The cake guy called me as well as the receiver, and we both responded to him well and received it. There were 11 hours from morning 8 to evening 7 when we left home, and they were not able to reach us for 11 hours. Bravo! Chor people.
All I want is a refund, but they say that flowers will be delivered with a complimentary Cadbury chocolates and apology note. I emailed them again yesterday for a refund, but they didn't respond to that mail. The morning delivery person came, and the house was locked, to which they instantly mailed that they won't refund the money if I refuse to accept the delivery or the house is locked, and they won't even attempt to deliver it again.

I just wanted to share my experience with your service. Let me start by saying that I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from you. I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers and a cake for my parents' 42nd wedding anniversary. I had placed the order well in advance and was eagerly waiting for the SMS confirming delivery. However, when I did not receive any confirmation, I called your helpline not once or twice but thrice. Unfortunately, I was not able to get any information about my order.
I must say that I was quite surprised by this, especially since your tagline is "Flowers, Anywhere Anytime." It seems like you don't really live up to that claim, do you? I also noticed that you claim to be the best online florist, but I must say that my experience with your service was far from the best.
I called your helpline thrice from Qatar, and it cost me a total of 47 ***@18.48 Rupees per minute. Despite this, your service representatives were not able to track my order. I was promised a call with details of my order in 15 minutes, but I never received that call. When I called back, I was given the most ridiculous reason for the delay - apparently, the delivery location was an outskirt area. However, I know for a fact that my little outskirt area has 45 registered millionaires, so I found this reason hard to believe.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they were all busy handling other issues. This made me feel a little better, knowing that I was not the only one suffering from your second-rate and substandard service. However, I must say that there is a time to provide each service, and you cannot call a doctor after the patient has crossed over. Similarly, there is no point in delivering flowers and cake to a couple celebrating their 42nd anniversary at 9:00 PM.
I chose to use your service so that my parents could receive their gift at a godly hour, say sometime during the day, which would make them happy. As far as I know, flowers are freshest in the morning, and a cake is baked by bakers all over in the morning. However, you were willing to deliver stale flowers and a stale cake to your customers at 9:00 in the evening. Your service agent kept stupidly spewing the 9-9 delivery mantra, even though it was already 20:15 when he reiterated this. As of 22:15 PM on May 25th, the delivery had still not been made, and I had not received any SMS or call from FNP as promised.
I have gone through the posts on your Facebook page and see numerous unhappy customers. This means that you have not made an effort to address the issues. I don't want you to be my flowerly anything. It seems like you have been lining your coffers by cheating customers who have placed their trust in you. The amount may appear small to the great and mighty FNP, but it's still money that I earned honestly. You have cheated me and caused undue stress.
What I want is a full refund of my order, including the 868 INR I spent on the phone calls. Please check your records, as all calls were recorded for training and quality purposes. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service.

