failure to deliver flowers
I ordered flowers for my sister, to be delivered Dec 28. As of Jan 3, nothing has arrived. The company advertises 100% delivery guarentee. They never answer the 1-800 number on the website. The "chat now" feature is obviously a programed robotic response. I get nonsensical replies to my emails, , for example, there was a "transmission" error, then they were "lost in transit." Then I am told they were delivered (they weren't) and the next email says they are being sent by courier. I am contesting the credit card transaction and will never use this company again. I have used them several times in the past, and they did great, and the right response this time could have saved thier reputation with me (we all make mistakes) but the way they have handled this is appalling. And, English is clearly not their first language, I wonder where they are based.

I ordered flowers and a gift for my fiance' in Morocco...delivery was promised and acknowledged for the next day. The next day I received a message stating the "...flowers are not available today, ...will deliver tomorrrow..."
I agree to this...then the next day comes...message: "...too hot for roses, would you agree to lillies...?"

I canceled the order...received message: "...we at Flora2000 informed 'the outlet' that you canceled your order, refund will be processed...let you know, blah, blah, blah..."
Still NO REFUND...it gets WORSE...please read below Flora2000's "refund policy." This is taken directly from their website...I wish I would have read it PRIOR to getting ripped off by Flora2000.

I had been using FLora2000.com for years before now and even as recently as last Valentine's Day, however I don't know if this company has recently changed owners but I was recently scammed by them. I ordered flowers (Order number 1523142) for my wife on our anniversary to be delivered to her office on June 2, 2017. The flowers never arrived and they are still claiming that they delivered it and my wife has received them. I have been trying to talk to an agent but their phone doesn't work (they claim it does but it doesn't). I managed to use their Live Chat session once but after that it wouldn't allow me to connect after that. Smelling a fish, I created a different account and voila, I got connected. But I was told they would resolve this issue and their resolution was to insist that my wife had indeed received the flowers when she hadn't. Of course now I can't connect back on either account! If this isn't a scam then I don't know what it. They have already charged my card even though the issue was still in dispute. I would suggest that you avoid this company and go with other reputable ones.
Recipient don't receive the flower
Hi, I placed a bouquet of Flower last March 10, 2017 and it says delivery next day March 11th 2017, that flower is for my friend Funeral in Norway, a girl called me right after I placed my order and ask for my card/bank details for confirmation. I didn't follow up in Norway if they receive it or not since I knew that they are busy for the funeral. I chatted one lady ( March 15, 2017 wedsnesday) who attended they funeral, if the husband of my Friend received the Flower, but the husband said he didn't receive any flower. My friend she's already in her grave last Thursday March 16th.2017.
I send and email to Flora2000, 3 days now I didn't receive any response.
Wrong order (Wrong flower wrong chocolate)
I went on flora2000 to order flowers for my fiancée. I ordered it 4 days before valentines day. It was delivered on time(that was good) but something was wrong. The flowers did not look like the pictures on their website. Here's the kicker, the chocolates were nothing i mean nothing like what i ordered! It was just like they got the order, picked some random flower and chocolate and delivered it. I think they actually thought people won't notice, these are people that actually ordered something based on the picture on the website(like any reasonable person). I don't know about anybody else but i spent a couple of days trying to find the right flower based on the damn picture on their website. So what did i do you might ask, I did what even superman would do, I called flora2000, but the line was busy (hmm why oh why). What did i do next I went on their website, and looked for contact information. Guess what it said we are busy just send an email here and here, so convenient, easier for them not to respond. But i wasn't thinking like then, I was like any reasonable human being. It makes sense that they would be busy then, after all it was valentines day. SO I sent an email to Richard (hmm if that's a real person, real people with a heart would respond, unless he's a member of ISIS) and wait and waited. Today I'm sick and tired of waiting. I paid a higher amount for a lower quality product. It's like paying for a Mercedes and getting a Toyota (noting against Toyota but Mercedes is my dream car). My goal now is to go to every review site in the world and tell the whole universe how flora 2000 is nothing more then an organization of thieves!
Sinful surprise bouquet
I ordered this product that included 12 roses in a vase, teddy bear, balloon and a 3 piece box of chocolates, I also ordered an additional 16 piece box of chocolates as an add on for an additional $17.99, the flowers were delivered without the vase and the add on chocolates were not delivered as well, I made a complaint on their website and the responded a couple of days later and said they would investigate the matter and come up with an appropriate solution 6 days later I found out that they delivered another 12 roses, still without the vase that was to be included and I think their calculator broke, they sent 6 chocolates this time, not the 16 I paid for.
I have been embarrassed twice from this company, there will not be a third, this company is incompetent and a disgrace, I would not trust them to send a blade of grass without screwing it up!
Poor delivery
Having updated an address on their website I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers. They tried to deliver to the previous address and emailed me about 24hrs after the event to say they were unable to deliver. They implied it was my fault and then attempted to get flowers delivered to correct address. They arrived 7 days late and rotting.
They then offered to redeliver at their cost some fresh flowers.
These have gone missing in their delivery chain and I fully expect them to arrive rotting as well. Not a great advert for the company.
I had ordered from them in the past and noted that photos of the flowers looked a little wilted at times but thought this might have been due to local temperatures. I now tend to believe this may be because of sub-standard flowers being supplied and an unreliable transport system being used.
Flower delivery for Mother's day
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mom in the Philippines for Mother's day. I have selected May 07, 2016 as the delivery date however, she did not receive anything on May 7th. It is already May 8th in the Philippines and my mother has not receive the flowers yet. Very disappointing. I have tried reaching out to them several times but I can't get a hold of them. On their website, it says that the flowers are already delivered and they even emailed me saying that they will now charge my credit card. However, upon checking the tracking number that they have provided me, it says that it is still "In Transit." This is unacceptable. I ordered the flowers three weeks ago to make sure it arrives on time and then nothing? It is useless for my mom to receive the flowers on the 9th as it is for Mother's day.
Flowers did not match description on website
I paid $84 for 'Hugs and Kisses floral gift to my daughter and Son in Law on the wedding anniversary. The bouquet was on offer with a $50 discount and was proposed by the company in a reminder email. Instead of a magnificent bouquet of flowers my Flora 2000 sent a small bunch of 5 red roses, 8 pink carnation and 3 red carnations. This has happened to me with them before, I can't believe I stupid enough to accept their earlier apologies and have wasted my money, but more importantly let my daughter done. I am in touch with the nice lady in there Indian-based call centre. Nothing has happened she just says that their local agent has yet to respond.
I agree with the comments of another reviewer, this feel like a scam company exploiting people receiving flowers and not wanting to complain about them to the giver. Flora 2000 should be avoided, I certainly will not go to them again, and from 2010 to 2013 they gave good quality and service.

