Plant sent for birthday
My brothers plant arrived at his house and the plant was dead I'm so annoyed it looks like is something from a pound shop. He said it's OK but it's not please can you replace or send a bouquet of flower alive.

I ordered the large bunch of flowers for my friend, which I paid £39.49 plus £5.99 delivery change. She sent me a photo of the flowers and I was sorely disappointed. There is no way it was a large bunch of flowers, it looked like the small bunch of flowers to me. I could have bought the same bunch of flowers from any supermarket for less than £20. A total rip off, will never buy presitge flowers again and certainly not recommend them.

These were the worst flowers I have ever bought; the low quality surpassed only by Prestige's even worse customer service …
My honest review is that these flowers were terrible & actually made me feel embarrassed to have sent them. They were that bad, that the quality would have been far superior if I'd bought them last minute from a petrol station forecourt!
As a point of comparison, I used to work in a supermarket & have taken flowers home at the end of the day, that were "best before" that day - & they looked fresher & lasted longer then the ones sent out by Prestige!
So I ordered a bouquet, as a birthday treat for someone - as travel plans meant I unfortunately wouldn't be home in time as expected.
To be fair, they arrived on time & well packaged & were delivered in the late afternoon, on the day they had been requested for. (They arrived on a Wednesday).
Within 30 mins, they had been unpacked, fed & arranged & texted about, so all was going well.
I finally arrived back home at night 2 days later (the Friday) & was disappointed when I saw them, as they didn't look perky or bright, but sad, dull & dying. Despite the remonstrations that it was ok & that it didn't matter & that it was the thought that counted, it DID matter. I had placed my faith in Prestige to deliver something that I was unable to do due to my absence, with the website & marketing reviews leading me to believe that it would be done. They had been bought as a birthday treat for someone important, (which Prestige were fully aware of, as they ask the occasion when you are purchasing online), however Prestige let me & themselves down with the bouquet & the condition was not acceptable or what I wanted for someone important. Very simply, they were not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose.
The next day (The Saturday), I tried to contact Prestige in the morning to make them aware & to complain about the quality, however I was advised that I couldn't be redirected as the agents were unavailable, but that the support team would get back to me as soon as possible … with no available customer services & no further guidance on the website, I waited to be contacted back … & waited … On Wed morning I again contacted Prestige to find out what was going on & why no-one had bothered to contact me or even acknowledge my message?
I was answered with "…sorry you feel they're unsatisfactory … can you send some pictures?"
I explained that they'd been thrown out now, as I tried to get in touch 5 days previously & had been waiting for help / guidance from Prestige - hence why I was chasing them AGAIN!
Prestige said "As an online florist, we request photographic evidence before we can compensate our customers. We are aware that sometimes this is not always possible. I have spoken to our Florist Manager and we would like to offer a £10.00 voucher as a form of recompense"
… erm No! They cost more than that & I'm not paying for cr*p! I don't intend to get let down by you again, so I won't be using you again! EVER!
Your customer service is bad, but the service to get them to their destination was just fine, it's the quality of your flowers that are poor - see the pictures I have now added as evidence. They were sub-standard & not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose. It's not my issue that you weren't available to receive feedback or to act quicker or deal with quality issues & that I had to wait 5 days & chase you again for any kind of response; & it's certainly not my issue that you're only available 9-5 Mon-Friday (but available 24/7 * 365 to take customer's money), despite what supervisor S***e thinks … I made you aware of the issue as soon as I was aware of it, which was within a reasonable timescale. Your inability to respond to that is not a customer's issue.
Terms & conditions of a sale are that the product has to be of satisfactory quality & fit for purpose. These were not.
If you are contemplating using Prestige for your floral requirements, I would recommend choosing a different company, otherwise you will be as disappointed & embarrassed as I was.
Prestige - as you won't deal with this, I will ask my card provider for a chargeback, however you didn't need to force me into this course of action, or such a public negative review.

Flowers not being delivered

I purchased flower from prestige Flower on the 5th of August. They have still have not been delivered and the order number was Order Number: 5055558.
I messaged my friend and she has still not received the flowers, I got in touch with the company and received the following reply but the flowers have not been delivered so I would have thought I should have received a full refund?