Ferns and Petals: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and a Scam - Don't Waste Your Time and Money
I can't even believe what I went through with these guys. I mean, seriously, do they think they can just get away with anything? I placed an order for a cake for my friend's birthday a few days ago on fnp.com, and they promised me that it would be delivered between 11 AM and 4 PM. But guess what? The cake never came. And it's not that simple. Let me tell you the whole story.
So, since we didn't receive the cake by 3 PM, we called customer care. There are like two guys and two ladies (we now know their names because we had to call so many times), and one guy is named Sukhwinder. He said that he would try and contact the delivery guy, but he couldn't (and by the way, he refused to give the delivery boy's number because of some policy). But he assured us that it would be delivered by 4 PM. But the cake never came. When we called at 4 PM, they said they would get in touch with the delivery guy again. This time, some delivery boy got in touch with us, but he said he was starting off from a part of the city which was like 20-25 kilometers away. There was no way he could have made it in time. After some time, he even indicated (he was probably lying) that he was midway through also, THEN he stopped responding and switched off the phone. After that, calling the customer care also did not help. They were not able to contact the delivery boy and just put my father on hold several times for very long and did not try to get back also. Basically, our birthday celebration was ruined, and we had to order the cake from another place.
What's worse is that today when we contacted them asking for a refund, they started blaming us without even understanding fully what happened. At some point in the conversation, we had said (on their suggestion) that we could adjust by taking the delivery at another location since we were going out after 4 PM (after which anyway my Dad was able to speak to the delivery boy and the address matter was closed), and this customer care lady said we were to blame for the same. This is after my Dad called up customer care many times after 4 PM, and CUSTOMER CARE COULD NOT CONTACT THEIR OWN DELIVERY BOY!
My simple advice to you people is that don't even think of these unreliable, unprofessional people. Basically CHEATS. I wish I had seen the review on mouthshut before we placed the order. This is nothing short of a scam of people who don't know how to run a business which is so much about being customer-oriented. Instead, they don't even meet basic requirements of on-time delivery. Look at their ratings - in more than 3 years, less than 2.0 on the average (even by the law of reverting means, this is bad!). I believe even some of the better ratings are fake (the language tells - it gets too flowery). Go to consumercomplaints.in and type in Ferns and Petals, and you will see a long list of unresolved complaints.
UPDATE - THEY HAVE CLEARLY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE, BUT STILL TRYING TO BLAME US using the address issue. This lady Meenakshi keeps repeating this, is not even able to justify, but just keeps blaming, just like that other lady. They have no answer for the fact that after they suggested delivery to a different address, my father contacted the delivery boy and guided him to the original address on the order, but then the delivery boy switched off his phone after confirming he was on the way. And calling customer care so many times did not help either because they could not contact their own person.
I will likely even pursue this in consumer court, as they are harassing me for a refund of 899 rupees. Please contact me if you think it's worth it.

So, I have a big family of 8 members and I wanted to surprise my mom with some beautiful Mother's Day flowers. I placed my order on May 10th and requested delivery on May 12th, 2019. However, what I got in return was a big disappointment. These frauds claimed that they attempted delivery on May 11th and that no one was available at my house. But that's a pure lie because all 8 of my family members were at home and waiting for the flowers. They even claimed that they reattempted delivery, but that doesn't show on their website. According to them, my mom shouted on the phone and told them not to deliver the flowers again. I mean, seriously? They need to come up with better excuses and find other ways to keep people's money.
Now, it's been a week and I thought they would eventually deliver the product. But today is May 21st, 2019, and when I checked with them again, they told me that they can't deliver the product and they won't even refund my money. Can you believe that? I have saved the latest chat for reference and attached a screenshot of their website before they change it.

When I contacted their customer service, Mahima Chaudhary responded. She asked me how she could help me, and I told her my order number. She replied that refund is not possible because the recipient denied the order, and it's a perishable product, so redelivery is not possible.
I asked her if they would give me interest on my money, and she said no. Then I asked her if my mother said she didn't want the flowers, and that's why they wouldn't give me my money back. She replied that the recipient denied redelivery and said not to call again. I found that hilarious because I only know that delivery was attempted once, and I have written proof from the other chat. After that, there was no delivery attempted, and they won't return my money.
I asked for an escalation point and grievance, but she just apologized for the inconvenience caused to me. I told her that they were just cheaters and deserved a bad review with escalation. I placed an order for a gift to be delivered in the Philippines on 11/5/23. First, they said they could not deliver on the original date of delivery and I agreed to their recommended delivery date, 11/7/23. On supposedly the day of delivery, the order was not delivered. I followed up and received several automated emails and automated replies on their Facebook page. Two days after the supposedly delivery date, 11/9/23, I received an email that the order was delivered when it was not. This company, based on what I saw on their website, does not issue refund but instead the unreturned money will become "brownie points" that you could use to place an order again (which you are not assured if they will deliver) then the cycle continues. Technically, they got your money and will not return it back even if they did not deliver the items you ordered. This is a fraudulent company that is continuously scamming people and does not deserve to exist.
Desired outcome: They could issue a refund if they cannot deliver the order. Have their facebook page taken down since it is a fraudulent company that does not deliver rightful services. It is out there taking people's hard-earned money. This has to stop.

