I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day however, I had chosen the wrong date. I immediately contacted customer service and the ASSURED me that the changes were made. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day when my mom wasn't home. So, I reached out again ad they ASSURED me that they were gonna upgrade the flowers and send with a letter of apology...guess what...nothing was delivered on the promised day. I am very disappointed in this. My mom lives out of state so to try and do something special was a task I thought this would be an easy fix but I will never order again. At this point all I want is my money back.
incorrect flower delivery
I ordered flowers sent to my workplace to a co-worker whose last day on the job was Tuesday. I was not in the office Tuesday, and when I got to work Wednesday, I found that the flowers had been delivered to me instead! What made it worse was that they called me Monday after I placed the order online to verify who was to receive it, and I gave them her name (after also providing it online). They told me the order had been correctly delivered! Since my co-worker is gone, I called the company today to ask if they could deliver them to her home and they will not do so. I will not use them again!

Buyer beware
I placed a flower order several months ago, with promises made of a certain arrangement, certain delivery date and time. Delivery day was not met. It took several hours on the phone to deal with the issue. Promised an upgrade on the arrangement with delivery the next day. Flowers delivered were not even walmart quality. After being lied to by several representatives this issue was finally pushed to upper management, who asked that I give them an opportunity, in the future to make it right.
So, on february 13, gave them that opportunity. Spoke to upper management in the processing this order. Received an email from this company stating it would be delivered on the 13th. Delivery did not happen on the 13th. Spent two hours again the evening of the 13th talking with a representative and two different supervisors.
The first supervisor, made me some offers and promises - which included a call to the florist, immediately, a guarantee delivery on the 14th, an upgrade in boquet, and a 30% refund. Asked me to hold while he processed those promises and once we got off the phone, he would email and in the email would list what is being done to correct this situation. Was disconnected from this supervisor while I was on hold. I waited an hour, checked my email, no email.
Called again, spoke to a supervisor. Was informed that the notes on my account regarding my conversation with the first supervisor said, "customer was offered… transferring customer to another supervisor." therefore, I confirmed that nothing had been done regarding the correction of this order. I confirmed, that at this point, had I not called back in, there would have been no contact with the florist, no upgrade, no credit of 30% off, etc.
Several things that extremely frustrates me during my conversation with both supervisor are:
-found out I had ordered and paid for a premium arrangement and only a regular arrangement was ordered for the florist to make.
-the order stated it was going to a residence and not a business, therefore, delivery times were not correct.. And it took me telling the first supervisor about 10 time to change it and he did not change it. It took me telling the second supervisor about four time and then getting down right nasty and rude with him to get him to change the order to a business delivery. I guess folks in connecticut believe that delivery to a bank is residential.
-the first supervisor did nothing that he promised to correct the situation
-I told the first representative and the first supervisor, that I did not want an apology from send flowers sent to the recipient. When I spoke to the second supervisor, an apology was still going to be sent.
-I wasted two hours of my life, in attempts to get this situation corrected and my contact with these two supervisors was very unprofessional.
So, the drama continues on the 14th…. I left several messages the night before to the two upper management people who I had talked to on the 13th… who took the order and processed the order. It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes after they came into work to return my calls / messages left the night before. This shows the priority they put on this situation. And the response I got was really nothing, for they were waiting on communications from the florist and other excuses. I was transferred to the operations manager, who in the past, when I asked to speak to him, was told that he does not talk to customers. Really, in my opinion, just received pat answers from him.
And the drama continues. Flowers were to be delivered to my friend, who works in a bank in jacksonville, florida. Someone calls the corporate offices of the bank in new york city, talks to management there, to see if the flowers have been delivered. When the flowers are delivered the arrangement consists of at least ½ of it being baby breathe, about half of the stem of flowers represented in a deluxe arrangement and this was suppose to be a premium, with an upgrade, with extra stems put into it. The arrangement displayed on the website was a beautiful multicolored flowers, that was full of flowers with very little greenage. Rather, we received a sea of white daisies and baby breath with about 9 stems of colored flowers.
Then I received a phone call upper management person asking me if my friend received one or two arrangements. I was informed that the operations manager made the decision to have a second florist involved and to make a delivery because they felt the first florist was being wishy washy and he was certain a delivery would be made at all. A decision made to a second arrangement sent from another florist, without cancelling the first. How stinking embrassing for a woman to receive at work two arrangements on the same day, from the same guy! How stupid it makes me look for her to receive two arrangements.
Here is the bottom line… everything rises and falls on leadership! If the operations manager makes such stupid customer embarrassing decisions, no wonder, the regular employee and supervisors do the incompetent, unprofessional, customer service that they do. If two upper management personnel / supervisors process my order like they did on this one, no wonder, the regular employee and supervisors do the incompetent, unprofessional, customer service that they do.
Note: I have asked to speak to the ceo of this company and have been informed that he doesn't talk to customers.
Yes, I will recognize that I have received a total credit for the cost of the arrangement. But, that does not resolve their consistent inability to provide good customer service to their customers.

