I placed an order of fruit and chocolates with Netflorist for approx R900 including delivery. Order number
The delivery only included fruit. When I queried this, they sent me a list to compare to. I responded to advice that the type of fruits they had differed to what was delivered as well as less fruit and no chocolates at all.
Their customer contact team (after numerous mails) apologised yet no refund or anything to advise how they will rectify this given what I received was not what I paid for. This was a birthday gift so very disappointing.
After numerous follow ups requesting how this will be resolved, there is still no response to data.
The type and no. of fruits received was valued more like R500 than R900.
Ordered on 25 Jan 2024. Order number [protected]. To date (24th February 2024) no response from them. I have today advised that I’m sending this to the complaints board.