We place order via FnP for some special occasions and if order not receive on time, what's the point of ordering.

I will like to share an unpleasant experience I had with Ferns and petals when I ordered a plant and chocolates for my friend and the same was supposed to o be delivered till 9 pm on 23 Rd July as my friends birthday was 23 Rd July and I had taken an extra precautions and ordered it on 22 nd July , The order was assigned to a courier person however it was not delivered withing the promised timeline .My friend stays with her parents who Re senior citizens.so when the courier approached at 10 for delivery they refused to accept which is quite natural to the safety conditions of present day we face in Delhi .
On 24 th July also till 11 am I did not get any update and then I decided to call when I spoke to a representative and requested for cancellation of the order as Birthday has passed so ideally the amount should be refunded.

Ferns N Petals (FNP) Failed to Deliver to Germany - Terrible Customer Service Experience

So, I ordered something from Ferns N Petals (FNP) to be delivered to Germany on Feb 5th 2021. But, until evening, there was no movement in the Track order. I was getting worried and decided to raise a query. Within a few minutes, there was a change in the Tracking status and I received an email that said "We attempted for delivery and Address was wrong". I was surprised by this sudden change in the status of delivery.
I checked with my friend in Germany, and he said he hadn't received any call from the delivery person. I decided to recheck the address and added an additional contact number and updated it. I also called up the customer service and updated them on the call. They acknowledged my update and mentioned that they had updated it to the vendor.
I kept reaching out to the customer service and even mailed them, but all they kept saying was "wait for 48 hours". I was getting frustrated as I had been trying to get an update from FNP for the past 2 days, but they kept giving me the same story "We value our customers".
Finally, on Feb 8th 2021, I received an email in the morning that said "we are really sorry that redelivery and refund in this case will not be possible. Hope you can understand our constraints." and closed my ticket! I was shocked that they closed my ticket without even informing me. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me and update me on the status. I had wasted my valuable time for the past 3 days and they had looted my hard-earned money.
I tried to reach the customer care again, but the executive asked me to wait for another 24-48 hours for an update. He didn't even have the patience to listen to my whole story. I asked him to transfer the call to his manager, but he replied that it's not possible. I then asked him to raise a ticket and arrange a call, but he put my call on hold for 15 minutes and there was no reply.
Overall, my experience with FNP was not good. They didn't deliver my product on the given day, and they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me about it. They wasted my time and money, and their customer service was not helpful at all. I would not recommend FNP to anyone.

As a service provider company, this is not acceptable.
I had ordered a bouquet for my family member in India from the USA and they missed the deadline. When I called them, they lied about calling us and instead of delivering till 9 PM, their SMS was received at 11 PM. I understand that delays can happen, but lying to the customer is not acceptable. There was no coordination between people at customer service.
When I called the customer care from the USA, the lady was unprofessional and informed me that there will be no refund. I had no other choice but to either forfeit the order or reorder the same. I asked them to reorder, but at the same time, my family member called to cancel the order. They canceled the order after a series of wrong defense for their side. I do not understand the process. Is refund a process or decided by the arrogant customer care people on a call basis?
Later, I called them back to cancel the new order as it was raised due to the negligence of the customer service lady. The new customer service personnel was even more arrogant and unprofessional. They said that the order cannot be canceled and disconnected the call. I have never seen such a pathetic customer service from a professional firm. I am highly disappointed with their process, customer handling, and lack of clarity.
I will never place an order with FNP again. If they are serious about customer service, they need to train their representatives and improve their coordination. It is not acceptable to lie to the customer and disconnect the call without proper resolution.

