Birthday gift wasn't delivered
The Birthday gift basket with 2 wines and snakcs i sent to my Aunt in Florida was supposed to be delivered on November 15 wasnt delivered and noone is answering my email and phone call.
I have received email from RIchard Fullham that the order has been received and will be delivered on time on November 15. My bank card was charged USD 122.98 and the

Flower delivery
Flowers ordered for international delivery. The flowers delivered were not even remotely close to what was ordered and they were in terrible condition as well. I was given an extremely small portion back of what I originally paid. Now the company won’t respond to me. It’s been Quite a disappointing experience. If I would have done a little research beforehand, I would have seen this website as well as many others that show this company lacks in customer service and satisfactory resolution of poor customer experience. Hopefully this will save another consumer some heartburn.

I had used Flora20000 once before, and the order was satisfactory delivered, late, but in the same day. After reading others’ reviews and now having my Valentine’s Delivery date today missed after 7pm with zero contact from the “outlet,” I am going to file a credit card complaint for fraud. This company is based out of India from their WhatsApp chat, and all the responses are copied and pasted — very quick to respond with we are sorry about your failed order. Listen to these reviews and don’t use them. Richard is a fake name.

Order 1756213 - A Funeral Wreath that never arrived and no money refunded
I ordered a time critical wreath for a funeral in Mombasa, Kenya on Friday 1st October and Richard Fullham emailed confirmation of payment ($97) and order number 1756213. Then Boldwin Smith e-mailed to say that it was scheduled for delivery for Saturday 2nd October. On the delivery day itself, Boldwin e-mailed me back to say that delivery was not possible 'owing to non-availability of fresh flowers'. REALLY? In Kenya?
Then Anna Clark e-mailed Monday 3rd October to apologise and schedule redelivery for the very same day. But no delivery was made.
Nothing. No flowers. No refund. No update. No regard.
Finally a day after the funeral, Boldwin e-mails back with 'The order could not be delivered due to the recipient location being far off.'
A complete failure. Absolute incompetence but more importantly, dishonesty and a total lack of respect and disregard for the customer, timing or sentiment.
Hard-earnt money thrown into a black hole and customers need to be warned of these people as no money has been refunded but more to the point is that compensation needs to be made for the absolute disgrace of an operation. It seems a scam to take payments from undiscerning and trusting customers. My deepest regret is not sticking to the professionals like Interflora - especially at a time of death overseas when flowers are the expression of love.
These con-artists know that it is only decent, caring people that send flowers to loved ones abroad. They are milking and manipulating people and deserve every bit of pain for that which they cause by their failures and misleading / dishonest dealings. What goes around comes around. These people MUST be held to account for my money and the disappointment and hurt caused.

Payment made to Flora2000 for delivery of flowers to friend in Nagoya, Japan the next day. Correct address, recipient at home for 2 days. Complete inability to submit any enquiry. Online chat assured order would be cancelled and charges deleted- charges still came through to credit card.
Should have done a simple Google of the company before proceeding.

Received an email from Richard Fullham 22nd February 2021 confirming that my order to Romula Nocete.
I made contact with her and denies all and that she has not received the goods.
I have contacted Flora2000 three time over this issue and they adamant that they have been delivered.

Avoid doing business with this site! They are quick to charge and promise services they fail to provide. Additionally, they fail to reply to email or phone communications.
An order was placed on 2/8/2021 for delivery on 2/9/2021, the reason for choosing this site. the delivery has still not been made nor have I been updated along the way. When online chat was initiated I was advised the delivery was not done due to the remote location...hmm a town of 5000 that is a county seat outside of Austin, Texas. I was also told the bouquet ordered was unavailable therefore a dozen roses were being substituted. If I wanted roses I would have ordered roses. I was also guaranteed delivery on 2/11/2021 without fail. Ha! As of the 13th still no delivery.

Cake delivery
I wanted to place a cake order but the check out they first confirmed the order and then I got a debit of a larger amount. Thinking it was glitch I wrote to them asking to cancel my order abdy process the refund but no response. Several emails and reaching out in social media later - still nothing.
This has ruined my experience so much, especially in covid times you shouldn't be out there scamming people. It's absolutely disgusting.

I ordered flowers from this site thinking it would be done timely as usual companies do so. No reliable communication and received no confirmation and the order was not delivered. That is unacceptable. This was on January 16th, 2021. Order # 1673983 CCAvenue reference #[protected]. Ordered on 01/13/2021. I sent several emails to request a refund and no response. The number is not a working number and there isn't much support or response to get an answer or to communicate to.
Desired outcome: I want my refund and this site taken down or policed(fined).
Terrible Service. Unresponsive
Terrible customer service. Terrible outdated and unprofessional website. I ordered Next Day Flower delivery to Tokyo. They responded by email that the address provided had scrambled characters. That's because their website changes the characters. I provided a response with the correct address. They then responded stating they have been trying to contact me for a verbal confirmation in order to process my credit card. Never have I had to do a verbal confirmation for a credit card transaction. I have had no missed calls on my phone nor any other emails. I responded with my cellphone number to confirm. No response. In their email signature, it states "LIVE CHAT Available around the clock." I have been trying to use it and get in contact with someone since the last email and there is no response. It's now mid-day, and my "same-day" order is still not processed, and no contact. Terrible service. Don't bother with this company.