10 white roses dying after 2 days
my daughter ordered 10 white roses to be delivered to me they arrived wednesday 10th march and were very limp on arrival they are now all dying after 2 days this is certainly not satisfactory and is very disappointing

I placed an order for a birthday Balloon on the 2nd Dec 2019 and paid 20.79 for the item to be delivered today the 20th Dec for my grandsons birthday. It did not arrive. I have had no order number and no confirmation of my order. On calling initially was told I had no orders until they checked my delivery address then was told it out for delivery. Royal mail have been to my address today and I have tried to contact them but they close at lunchtime and they have not answered the phone so this item will not be here on the day I paid for it to be. I tried to log in to the account but said email not reckonised yet I have received marketing emails almost daily till I asked for it to stop. This was then given as an excuse to why I had not received order confirmation or tracking information but the marketing went on for a good while after I paid via PayPal on the 2nd Dec. I expect a full refund from you and if not I will be taking you to the small claims court plus adding any fees I have to pay. My young grandson has had his day spoilt by your abysmal customer service

I ordered a £60+ bouquet and on the day of delivery had a text and an email from Royal Mail saying that they had tried to deliver but no one was in. The flowers were now ready for collection from their depot! My friend had to go and fetch her flowers! I contacted Prestige Flowers through their website as the telephone number is an 0844 number, which meant a delayed response. They kept telling me that the flowers had been delivered which of course they had not. They really were not bothered and did not offer a resolution. I won't use them again.
. I ordered a £60+ bouquet out of two bunches which I requested together and they came separate the two bunches together look like a £10 bunch of flowers I could of hit from most super markets. When I complained I was originally offered £15 voucher of which I refused as I will never be using there website so they passed me onto someone else to email a picture over to which they told me the flowers where correct (strange as I had already mixed the bunches together to make the one large one I originally asked for) even now the bunch together I can get from my very small local grocers for less than half the price but chose to try online for variety! If a tiny store can manage to keep customers happy with value products when you'd expect them to need to have their prices higher why can't prestige. I will be reviewing them on every site I can find as they have now ignored my email when I pointed out that the picture was actually of the two bunches together not of just one. Do not buy from these the website is misleading and the bunches are tiny especially since I paid extra to increase the sizes!

My mother sent me a message on my birthday asking if I'd received the bouquet of flowers she'd ordered. I was surprised as nothing had arrived and there was no message in the letter-box suggesting we'd missed the delivery service. To cut a long story short, the flowers arrived 9 days late and what a sorry looking bunch of wilting blooms they were! The free chocolates were 18 days past their Best Before date, too! A very disappointing service. I'm sorry my mum wasted her money on this and will be taking steps to ensure she receives a refund although from what I hear, Prestige Flowers are not particularly forthcoming in that department!

I ordered flowers for my wife as I work away. I put in the address I wanted them delivered to and after checking the email I realised they had put the wrong postcode in. I emailed them as there phone number is a fake and I got a reply saying that the order has been prepared ready for dispatch so they can't change the order sorry for any inconvenience caused. The actual address I wanted them delivered to is about 10 minutes. Inconvenience isn't the word some random person is gonna get a bunch of flowers from me and I've been billed by them AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS they should not be allowed to trade.

I ordered Bouquet with Chocs. Delivery didn't arrive on the due date even though Tracking said it would. OK These things happen. Didn't arrive the second day, a Royal Mail Card for collection was posted instead.
Prestige Flowers promised Delivery on a revised date and included Wine and Vase as an apology. When the delivery was successful it was missing the additional items.
They will be happy to resend the items separately in about a week following their investigations. In a week it will be Xmas day so it is likely the Recipient will not be available for collection so will have to go to collect in person from Royal Mail.
The suggestion here is that either Prestige Flowers didn't send the items, the Recipient is lying about receiving them or Royal Mail has 'tampered'
So the 'Surprise' has been ruined not once, not twice but three times.

I ordered flowers for my brother & sister-in-law for their Anniversary to be delivered on the 25th August 2018.
I received an email at 08.34 from DX Delivery stating the flowers would be delivered between 8-am-6pm. I then received an email at 13.49 stating they were unable to complete the delivery. I did not see the email until later & by that time the Customer Service was closed.
They gave no reason why the delivery was not successful. They did not phone my brother to indicate any problem. My brother was in their home & no calling card was left. This suggests to me the delivery company were never at any time near my brother's address.
I had to wait 2 days to lodge my complaint sibce the customer servuce was closed. Sophie from Prestige Flowers apologised profusely but could give me no reason for non delivery of the flowers.
I indicated I did want the flowers delivered now as my brother was going on holiday at the end of the week. She said I could order flowers to the value of £45 as compensation & an apology at a time convenient to me & my brother.
Since August I've had a family bereavement hence the delay in making my order.
I ordered flowers yesterday. Danielle was extremely helpful & new the history of the previous order. She reassured me that this time it would be guaranteed that the order of Rome arrangement would be delivered today 2/11/18. I arranged for my my brother once again to be at home to receive the delivery. I asked if the delivery company had any difficulty that they would phone my brother. Danielle checked the phone number was on the documents for the delivery company.
My brother & his wife stayed in all day. No flowers have been delivered. No phone calls have been received & no calling card left. I unlike last time did not receive any emails regarding tracking of delivery.
I hope you will realise I find the situation for the second time totally unacceptable. I do not want any more flowers delivered & demand a full refund of money for the disappointment & inconvenience to myself, my brother & his wife.
This has caused me unnecessary stress & I am extremely angry to be let down once again.