I recently ordered a Birthday cake from Ferns N Petals and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their services. The website claims to deliver the same day or on the Birthday, with a tagline that says "We Deliver, On Time - Every Time!". However, my order was supposed to be delivered on 30th June between 9 AM to 9 PM, but it didn't get delivered.
I have been trying to reach their customer care since yesterday to get an update on my order, but nobody seems to have any information about it. Every time I call, they say "Allow us some time, we are connecting with the delivery team". So far, nobody has responded or updated me on the status of my order.
Today, they attempted to deliver the cake, but it failed as per them since nobody was at the recipient's home. The funny part is that the recipient didn't receive a single call from the delivery partner. Neither the recipient nor I have the delivery partner's number, so we are not sure with whom they sent the cake and where it has gone.
I have not received any calls from Ferns N Petals to understand my concern. I have been trying to reach their customer care since yesterday and even raised a ticket, but somebody from FNP commented that "She is just calling and shouting that she wants a refund". The team is not helpful at all and instead of resolving the problem, they give the same answer that they are trying to get in touch with the delivery team.
Now, one executive told me that neither the order will get delivered nor will the money be refunded. The recipient had to go and collect the item from the shop, but they have not even sent the address to collect the cake from. I have given Rs 1300 as delivery charge to collect the cake from the shop. What kind of attempt did they make for delivery that they didn't even reach out on the recipient's number?
I do not suggest anyone to trust Ferns N Petals with their money. It was such a PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. Their services are OVERPRICED and they don't deliver on time.

However, at 6:30pm, I received another email stating that a redelivery would not be arranged and no refund would be given, as the address was wrong and the contact details were not reachable.

I gotta say, my experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP) was a total disaster. I mean, I wish I could give them a big fat zero stars! It's like they think we have nothing better to do than to sit around and wait for them to get their act together.
So, I ordered a cake in advance, right? And the first call I get from their staff is them telling me they can't get in touch with the vendor. Like, seriously? (Call on hold time - 10 mins)
Then, I call back and get another staff member who tells me they won't be able to allocate a vendor until after 11am. And get this, if I want to cancel, I won't get my money back, just a cash card for future services. And I can't even use it for 48 hours! (Call on hold time - 5 mins)
I call back again, and this time I get yet another staff member who tells me the same story. And they can't even give me a delivery time! So, I ask to speak to a senior person. (Call on hold time - 15-20 mins)
Finally, I get a senior person on the line who tells me they'll try to talk to the vendor and get back to me within 30 minutes. But get this, now I can't even cancel my order! And to top it off, they don't even call me back like they promised. (Call on hold time - 5 mins)
I ask to speak to the senior person again, and they tell me he's not available. Like, what the heck? (Call on hold time - 5 mins)
I mean, come on, FNP! We're paying for your services, not asking for a favor. And you're charging double the actual cost in the market! If you can't even deliver on your promises, why are you even in business?
To make matters worse, I had to call them 14 times just to get some answers. And even then, they couldn't deliver. Pathetic services, worst experience ever.

I had a really bad experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP). Their service was the worst I have ever experienced. They advertise their services as being reliable and efficient, but this is completely false. They did not follow up with me or inform me of any delays or issues with my order. My wife had ordered a special cake, a Mickey Mouse Fondant, for my nephew's birthday well in advance, as we do not usually trust same-day delivery ads. Unfortunately, we learned that they cannot even deliver or inform their concerns, even though we ordered on September 26th, so that everything would go smoothly. The delivery was scheduled for October 1st, from 10am to 2pm. My first call was around 1pm, and the guys had no clue what was happening with the order. On my third call, they said "sorry, the ordered cake cannot be delivered today but tomorrow," which is IST 3PM past the delivery schedule, and offered a mango cake instead. Seriously? I could have bought a mango cake from the grocery shop in front of the house. Why order from FNP? The agent said they could deliver tomorrow with an apology and with concession, so the claim on their website which says if they miss the date and deliver next day will be free is a complete LIE. But the point is not that. A cake is ordered for a certain occasion to make it memorable, and here it is a kid's first birthday while the relatives and family have been eagerly waiting for the cake. We have sent the image of the cake we ordered, and they were all quite excited and did not order from anywhere else. What is the POINT IN A DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY? At least if they had called me a day before for this concern, I could have appreciated that. You guys should not even have that option because that option clearly states that FNP does not manage well with the local suppliers. It is such an embarrassment and emotional hurt which I have faced. We are getting the refund, but that's not going to help the way they handled an order. NEVER AGAIN FROM FNP, and spreading their service quality to all my circle.