My wife ordered a Christmas arrangement for her mother after seeing a picture of it on their website. What they sent was an embarrassment, it truly looked like something that was picked up at the corner gas station...not to worry...they offer 100% satisfaction!

they offer 30% refund of the arrangement price not including delivery or tax, which amounts to $12 back on a $49 order.
I post on their Facebook page and get a response that a supervisor will contact us and fully resolve this issue.
Late at night a person calls and identifies himself by saying "I will be ACTING as a supervisor" (what the heck does that mean?)
He offers 50% refund on the arrangement price not including delivery or tax, which is not up to $14.50

He offers 50% refund on total purchase = $24.50 and says he 'understands'... my wife asks him 'what do you understand?" he has no response but fed up with the whole situation, my wife finally says 'fine'

I should have checked reviews before I ordered from them. Stay away. They check availalbility of same day delivery via zip code. Site said same day was available, so I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I checked in via chat around 3:20 because it was not yet delivered, I ordered around 10 a.M. They said yes, it would be delivered. I got an email at 3:48 with an apology that it would not be delivered. They said it would be delivered the next day. No! I cancelled. Now, let's see if I get the money back. Don't stop or consider on this site, keep looking for a reputable company that delivers as promised.

On September 25 I wanted to send my daughter and her new husband a special send off before they left for their honeymoon.
I called them to confirm i could order and have flowers delivered in time. Was assured yes and told to order online.
As the time for the flowers to arrive neared i began to realize they were not going to be delivered-I called immediately and was hung up on. I called back and was given a fake email address to write to. Further attempts to call them were ignored. I contacted them several times through their site and received absolutely no reply. I was also charged more on my credit card than what i had ordered online.
At first i thought it was bad customer service, but the blatent ignoring of my attempts to contact them made me suspect a scam. And after looking online I discovered hundreds of complaints about this company with the same concerns.
I called visa to tell them of the fraud and cancelled my card as I read by hundreds of people that a second charge usually happens a month later.
What I do not understand is how this can still be a website!
I have learned a valuable lesson in online ordering.

I ordered flowers for delivery and paid over 50 dollars for it. When it did not deliver by mid afternoon I emailed them and I got response to someone else ( not me ). When I corrected them as to who I am they said they will check and let me know. Late that afternoon they responded to me and said they couldn't deliver and they will deliver the next day. Apologized and said they will refund me the same day delivery fee. Next day they delivered flowers to my mother in law that I am truly embarrassed by. I ordered and paid for 24 long stem roses in a premium vase for my family members milestone birthday. They charged me for that amount.
They only delivered 10 long stem roses in a non premium, crummy vase. Flowers looked horrible and were wilting. Called sendflowers to articulate the problem and they didn't seem to care much. After much going back and forth they said they would refund 30%. That doesn't make up for the flowers they shorted, or for the epic failure on their part and how what was suppose to make someone happy on their birthday only made them sad.
Worst part is if my family member didn't send me the picture of what they received I would have never know I was short changed.
Shame on you Sendflowers for such poor quality in your product and delivery.