Richard Fullham, let me tell you how pleased I am that my beloved in the Philippines had to go out today and buy herself some flowers for Valentines Day (which was 2 days ago) because she expected some from me...but they never showed up. Tonight I have had to tell her that I did in fact organise some... weeks ago through Flora2000.. Happy Valentines Day dear... So angry and upset right now. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrgggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Of course payment has been deducted from my card. And of course chat helpline has been shut down for a couple of weeks. (looking at other complaints above, the same thing happened last year. Well done..big tick Flora2000. Last time that this will happen (to me anyway).
I ordered flowers and chocolates on the 11 of feb to be delivered feb 14, is the 20th already and flowers have not been delivered, these guys have the worst customer service, ythey are not answering their phone either.dont do business with them, save yourself some headaches.

flora2000 has been great all the way, right since the time i started ordering with them. Their flowers, customer service and delivery guys deserve an applause for their jobs! I find these other claims against them hard to believe. Specially after having experienced the best service first hand!

Rotten bouquet & each flower in a scotch tape
Please do not order in Flora2000, you will be disappointed for sure since what you will see in their website is not actually what they will deliver. I ordered a bouquet of tulips for my fiancee in the Philippines and instead of 15 pcs of tulips they only delivered a 10 pcs tulips in a bouquet. I added a 12 pcs of ferrero in a box and what they delivered is a ferrero in 4 packs by 3's. My fiancee is really disappointed with the quality of the bouquet that they deliverd since it's really close to a rotten tulips. And when she tried to take off the plastic she was really surprised that each tulip was covered by a scotch tape and not a plastic that you can easily take off, obviously when you remove the scotch tape the petals of the tulips will be damage! It's really my regret that i chose Flora2000 to deliver the bouquet to my fiancee.. And I keep on emailing them regarding my complaint and until now they still dont have a resolution for this.. Im asking for a refund and i dont know if they will give me that! So please DO NOT ORDER to them! Dont waste your money and time!