Ordered a bouquet for a friend. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like advertised on the website, and the size was pathetic and there was mainly just greenery in the bouquet! They were supposed to be bright and cheerful, reflection of an Indian Summer. They looked more like a reflection of a cold, damp, winters day! The "free chocolates with every order" is also a big fat lie!
I sent a photo of what was delivered, and what I thought I'd ordered, but apparently they were satisfactory! They ignored my question about the chocolates and after replied again and said I thought it was disgraceful, I have heard no more from them.

I paid and ordered delivery for Saturday (medium flower bouquet paid for, luxury card red wine and complimentary chocolates. Nothing was delivered on Saturday. Contacted prestige they emailed me back saying they were. I contacted my friend today at work she said a person from a building across the street from her brought them over today. No one attempted to deliver them to her on Saturday and no card was left to say where they were. Until she comes home from work tonight we will not know if it's a complete delivery. Flowers will be wilted by now! Please advise as I am looking for compensation.

Appalling experience (order number: 1829013)
I purchased the London Bouquet which cost £60 for my friend's birthday, as you can see in the first pic how astonishing the bouquet looks so I decided to spend a little extra but worth every penny (that was my first thought) but then when I received the pic from my birthday girl with what she actually received I was completely shocked and fuming. My friend ( the birthday girl) also mentioned that she received the flowers dry and no water and the fact that the bouquet she revived is completely different from what I purchased only.
I chose to make a purchased from Prestige Flowers cause of their so-called 4.7 google stars but after this experience, I strongly believe that the 5 stars reviews are left but the employees' friends.
With the money, I spent on purchasing this awful bouquet I could have to get my self to Cardiff, but a better and more beautiful bouquet from a local shop and get back to London and still have some money left.
One of their service desk staff Dany reply to my email back and forward, and after sending him pictures AND text messages from the recipient stating the exact condition she received the flowers and still not willing to accept that this company is ripping the customers off. However he did admit that the bouquet is incomplete and that there are flowers missing, he wanted to shut me down with a voucher that will force me to have more than ONE appalling experience with this company, and £10 which I will still be out of pocket £50 and my friend receiving an awful present.
I will never use this site again nor I will ever recommend to anyone, even more than I will mention this unpleasant experience with friends and make sure they won't be ripped off as I am.

So look at my two photos and tell me which were on your website and which were delivered? Apparently you can see no difference in quality between the two. You must have very low expectations for the quality of your goods and customer satisfaction.

Failed delivery date, resent as a so say gift 2 days later. I said the Saturday would be OK but let delivery service porch door would be open as my mum would not be there as she had already waited in for 2 days. Royal mail left a card asking for collection from the post office. They expected 82yr disabled lady to pick up from the post office. Or redeliver 3 days late. These were Birthday Flowers. I asked for refund they said they don't do refunds.

WARNING: Whatever you do do not buy flowers from Prestige flowers. I ordered a bouquet in advance, I received a confirmation with the day they would be delivered. They were not delivered on that day, and instead delivered the following day which made them pointless as they were for a birthday. The flowers were poor quality, and clearly not a lot of care had been given when arranging the flowers. Furthermore, the flowers lasted all of 2 days before they started dying. They are unreliable and their customer service is the most appalling I have ever encountered. Absolutely disgusting 'company' who clearly have no regard what so ever for its customers.
terrible delivery let down
My friend lost somebody who meant a great deal to her, so I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day, last Saturday 14th July. Paid a premium. They were not delivered that day, neither were they delivered the following day. They were left in a warehouse for 4 days, DPD were the couriers, and finally delivered today and left in the garden. I have tried on more than 4 occasions to cancel this order, and asked for a refund and I have been told to 'check the small print'. The small print, incidentally includes '100% satisfaction guarantee' which they are not honouring. They really couldn't care less. I have emailed several times, used their live chat 3 times, and really do not know what to do next. I paid over £50 for this rotten service, and the flowers will not only be dead on arrival, but my friend is no longer there.