I ordered same day delivery flowers at 11 am. Their site says as long as order before 3 pm they will be delivered that day. At 10:15 pm they still were not delivered. I called and got hung up on. Called again and waited 20 mins just to talk to someone who told me flowers were being delivered Into the night because they were busy. Who the hell delivers or receives flowers at 10pm?! She then tried to tell me I had put my delivery date as the 15th. I told her I was looking at the email from them stating that I was correct in the delivery date being the 11th. She continued to put me on hold to "call the florist" and what not. Came back argued with me again about the date and then when I asked for a refund was told the supervisor was in a meeting and couldn't be interrupted. Seriously? After almost an hour she finally agreed to refund my money. Then told me "no offense but next time pay attention to your delivery date you pick" seriously? I'm attaching a picture showing my delivery date WAS THE 11th. Which I told her. I told her I sent an email to them as well showing the delivery date was NOT the 15th like she was saying. She then tried to tell me that that the zip code couldn't get same day delivery. THEN WHY DID THE WEBSITE OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR THAT ZIPCODE? This is a horrible company. I run a business myself and if I ever didn't deliver a service I offered I wouldn't be in business anymore! WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? She blamed me and tried to tell me I didn't know what I was doing when ordering the flowers... because it's rocketscience right?! 🙄 This was my first time ordering flowers online. Worst experience and I will never do it again. Do Not use! Don't promise a service if you can't deliver!
confused orders
They confused my order and my mother got different flowers. I ordered a special bouquet consisted of lavender roses and blue irises almost 60 dollars worth, and what she got was a bouquet of red roses. Nothing else. And it seemed like it was cheaper.
I was infuriated. Of course, my mom was happy to get those roses, but when you order something definite you expect to get it.
Naturally, I called customer service and told them my interesting story. They apologized and agreed to refund. Thank them for that. But anyway, I think that everyone should know about this.

Had the worst experience with Sendflowers and would not recommend them to anyone. Ordered flowers for mother's day and did not receive them. I called them and they claimed that flowers were delivered and that I personally have accepted them. That was a complete lie, but no matter what I said they didn't listen.
I wasn't even able to get a refund, because they were sure I got my order and thought that I was trying to scam them! After our not so pleasant conversation they called me a liar and that was it. Very rude service, no order and stolen money. Avoid!

I ordered flowers from this flower delivery company called Sendflowers. When flowers did not arrive I contacted Sendflowers and asked about my order status and they said they had no idea. These people were not able to answer my questions and they did not know who the florist was!
I tried to get my money back but they claimed that only florist was able to refund me, but as I already said they didn't know who the florist was.
I did not believe a singe word! That was an obvious scam! Do not buy from this site, they will take your money but will not deliver your order. Mine never arrived!

Placed an order on April 7, 2017 for delivery on April 13, 2017. Received an email back this afternoon, April 7, 2017, that the order had been delivered April 13, 2017, which hasn't even occurred yet! Called customer service immediately and was on hold, on the call with her for over 45 minutes. Final outcome, the flowers have already been delivered for a birthday that doesn't occur until next week. She offered to have the flowers re-delivered, which makes no sense at all, or a 30% credit back to my credit card and a $20 gift certificate. First of all, re-delivering the flowers makes no sense, and two, I won't order from these people again so the $20 gift certificate does me no good. I expect nothing less than 100% back of my money. This is poor customer service, not any way I would expect a company to behave.