Yo, I gotta give my two cents about Ferns N Petals (FNP) and their international delivery service. Let me tell you, it was not a smooth ride.
So, I placed an order to Doha, Qatar for a special occasion and guess what? They didn't deliver it on time! I had to make special requests to their customer care and they still delivered it on a whole different day. Like, seriously? And the worst part is, they don't have a good system to track the status of international orders. I had to call and chat with their customer care and all they had to say was "it will take 24-48 Hrs to get a status". Come on, man! It's 2019! And their customer care reps were not helpful at all. All they cared about was closing tickets and requests without even checking if it's really being closed or not. It was pathetic!
I think FNP is not mature enough or they don't have the infrastructure/contacts to handle international services yet. But, I gotta give them props for the flowers. Even though they were delivered 2 days late, the flowers were still fresh and the arrangement was nice. So, shoutout to the local delivery team for that.
Overall, I had a bad experience with FNP's international delivery service. But, hey, this is not a spam review or a robot review. I'm a real person who used their services on February 06, 2019 (I ain't disclosing my order number for privacy reasons). Peace out!

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Ferns N Petals (fnp.com). I ordered a "Full of Hearts Shadow Box" for my niece's birthday, with a delivery date of June 26th. But, without even giving me a heads up, they changed the delivery date to June 25th. And to make matters worse, when the package finally arrived, the electric adapter was damaged and the wires were disconnected.
Now, my niece's birthday was on June 26th, so I was pretty upset that the gift wasn't going to be there on time. I reached out to customer care right away, sending an email with photos of the damaged part and calling the help center to request a refund. The agents on the phone said they would initiate the refund process, but instead, on June 27th, I got an email saying they were sending a replacement for the damaged product.
By this point, my niece's birthday had already passed, so I reached out to customer care again on June 28th, both by email and phone, to request a refund. The agents I spoke to confirmed that they had initiated the refund process, but then on June 28th in the evening, I got an email saying they were unable to refund me. I called customer care again to discuss the issue, but after waiting on hold for over an hour, no one even picked up the phone.
Honestly, I feel like this whole situation was 100% Ferns N Petals' fault. They sent me a damaged item and then made me pay for it out of my own pocket. It's like they're playing games with their customers' emotions. And to top it all off, their customer care agents don't even seem to know what they're doing - one of them, Charanjit Kalra, didn't even know to include the country code when calling an international number.
I've reached out to Ferns N Petals three times by email and five times by phone, but my issue still hasn't been resolved. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with their customer service.

Delay in delivery and reckless response
I had ordered for two photo printed coffee mugs on 3rd Sept(order nos. [protected] & [protected]) with one day delivery i.e by 04.09.2022. But on 04.09.[protected]@3.51, I recieved mesage saying "delivery attempted'. This was idiotic update as i was at home for the whole day. And these items were urgently required for occasion on 05.09.2022, but it was not delivered. Still my orders are not delivered. Now they are saying" addres is incomplete and re-delivery is not possible. If they are not able to deliver items in time or even now, I need my money to be refunded with applicable interest on it. Very reckless people and not fit for online shopping. It seems to be fraud company. This is my second worst experience with them.
