I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of MyFlowerTree (myflowertree.com) for a birthday celebration for a family member. While I was pleased with the initial ease of ordering, my experience quickly soured when I was informed by a customer representative that the cake and flowers I had ordered would be delivered within a specific time frame on the same day. Unfortunately, the delivery did not take place, and my attempts to request a call back went unanswered.

Feeling frustrated and concerned, I reached out to another customer representative via chat. As it turned out, the delivery was not possible on the same day, despite the website indicating otherwise. As a customer, I was disappointed and upset by this lack of transparency and communication from the company.

I was further dismayed to find that I was unable to receive a refund and felt as though my trust had been violated. It is particularly distressing when companies take advantage of customers who are relying on their services to create special moments for their loved ones.

MyFlowerTree MyFlowerTree Review: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with MyFlowerTree (myflowertree.com) and felt compelled to share my thoughts. While browsing the site, I was impressed with the variety of options available and decided to place an order with them a day ahead of the intended delivery date. However, to my dismay, my order was not delivered as promised.

When I tried to get in touch with their customer service team via chat, I was disappointed to see that my message went unnoticed despite waiting for hours. Not only was the chat feature unresponsive, but I also attempted to call the number listed on their website only to discover it was bogus and did not work. This left me feeling incredibly frustrated, as I was unable to get any assistance from their team.

Furthermore, the website indicated that they accepted VISA/AMEX/Mastercard, but my bank's technical team could not find evidence of any incoming transaction requests. This raised some red flags and further added to my frustrations.

As the day progressed, the status of my order remained stagnant despite being listed as "out for delivery" since 10:30 pm. I soon discovered that this company operates from Delhi and relies on local vendors to deliver, which made me question the legitimacy of their business practices.

MyFlowerTree MyFlowerTree Sent Me The Wrong Photograph And Failed To Resolve The Issue - Beware Of Their Unscrupulous Practices

I ordered an item from MyFlowerTree and unfortunately, I received a family photograph of another family instead of my own. I immediately contacted their customer care number, but to my dismay, I have not received any help from them. Every time I call, they say that my issue has been forwarded to a different department and that they will look into it. However, to my disappointment, nothing has been done.

What is more frustrating is that there seems to be no common platform where issues are noted. It is unbelievable that this company is behaving in such a fraudulent manner by fooling consumers. I urge you to take the necessary action and examine their operating procedures. It seems as though they are not even willing to reveal their names or ID to use as a reference for subsequent calls. To add insult to injury, every time I contact customer service, I speak to a different agent, and they have no reference to my previous calls because they do not keep a common log sheet.

For me, this issue is not only about the monetary value of my order, but rather the way this company conducts business. I implore MyFlowerTree to take responsibility and be accountable for their actions. As consumers, we should not tolerate any fraudulent or unscrupulous business practices from any company.

MyFlowerTree Disappointing Experience with MyFlowerTree: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I had a really disappointing experience with MyFlowerTree. I placed an order for a beautiful bouquet of flowers, hoping to surprise my dad on his special day. Unfortunately, what was delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. The flowers were wilting and looked nothing like the picture on the website, and to make matters worse, they didn't even last a day.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was met with resistance. The representative argued that because the card had been received, they wouldn't refund the order amount. It was incredibly frustrating to try to explain that what I had received was completely different from what I had ordered, and that I wasn't looking for a partial refund or store credit.

After a lengthy back and forth, I was finally offered wallet credit for the vase and possibly the card, but no refund for the flowers themselves. It was a disappointing outcome given the quality of product and service, and I couldn't believe how petty they were in handling the situation.

MyFlowerTree Terrible Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with MyFlowerTree

My experience with MyFlowerTree was not at all satisfactory, unfortunately. I decided to order a gift for my parents' anniversary and opted for fixed time delivery by paying extra fees. After getting an email confirmation that the package was delivered, I called my parents to see if they had received it. To my surprise, they said they had not. When I reached out to the delivery company to ask what was going on, they explained that the delivery person had promised to deliver the gift two hours after the actual delivery time I had chosen. Eventually, the gift arrived, but it was late.

To make matters worse, I decided to order again from MyFlowerTree later that same month. Yet again, the delivery was not made, and when I called customer service to inquire about the status of my order, the representative insisted that it had been delivered. Feeling upset and frustrated, I requested that they investigate further and find out what had happened. However, it has been two days, and I have not received any response from them. Every time I try to contact MyFlowerTree, I receive the same canned and unhelpful responses.

Frankly, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of customer service provided by MyFlowerTree. They are not taking any responsibility for their mistakes and are not making any effort to address the situation. It is apparent that they only provide scripted responses to customers, and they have no genuine interest in helping customers or improving the quality of their service. In conclusion, I would not recommend MyFlowerTree to anyone and I do not plan on using their service again in the future.

MyFlowerTree MyFlowerTree Review: Terrible Experience with Cheating Online Retailer

My experience with MyFlowerTree has been absolutely terrible. In fact, it was the worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. The company took my money but failed to deliver the products. I placed two separate orders, Order Id: 889592 & Order id: 889645. Unfortunately, the first order was not delivered correctly, prompting me to raise a complaint. To my dismay, the company only delivered the correct item after the event was already over. Even worse, the second order was never delivered, yet they marked it as completed.

