CCAvenue Refund of amount of credit card ending in 7132

There has been a refund from shinedot.com for the past few days and the CC avenue is taking time to settle the amount to my credit card ending in 7132.

I have raised the complaint to their greivance desk as well they are not responding.

CCAvenue Property Tax

We made a payment as per the below attached reference.
This payment was made for property tax purposes and now panchayat says they have not yet received it. Its a lockdown period so we were not able to go and pay so we paid through online banking. The amount debited from my account Rs 2109.54 Dated 31.04.2020.
So can you please sort from your end by sending any reference which you have credited to panchayat.

CCAvenue Harassment and torture

I m existing merchant of ccavenue (inf_230358) last 6 month. plz transfer
my all payment (63000/=)
as soon as possible.
I had complaint for the same so many times by calling on customer care
but they did not give me satisfactory reply.

Afterwards when I contact my rm (shruty mam) and risk team (mr izhar
Shaikh) to do in this matter and if you people are unable to solve such
Problems then I kindly request you to please shutdown your it and
Verification department and terminate all such employees. Who create
Such nuisance to customer.

In my opiniin infibeam avenues limited (cc avenue gatway) was great in
Customer dealing but after so much harassment by the employees now I
Think they very careless and unprofessional.

Please look into this matter else return all my documents and
Payment (63000/=) rs

CCAvenue Payment gateway

I would have given them 0 rating if there would have been an option.

I contacted one of the agent name Karan from sales team all the information was given to us was a total lie.
i requested for international payment gateway and i was given 2 option one was with a regular charge of around 5000 INR and other privilege package was of 35, 000 INR in which i get account setup with 15 days However they took almost 40 days to setup account and before paying i clarified how our business works and then they offered the the 3d secure payment gateway and ended up saying that all the card users will receive OTP on their registered mobile number. However instead of OTP it always ended up asking the security questions which our customers ended up setting while activating their net banking and definitely no customers will share those answers because of which we did loose so many sales and half of the payment used to get decline because of not authorised payment as CC Avenue is an unknown gateway in united states.

Later on we did receive one of the dispute from our customers and cc avenue ended up asking us for the id proof of the card users. First of all they clearly informed us while using 3D payment gateways we never receive any dispute which was a another lie.

Then they ended up saying we did receive 5 more dispute which was a another lie as we spoke to our customers and they said they did not file any dispute and when we shared the same info with the CC Avenue team they responded as we being fraud because the IP Traces says we are in Uttrakhand . I don't know how come as we work in Gurgaon and it is a 5 years old organisation and they refunded all the amount we ever earned and charged through their gateway.

From the beginning all they did is to lie. Such a pathetic company and Fraudster company i have ever come across.

CCAvenue payment not received

Unfair debit incurred in my Savings Accounts Netbanking -I had applied in a Job Portal website company called "Jobswent.com" and had paid Rs 17, 365 (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Five only) for their agreed services in 2017-18. Since no support was rendered till date, when they the company enquired through phone about their services quality feedback, I immediately raised my displeasure and asked them to terminate the services and refund the money back which they had arranged through CC Avenue.

CC Avenue Sales Representative Mr. Mohit from Noida New Delhi contacted me 12/05/2019 and asked me to pay on line Rs 500 towards service taxes (which in turn I did transfer on line on 14th May 2019) and in turn they will refund the amount Rs 17, 365 and request me to perform a procedure through my HDFC Net Banking Portal. I followed Mr. Mohit Instructions by creating a beneficiary account for Oriental bank of Commerce and entered their account details and entered the money Rs. 17, 365 with unique remarks to code Cc Avenue Internal Server and confirm. Later followed with OTP message and to my disbelief when I completed the procedure the amount has been immediately deducted from my account. I did raise questions on how HDFC Net banking and International Server will interact as Mr. Mohit keep promising that we I complete the procedure additional pop up from CC Avenue Internal Server will begin and I need to complete the procedure so that entire Rs. 34, 730 will be refunded. During this transaction there was one other person from CC Avenue IT department was providing all the instructions. Since I started panicking instead of crediting the base amount extra amount were deducted based on my debit instructions and I started sharing the screen shots messages from the Bank side to them. There was Mr. Aiyush Khurana and Board of Director Mr. Pawan Kumar who were involved later on resulting in eroding my bank balances to the tune of Rs. 1, 76, 888 as on date.

So far I had lost Rs 1, 76, 888 and I want all my hard earned money refunded back immediately.

Following attachment is the receipt of payment which I have done to indigo airlines via their app. But unfortunately it's not credited to indigo airlines account and it's debited from my account.

CCAvenue Flower delivery

Hi,
I ordered few items on 14th Feb but i didn't get delivery. My order number was BV193921 . They didn't respond to my queries neither they refunded money. I was not able to contact them as they had published fake phone number.
The phone number and email address displayed on site are fake.
How did CCAvenue allowed this fake merchant?
Who is responsible for my loss?
Please take action on this merchant asap else they will loot many other people

CCAvenue Fake mr vishwas patel and ccavenue.

Beware of Mr Vishwas Patel and ccavenue. Don't trust his company. i made a payment using ccavenue payment gateway for an investment advisory services... But Mr. Vishwas Patel (CEO of ccavenue) is not releasing my payment either to the company or refund to my account.

During payment, it gets redirected to CCAvenue and payments can be made successfully. But after the payment, redirection back to my site is not happening. And also in my site, the payment order seems still in pending status even if the payment is successful at CCAvenue.

