Refund not given
Order no.[protected] placed on 7th May 2022 for Rs.1849. They informed product unavailability on 8th May 2022 and cancelled my order. After repeated emails Rs.548 was refunded on 10th May 2022. And now to return the balance Rs.1000 they have been making me run pillar to post. This is a scam and a money making racket. 20 days have passed and there is no effort from their side. Scam company, impolite customer service and money fleecing.

Hi ,
I had a very bad experience with ferns and petals. Had ordered a photo frame, the frame came broken . I had asked for refund but the company said they won’t since I replied back after 48 hours of delivery. The problem is with their delivery and they are not refunding. They charged me for the frame and the delivery. Yet this is the case very bad experience….

They have cheated me. I ordered a cake and cup for my friends bday depending ok the slot alloted. Now they holded the process .when I called customer care they disconnected me twice and didn't respond. After that they are give me reason like u ordered less than 2 hours, technical issues and will be delivered by midnight...I feel they are fraud and trying to corn people and take money. But the ordered gift for a occasion is never delivered. I want somebody to close there business. In 2020 feb I faced the same issue and I got my refund only by may 2020. Pathetic. Please close the services and safe customer who will be ruining the special moments or I will take it to the consumer court

I called the team on the date the order was supposed to be delivered. They informed me that the same product is not available and the order is on hold. They said that they would get back with some other designs but they eventually cancelled the order. I was left with no time to order for a new one. Meanwhile the order was placed a week ago.
On earlier occasions their products have varied quite much form what was shown on the website. Also, once I'd ordered for chocolate flavour and they sent some other flavour.

In the business of selling plants on the verge of dying
The company delivers live plants on the verge of dying out. I gifted a desert rose and one week later the plant died completely. According to FNP, they will only entertain complaints within a 48-hour window period. That means your plant has to die within 48 hours for the company to resolve. And if you call the company for feedback, the moment they hear the plant has died they disconnect the call mid-way. Buy from your local trusted nursery, stay from this money-eating company!
Father's Day Presents deliver day before and poor quality
Hi, my son (Rishav Panda) sent Father's Day present in India which he mentioned to deliver on 5th September (Father's Day in Australia).
But it was deliver on 4th September afternoon.
When I spoke to the customer service they said that they do not deliver on Sundays.
In that case when we are selecting the date why there system is giving us the option to select delivery days on Sundays.
Also they are mentioning that they deliver any day.
The product quality is very poor.
We could have paid Amazon or other shopping site 50% less than this site with quality product, if we do not required that specific date.
We got few emails beforehand which says delivery date will be as per our request.
Neither they compensate nor apologised at all.
Customer care communication is also very rude.
I want a full refund asap please.

Placed an order 25 days back for rakhi for my brother in USA. 1 week back i got a message it has been delivered but my brother said it hasnt been delivered. Since then i have called and tried getting info from them thousands of times with a new lies every time:
1. Its a system error sorry, it will be delivered
2. No it has been delivered provide us with the address proof like drivers licence of your brother
3. Here is the USPS link of your order - which showed the parcel hasnt reached USPS Florida by the way
4. There is some issue with international order, it will reach by Monday
5. Going back to - it has been delivered
6. Sorry but it will be delivered tomorrow however their USPS link still showed parcel hasent reached them
7. I asked for refund to which it again changed to - it has been delivered

Wrong product (rakhi) was delivered by Ferns & Petals. First courier was very delayed and then they delivered wrong product which was not ordered by me. And on raising complaint it's closed by saying sorry for inconvenience .No refund no exchange details provided by the customer care.
Why the low price product delivered in place of the ordered item.

Would like to raise a complaint for an order I placed of 2 items (1 orchid bouquet and 1 notebook) through Richa - she chose 2 different addresses by mistake.

Richa placed the order for me while I was on call, and put 2 different addresses for the 2 items (one in Kolkata & one in Mumbai) - though I told her to use the Mumbai one clearly.
The Kolkata address was an old address saved and that's useless - so the item that got delivered there was a waste of my money.
I called FnP customer care 5 times yesterday and every time a different person picked up and assured me that a request has been raised and that I will get a call-back from a senior within 1-2 hours. But that never happened.
I have gotten zero support from the FnP team so far on actually course-correcting this. Can you please help me with this?
I've been using FnP for a long time now and I really expect better customer support from you. I am tired of trying to get my money's worth - which is the bare minimum.