I contacted the company's call centre for assistance, but they informed me that they could not help me over the phone. Frustrated, I lodged a complaint via the site on August 27th. However, it is already September 5th, and I have not received any outcome. I decided to send a message to customer service through the chat function on their website. However, the agent lied to me, saying that they had sent me an email when I did not receive one. The agent even claimed to have sent the email at the same time we were chatting. I was disappointed when I finally received an email saying that they were looking into my request, only to get another email a few days later informing me that they credited my wallet back but they never actually credited my account.

In conclusion, MyFlowerTree is a company that cheats and takes money without delivering products. I would like to warn others to beware of this company and their unprofessionalism.

MyFlowerTree Beware of MyFlowerTree: My Disappointing Experience with their Online Flower Delivery Service

I stumbled upon MyFlowerTree (myflowertree.com) while browsing for an online flower delivery service, and I must say, my experience with them was highly disappointing. The first thing that caught my attention was the lack of contact information on their website. No address, phone number, or any means to contact them in case of any issues or queries. This raised a red flag and made me skeptical about using their services.

Despite my initial doubts, I decided to give them a chance and placed an order for a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday. However, the delivery was extremely delayed, and when the flowers finally arrived, they were in a poor condition and didn't resemble the picture on their website at all. I was appalled by the poor quality of service and the way they managed the delivery.

To add to my frustration, when I tried contacting them to raise a complaint, there was no response from their end. This made me curious about their company policies and ownership details. After much research, I discovered that the company was established in 2009 by Mr. Sumit Chhabra. Although they claim to offer a revolutionary platform for online flower delivery, their service falls short of expectations and has been the cause of distress and financial loss for many unsuspecting customers.

My experience with MyFlowerTree was far from satisfactory, and I warn others to stay away from using their services. If you have been a victim of their fraudulent activity, I urge you to take immediate legal action by filing a complaint with the Police Court of Law. Mr. Chhabra should be held accountable for the criminal activity of his company and ensure that all innocent and poor people are compensated for their hard-earned money. MyFlowerTree MyFlowerTree - A Total Scam! Avoid Their Services at All Costs

I recently had an unpleasant experience with MyFlowerTree and decided to share my disappointment with others to save them from the hassle I went through. I had placed an order for a same-day delivery and made a payment of Rs 1150. However, it was unfortunate that my order was not delivered. Despite being promised a delivery before 9pm, the order never arrived. I tried contacting their customer care team for two days, but did not receive any response.

Not only this, I was also sent fake updates on delivery attempts over email, which left me skeptical about their business ethics. It seemed like a total scam once the payment was made, as there was no way to get in touch with them. The customer care number was not available, and I could only request a call back, which I never received despite multiple requests. I also tried using their chat option, but there was no response from their end.

It was a very disappointing experience, and I feel cheated by MyFlowerTree. If they cannot deliver their products, then the least they can do is refund their clients' money. I didn't receive any response when I tried to reach out to them, which made me feel helpless. I would never use their services again, and I would also not recommend their services to anyone.

If you are reading this, please do yourself a favor and avoid using their services. Save yourself from the disappointment and hassle. It's truly a sham that such fraudulent companies exist even today.

MyFlowerTree MyFlowerTree Review: A Disastrous Experience with Wrong Delivery and No Customer Support

Sadly, my experience with MyFlowerTree was extremely disappointing. I ordered a half kg blueberry cheese cake worth Rs. 995 on 20th of December, however, what was delivered today around 1 pm was a normal cream cake worth only Rs. 300 (confirmed by the store person). I was shocked and immediately called the delivery guy, thinking that he delivered someone else's order at my place. He took the store person on a conference call and the store person said that he got an order for a normal cream cake only, which was worth Rs. 300.

I have been trying to log a complaint on their website, MyFlowerTree.com, but every time I put in the details and click Submit, it says 403 - Forbidden and does not register the complaint. I was so frustrated with this, I even tried calling their call center several times, but unfortunately, only got connected to their representatives twice after approximately 40-50 calls. On both calls, I was assured that I would get a resolution and a call back from them in 30 minutes. However, four hours have passed, and I haven't received any response from them.

It seems as though this company doesn't care about customer complaints. How is it that they can charge such a high price for something and not even deliver the correct product? This is unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who are considering using MyFlowerTree.

The store name where this incident took place is Floriana, and my order number was #736879. It is imperative that MyFlowerTree takes action in resolving this issue and refrain from cheating their customers.

MyFlowerTree Terrible Experience with MyFlowerTree - Late Delivery & Poor Customer Service

The experience with MyFlowerTree has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite ordering days in advance to ensure timely delivery of the gifts and cake to a friend on June 9th, it is now June 12th and nothing has been received. To make matters worse, the same customer service representative seems to answer the phone every time, showing a lack of professionalism and customer service etiquette. When expressing concern about the order status, the response is simply to give the order number and wait for the back-end team to check. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused great embarrassment when the friend asked if any news had been received on the gifts.

Although I understand that the current situation may be causing delays, the lack of communication and inability to provide timely updates is unacceptable. Even the promised callback requests take hours to receive, leaving me feeling hopeless and unheard. With such a terrible experience, I will never use MyFlowerTree again and will not recommend their service to anyone. The attitude and lack of customer service skills exhibited by the representative were enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth. I plan on cancelling my order if it is not delivered within the next day.

Overall, MyFlowerTree has the worst service I have ever experienced, and I feel ashamed for trying to use their services. Their actions have caused great embarrassment and hurt, and I cannot express enough how terrible this experience has been.