-that's what read on their website...i hope the last part of that at least they can fulfill because not only am i not satisfied, i think i've been downright scammed...i ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day a week before feb14, prior to the delivery date i called two times & emailed twice also just to confirm my order..i was told everytime that they can't give me an exact date of delivery because of its peak season for delivery and they also said that they usualy ship out the order right away to avoid missing any orders by feb14..they told me their delivery timeline os between feb12-14, which is somewhat reasonable..i told myself i would rather be early than late..so fine i waited...until now its feb15 already and my girlfriend STILL hasnt received anything, absolutely NOTHING..no phone call, email or any sign of customer service whatsoever...since feb14 i've literally over a dozen phone calls to their customer service numbers..the same numbers that i called beforehand that assured me that my ordered was going to be delivered but this there is no answer and later on an automated answering service answer, saying that the number is disconnected..same thing with their 24/7 chat line..no reply on emails too...so you see, why i feel duped because not only did i lose money, they ruined such a special occasion for me and my girlfriend...with all these, i still hope that Mr. RICHARD FULLHAM & FLORA2000 would do the appropriate and decent thing to remedy what you have done like a "proffesional" company that you claim you are should do...
I placed an order two weeks prior to the delivery date and to my surprise it has yet to be delivered. Three days after the delivery date and still no flowers. There customer service rep are available until 9:30est, it is currently 8:53est and the offices are closed. This company is a scam and legal action is next, its disgusting to know this exists
Bad quality of the flowers delivered
I ordered a colorful bouquet 'Crazy Daisies' for a friend this week. With 75USD I didn't find it overly cheap but the advertised picture made the bouquet look like beeing composed with lots of flowers in many colors - it seemed to have a postive, lively note which was what I was looking for.
What has been delivered was single-colored, sparesly used flowers that look as if they were destined to go on a graveyard. The quality delivered is not appropriate for the asking price.

My wife loved her birthday gift...thank you Flora!
So I have been using Flora for a year now but I have to particularly mention about my last order.. it was my wife's birthday yesterday and since she's in Singapore, I had to make it special by sending something good. While I wasn't sure what to send her, must mention the agents were really helpful in suggesting me some good hampers they could do for Singapore.
Any how I went ahead with this enormous goodies n wine basket... the hamper reached her on time and she loved the stuff! particularly the sweet stuff since she hasn't stopped raving about it till now...

Bad customer service at Flora2000
Boy did I make a mistake in using these guys. I needed to deliver some flowers to Germany and I picked theses bozo's without reading the reviews. Placed the order a few days in advance and on the day the flowers were to arrive, surprise, no flowers. After repeated attempts to track them down, I find that they delivered them to the shipping department and not the reception desk. Of course this was on a Friday so now when the box is deliver, they get a bunch of dead rotting flowers. Great! Of course the customer service folks think it was not their fault and refused to either credit my account nor redeliver flowers to the recipient. All i can say is stay away from these guys if you actually care about your flowers making it to the intended recipient.
This is the same response you sent last week. Thanks for nothing. By the way, nowhere on the box was it indicated that it contained flowers or any perishable item. Way to go. I stand by my review and would discourage anyone from using your service.
This is the same company I ordered Flora2000 is a con artist, they just took my money and never delivered anything on the supposed date, they ruined everything on a budding relationship I built with my new girl I'm eyeing on. Appaling flowers delivered, not as described
Save your money and go elsewhere, this company is just a bunch of crooks and scammers. I ordered an $80.00 bouquet for a Birthday and what was delivered was not even worth $10.00. Called them to complain and ask for a refund and still waiting for an answer. As you can see from the pics below, it was just appalling.

The biggest deceiving, inconsiderate, bait and switch, scammers in the floral industry. They lure you with beautiful floral arrangements then deliver crap that doesn't last 24 hours. Flowers arrive dying and wilted, never what you ordered but something else, . These people / basement brand company are nothing but low lives preying off of compassion and trust. Don't be a victim. Don't buy from this company. You've been warned. Flora2000 is nothing but a low end scam business.

I had the same experience, and they ruined our valentines day.. They advertise beautiful flowers but deliver crap. The roses my girlfriend received were already brown edged and wilted. I will never buy from these scam artists again. Buyer beware, this is the reply I got from them when I complained. " Although we took great care in handling your floral arrangement, it appears that it was not delivered to XXXXX XXXXXXXXX as intended. This possibly happened due to factors beyond our control. Flowers being extremely perishable get affected with various factors such as extreme climatic conditions, handling during transit etc"
In other words they don't care as long as they get their money. Its a rip off, don't risk it, this company does not care and are just scam artists, bait and switch whatever you want to call it. you will not get what you paid for. The roses already half dead when they arrived, wilted completely within 24 hours of delivery.

I ordered a vase of roses from Singapore to be delivered in China. I was simply fortunate to uncover the scam when the receipient sent me a photograph of the flowers received and for confirmation as I've never sent such ugly and cheap flowers to her for the past one year. Lord and behold, the flowers sent were cheap alternatives, even the vase used was of inferior quality and nothing similiar to the pictures on the webasite. I sent numerous emails to Flora2000 asking for an explanation even with the photograph of the received flowers attached and subsequently asked for refund. All my emails were ignored. This website is a scam. You order a something, and they deliver something cheap hoping that you'll never find out what was delivered.