This is my first experience with the ccavenue and now I come to know that they are fraud and not at all responsible for the people's hard earned money and this company should be banned. I have made the complain many times but no action has been taken in this regard. I have got some reply from ccavenuue risk team but after sometime they have stopped replying me about the transaction. I am making regularly complain but no action has been taken till date from your side.

Mr. Vishwas Patel is a cheater as he is not releasing the money and as its have been more than 30 days he is taking interest on my money and not sending my money to the company i paid for the service .In this way he has cheated a lot of innocent people like us. Greedy And Fraud person Mr. Vishwas Patel and CCAvenue.

CCAvenue Unauthorisedly holding customers money

Customer made payment through credit cards and CC Avenue holding that money from many days not releasing to either marchant or refunding to customer.

When reached their head office in Mumbai, an incompetant lady was put to investigate our case and her attitude and behaviour is unprofessional towards the customer as well as marchant.

She is ###.Manager and there was nobody to attend customer's issue and no other point of contact apart from her to listen to her. In email she admitted that she will be the only person to deal our case and compelling to surrender her. She neither understands what we say, nor escalates to her heirarchy. Other people in Mumbai office or people from her dept. will say she was on leave or not at her desk or in another call and disconnects the call. It's been Frustrating to talk to this lady and get things done.

Mumbai office is CC Avenue's corporate head office in India. CC Avenue in India don't have an escalation point when one marchant is suffering with their internal resources. When one incompetent asst.manager is controlling entire system without leaving a check point, it never be a choice for me to do the next transaction and don't make my customers to suffer and loose business.

CCAvenue After a months – no news and no instrument

Don’t buy from the site www.ccavenue.com. I have ordered musical instrument from them, but I got only one email, where the seller confirmed the purchase. After a month, I was worried, because I haven’t got the order. I emailed them, but there was no response. I have even posted the complaint, but they didn’t react to it as well. I am very disappointed and hope that someone can help me in this situation.

CCAvenue Fraudulently use of ATM card

My SBI ATM-cum-Debit card ending with 4469 has been fraudulently used 6 times during the last two days. Please do not entertain this. The matter has been reported to police.

CCAvenue Payment failures & extremely pathetic service

Imagine running an online business where you spend lots of money to get customers to your website but not able to generate sales because customers have not been able to make a credit card payment since the last 10 hours. You will be desperately contacting the Payment Gateway's customer service but you are being ignored by some highly incompetent service executives. You will be screaming for help. But there is no one to listen to you. You don't even know when the problem is going to be resolved. Transaction after transactions are failing. You can see that customers are willing to pay but you don't get their business. Frustrated customers telling you minutes later that they have purchased the product at a competitors website. That's exactly the situation that I am in.

We have been using CCavenue to process credit/debit/bank card transactions on our website for a number of years. Things have been going downhill with CCavenue since the last 12 months. My customers are not able to make successful payments consistently. On some days there will be 50% transaction failures. We will be contacting CCAvenue's customer service without success. CCAvenue customer service will sometimes respond. But with more problems and higher number of transactions failures, they will slowly ignore our telephone calls. When customers are not able to pay and CCavenue knows there is a problem at their end, they will completely ignore any calls from us.

We pay so much money to get customers to our website. And it is extremely difficult to take customers to the final sales page where they will make the payment. But CCavenue messes up and we end up loosing the sale. CCavenue has been the single biggest challenge and the main reason for our day-to-day losses.

These transaction failure problems used to be only once in a while in the earlier days. However since January 2011, it has become a regular problem and an online businesses nightmare.

CCavenue claims they are the best in the country in transaction processing. I highly doubt that and I also think their entire management is trying to hide issues with their servers and processes - their customer service has never openly accepted that there is ever a problem with their service. They reply back to our questions/emails only after their transaction issues have been resolved - which sometime could be 5-10 hours later.

Just imagine a Credit Card processing downtime of 10 hours on your server? What will that do to your customers and to your business. I have started looking for another payment gateway for my business. I would strongly recommend avoiding CCavenue. And I am sure with the kind of customer service and server uptime CCavenue has been offering since the last 6-12 months, there will be plenty of new and better payment processors that will be coming up and will crush CCavenue in no time.

I recharged my account with Rs 1455 Platinum pack on 17.09.15 via www.dishtv.in. The payment was done through cc avenue payment page and the same has been deducted from the bank account but the same has not been credited to the account and it is still saying that your switch off date is today i.e.20.09.15 and you need to recharge to continue having the services.

CCAvenue Delay in Payment report

I have made a payment of eight hundred to MyPrivateTutor.com through ccavenue Gateway on 23rd Dec 2010. The payment has been deducted from my account. But when I call to MyPrivateTutor.com people, I get a reply that they have not received a payment yet and it is @ ccavenue only. When I call to bank people, I get an answer that payment has been processed successfully from bank and cannot get it revert back. Its been seven days now and I am still in search of where my payment is landed. who is responsible for it, MyPrivateTutor.com, ccavenue or bank. I believe it is either of ccavenue or MyPrivateTutor.com.

As the customer said payment are processed through CCAVENUE only and it happens some time due to technical reasons, connection error, user closed browser before payment processe completely etc.

CCAvenue Recharge not done

on 07/12/2010, online Airtel mobile([protected]) recharge done through sbi internet banking but amount has been deducted and recharge not done.
I would like to request you to have a right action on it .