Booked an order for deliver at giri ngr b’luru on 06.03.21 (8.00 am - 3.00 pm)
Booked an order for delivery at Giri Nagar, Bangalore. On 06.03.2021 between 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. Recd a msg delivered app at 12.15 (noon), Recd a call for B'lore for delivery boy seeking PH no of beneficiary at 1.15 pm approx and confirmed could not deliver add untraceable. Till 3.00 pm communicated at no's [protected] with Swati - disconnected call, [protected]/[protected] with Mr. Jay as informed bouquet could not be delivered by 3.00 pl citing useless and hope less narratives. I requested to cancel the order, register my complaint and refund the remitted amount.
Dealings of call attendants Eso Swati who disconnected call is disappointing. Mr. Jay tried to convince me like a parrot citing difficulty and was informing bouquet will be delivered bet 3.00 to 6.00 which I did not approve as nobody will be available in the address by that time. The whole purpose was defeated because of its non delivery within the time, hence cancel the order and refund the amount immediately, failing which legal action will be initiated. Further, in the same add Giri Nagar F&P have earlier made delivery also, how they can tell add is not traceable.

I won't sifgest anyone to buy from fnp as i was planning to get flower delivery for my parents.the payment was successful..recvd mail and msg from my bank even transaction id ...shared all of that with fnp team...they are saying payment not done...after multiple mails even with all tranzaction details they are just sending one mail again and again with a link to pay them again...wat the hell...nd while calling at their customer centre...they are ignoring calls...promised 7-8 tomes to call bl but no call received...when i refuse to wait and asked to hamd phone to any senion...they just placed mh call on hold for arnd 20 minute...i had to disconnect...pathetic site...worthless people...they should be ashamed...they are vetting order in this corona time but they are doing fraudulent things with customer...disgusting company

I had ordered a cake on 03jan to be delivered on 05jan between 07 — 0900. Firstly I get a message that door is locked which is not true.
I then speak to one of you representatives kusum who promised that this would be taken care. At 4 pm I get an sms & call that the cake has been delivered (not delivered so far). Why do they give wrong info. I have been your customer for more than 5 years.

On 31st july 2020, I was planning to send rakhi to my brother through ferns n petals. The total was 408 and I paid through paytm. The amount has been deducted from my account, even I have a proof which I got from paytm. As soon as I paid for it, I thought I would receive an confirmation email or text, but sadly I didn't receive that also then I check my account in fnp. The status was waiting. The order id is 17582096. It was supposed to reach today, i.e, 1st august 2020. I have been trying to reach them through their customer care number. 10 mins on the call, still got no reply. I was using it for the first time, and now everytime I generate a complain ticket, they close it without solving my issue. I feel so sad and irritated at the same time. This is not done. Please help me out.

At last from my pocket, payment has been deducted two times.i have filed a complaint against fnp to credit my second time payment for the same order. They refused to give and said only sorry for technical issues. I have refused to recieve the same cake on second time. Their delivery boy didn't agreed and gave second cake. Customer guy from FNP, name YATIN KUMAR called and said just sorry for the issue, 1100 rs is not small amount ..i told him to call for Manager... He clearly said he can not give my call to his senior...
This is so embarrassed ...how can one trust on these online deliveries..its pain .. why should i take their mistakes on my pocket...

I had ordered cake yesterday with the order number [protected] in India costing Rs 550. I received the cake after the designated time of 3.00 pm and when I opened it there was this pathetic cake messages smeared over it. The local vendor had no information about the order till 11.30 in the morning. The FnP give the orders to local vendors and unbranded bakeries deliver it.
I am so sad on this day I could not wish my friendDr. Arti Gupta on her doctorate award as the message on the cake was "Congrats Dr.Arti Gupta". (See the photo attached and understand how bad it feels to open it in front of everybody).
I condemn such poor service quality. I will never order from this so-called reputed website. Also, I wish to suggest my friends to refrain from such malpractices and not to order anything from Fernsnpetals.
I want my refund.