And that`s when I found out my $45.98usd flowers never made it ...they never send them to the funeral... Ofcourse they gave me a huge apologize and offer to upgrade my order and send a bigger flower thing that day...A WEEK AFTER THE FUNERAL...REALLY? I said NO I want my refund! I ordered flowers at Sendflowers.com to be delivered to my daughter. After it was too late to order elsewhere I was contacted that they would not be delivering my flowers after all. They weren't able to find a florist to deliver. They offered to send an apology and an upgraded arrangement the following day. I called and asked what assurances I would have that the following day, I would not get this same notice. They "accidentally disconnected." I called back and I asked if a Florist had been located. I was told that a florist had been located. The next day, I again received a notice that they were not going to deliver my flowers- they suggested that the address was too remote. I is in a bustling suburb of Charleston. It is hardly remote. They should have known they couldn't get delivery and not accepted my order in the first place. That way I would have been able to order with a reputable seller. These people lie. No one should ever risk ordering from them.
This is so true. Did me the same way for my Papaw’s funeral & had me sitting at home waiting for them all day, two days in a row & I had to call them to find out they weren’t able to find a local florist. I could’ve ordered from somewhere else. I believe the local florists are involved with the failure, making it impossible to get their products at a disc price. This is a joke. A once in a lifetime event should never be messed up.

Later they called me and said that they had no idea what happened with my order and could not guarantee delivery time! What kind of company is that? I have ordered some flowers from www.sendflowers.com as a surprise for my mother and paid some extra for the same day delivery. I did get a confirmation email and thought that everything was settled. Several hours later I called my mom and asked her did she like the flowers and she said that she never received anything! So I contacted the company and demanded my money back and they promised to call me back later, but they never did! When I called again and told my name they just disconnected! Cowards!

Ordered online, choosing delivery date and location. Order went through, they took my money and sent me a confirmation email. The next day I received an email stating they could not find anyone to deliver the flowers on Sunday (My Anniversary) so they were going to deliver them on Saturday. Not so much as a we are sorry or is this okay with you, just to bad deal with it, never mind that Saturday is NOT my anniversary. Then the following day the called me, this being Thursday, and just told me that they are going to have to cancel my order as they can't find anyone to send any flowers there ever I guess. Long story short, they promise anything to get your money then just wing it and hope they can find anything to send at anytime. They are the definition of Bait and Switch.

This company will not be in business for long... I highly advise against using this flower delivery service if you want something delivered on time. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister-in-law's birthday about a week ahead of time. I recite over a call from SendFlowers.com saying the flowers could not be delivered because they missed the - pm deadline and they could send an upgraded version of the flowers instead two days later. I obviously did not want a gift to be mailed to my sister-in-law two days after her birthday and I had not arrange for another gift to be mailed to her. I told the customer service agents that I was extremely dissapoonted and had wished at least I could have been notified earlier to I could have arranged for another gift. They did not care- just kept saying sorry and I could accept their 'generous' upgrade offer. I also spoke to a shoe isle and she repeated the same lines. It was only 2 pm and I asked why they didn't try to get another flourish to send the flowers and was told they have a 15 mile radius.
My only consultation is that there is no way these guys can stay in business with the horrible service.
Worst company ever!, I ordered on Friday afternoon a floral arrangement for my wife to be delivered here while she was at home for our 45th Anniversary, along with a box of candy. First: I asked if they could make the delivery as early as possible, they said flowers are delivered between 8am and 6pm. Then after waiting all day Saturday for the delivery so my wife could answer the door I received and apology email stating that they could not make the delivery for Sat and they would upgrade my order and deliver Monday. I immediately got online and had a chat with a CSR who made the same offer, then the clown offered to call my wife and apologize ( What a idiot )!, it was a surprise. I told him NO, no way, I don't want their upgrade and all they can do for me is refund all of my money. After attempting to get me to accept their offer again I told the CSR to refund my money or go to small claims court at which he will pay more. He agreed to refund my entire cost. NEVER and I do mean NEVER do business with this company.