I ordered a wine selection which was to be delivered to Surbiton in The UK on 9th Nov 2020. To date, i.e. 14th Nov, their has been no delivery. I received a mail on Friday, 13th Nov 2020, from a Richard Fullham, who calls himself as the Account Director, stating that the wine selection had been delivered. On checking with my friend, she confirmed that nothing has been received. Their sites, "Live Chat", is un responsive and mails sent to them requesting for an status update has gone un answered. This is a fraudulent site and the only intention is to cheat customers. The site and company must be shut down.

May 11rh email from Richard says he will deliver by 14th. Called Mom May 17th, still no delivery. Email later today from Flora2000 says he cancelled order and my account was not charged. According to bank, Flora2000 debited my account May 14th. No response or unablw to reach Flora2000.
undelivered children's gift and flowers
Flora2000 never delivered the Valentine's Day candy assortment I sent to my Fiance's children even though they charged me for it. In addition, they delivered the wrong flowers to my Fiance and then returned and took away a portion of the gift I had sent her. We can confirm that they screwed up at-least 5 customers orders as a result. They never responded to my emails asking why all of these errors occurred and weren't fixed after telling them about them. I encourage everyone to AVOID FLORA2000 AT ALL COSTS! They are a terrible organization.
christmas flowers
I ordered a bouquet of over a dozen roses to be delivered on Christmas Day. I paid over a $100 for this and received only 6 roses filled in with pine. It was way smaller and was delivered the day after Christmas. Iam highly disappointed and do not recommend this company to anybody. Below is what I received I paid for the 86.00 bouquet with lots of flowers and added the chocolates for a total of 116.00$

"Placed over a $200 order with them first thing this morning. After I input my credit card information I was prompted with the 'please wait' notification; and as it stayed there without reloading or confirming for a number of minutes I finally went ahead and contacted their live chat support. 'Sherli' I think it was? After describing that same basic scenario to her she guaranteed me that my order went through fine and I should have nothing to worry about, and to be expecting my confirmation emails within the next few minutes.
...I didn't believe her. And after a few minutes passed by without any confirmation emails I looked over my account 'orders' which stated they were 'awaiting confirmation' and so, after bringing that to the attention of the same live chat representative after re-live chatting her again, she said I needed to 'confirm' the transaction over the phone with her. And this was almost expected as I read through the Truthpilot reviews and saw others complaining that their orders were not placed due to this, being under the impression everything was fine but then told only after their botched and failed order wasn't delivered that they had to confirm over the phone that they wanted to place the order.
So! I obliged. (Mind you this was still the wee hours of the morning, like 7am-ish. I purposely woke up early to accomplish this as today was a very, very, EXTREMELY important day). After the same live-chat representative called me and I confirmed my details with her, she said - AGAIN everything would be alright and I could expect my confirmation emails to be sent within the next few minutes.
...A few minutes passes by and nothing...
My account orders still say, 'awaiting confirmation.'
...I contact the rep. Again. Her and I argued for almost hour about a 'technical error' and that her and her technical team would have a definite answer for me within the next 2 hours. I almost literally begged and pleaded with her to just tell me if the delivery would be good to go or not because it was REALLY important it be delivered today. And she just kept going on her two hour spiel.
So I wait 2 hours. Still nothing.
Argue again for an hour. Nothing.
4 hours later, nothing.
Try to contact the live chat representative, and was given a 'sorry, nobody is hear at the moment' message.
4 and a half hours later. I finally get the live chat rep. Back on the screen But it's not Sherli anymore.
It's some other woman who surprisingly, seemed kind of down to earth and much more nice and helpful than the last one. After about 30 minutes of explaining my situation all over again and then waiting for another 30... She finally replaces the order for me and it FINALLY works. And so afterwards I ask her one last time if she could confirm and guarantee that my delivery would be ordered on this same day. Her exact words were, "yes, absolutely."
...I wait. I wait I wait.
Still no confirmation emails. I contact the nice chat lady again... She says she doesn't know why, but then she goes out of her way to email them to me. I then also check my account orders and it reads, "under process" which makes me feel a little better?
But here we are at almost 8:30pm EST. (7:30pm where the order was supposed to be delivered; guaranteed before 7pm as that is the cutoff time) At around 6:30pm I try contact them by live chat and phone and just like all the horror stories I read... Nobody is currently able to help on the live chat and after calling a dozen times, literally nobody answers the phone. It just rings, and rings, and rings and after about a hundred rings, it finally says that nobody is able to take the call.
So now I have 1 pending transaction for the original order I tried to place (which I sent screenshots of to the owner of this company as I was asked to do by Shirli and I would get a response, which never happened). And then I have 1 full transaction for the second time around the order was placed; which would be fine if only my packages had been delivered as promised. But they were not.
And so everyone knows, I did lose my f'n temper and sent that **** (Richard) an email in which I cursed repeatedly and threatened his entire business. And I still stand next to everything I said. There is literally no amount of refunds, discounts, successful deliveries after the fact; nothing at all that he can do to save himself and his business from the **** storm I am going to rain down him.
But yeah. Don't do business with these guys. These bad reviews are not just overly-sensitive people where little things went wrong. These bad reviews are actually 100% legit. Save yourself. Don't do business with Flora2000."

On the 7th of February I ordered a gift to be sent on the 10th of February. There was no delivery. I have tried every means to contact this florist, but everything is a scam. The 1800 number does not get answered. Th ;live chat does not work. I emailed every contact on the site (Including the job application email) and there was no answer.
Be warned to not use this company - it is a scam.
