Incorrect payment made, no refund
I made an incorrect to netflorist of a large amount. It was supposed to be deposited into my bond, but I mistakly paid it to Netflorist. I immediately called them and they assured me that they would help quickly with the refund.
9 days later, they are still giving me the run around with no answer on the refund. My debits have bounced, I've had to miss my 6 month gynae appointment as they only take cash and I am strapped for cash because the refund hasn't been done yet. They are just giving me the run around saying they are waiting for feedback from the finance team. I'm desperate and don't know what to do to get the refund.
Pathetic service 7 days to deliver 1 small gift
Ordered on 18 june... Sent proof of payment same day. Was told I never paid after speaking to 5 different people and sending through pop 5 times they told me there will be a 2 day delay as my fault. Was told would be delivered today 24 june... Now howard mazibuko phones me to say it wont be delivered today...7 days of waiting and fighting... Not worth the effort... Bunch of liars... Definitely the thorn amongst the roses... Wonder if my friend will ever receive her gift... Maybe it can be her christmas present
Half the order not received
On the 26th May I ordered items for my son for his birthday but did not receive the one item [teddy bear]. I spent the rest of the afternoon trying to contact the call centre and sent chat messages. Eventually, someone came back to me and said they will deliver the item the next day which we did receive.
I then ordered a birthday gift for my husband on the 30th May and once again one item was not delivered. The driver gave me the number of the contact person at Netflorist, Maria, but she never answered her cellphone. I sent an email and tried calling the call centre and sending a message but Netflorist offices were closed.
I then left it for Monday, the 1st June and spent over half an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone. The lady in the call centre then tells me that they dont have the hoodie in stock and that the shop that supplies the hoody only opens today, the 1st June. This is false advertising! How can Netflorist advertise something for sale that they do not have/have access to? I asked for a refund only for her to tell me that the refund will be done in 3-10 working days! Gosh! After taking my money for an item they dont have in stock and then making me wait for 2 weeks to get my money back is shocking to say the least!
I then asked to speak to a manager and had to wait till minutes till he came on the line. He then asked me to email him the banking details to action the refund by the COB the next day. Who knows whether they will keep to their word with the date of payment...?
I have been ordering from netflorist for years and never have I had such a poor experience like I have had twice in one week.

I ordered a gift ten days in advance for my boyfriends Birthday. The gift did not arrive, nobody maid any communication with me with regards to what is going on. I tried calling them but no one answered. I e-mailed them the next morning and when they replied in the afternoon they told me that they did not have what I had ordered in stock.
I am so disappointed they offered to give me a voucher or a refund. I requested for a refund and they told me it takes 2 -10 working days.

I have had an incredibly negative experience in receiving my refund from Netflorist.
I am a regular customer on this site and the level of inconvenience I have been subjected too is not acceptable.
I placed an order for a birthday, which your system allowed me to do so. It is only when I followed up the next day was I informed that the system was not supposed to allow me to purchase. No one proactively informed me that there was an error on your system. I have subsequently been told I have to wait for your finance department to release the money back into my account. We are living through and pandemic and you can appreciate that customers need their money for essentials.
The disregard I have been shown by Netflorist is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I would like an immediate refund today.

The many consultants we phoned promised that this would be sorted out, but it never does. Wow after reading all the terrible reviews on Hello Peter I should have known better than to use Netflorist for one of the most important days of the year! Mothers Day! I had a similar issue where a gift I ordered for my Mom was out of stock and Netflorist didnt even bother to inform me!!! I had to find out from my Mom today when the item was not delivered!...

Like many others their service stinks - they cannot live up to their promise to deliver on time. But it goes deeper than this. They sent me a coupon for free delivery, only problem it never worked and I was well within the 2 hour time frame they give you in order to use it. But it goes deeper than this still. In trying to process the order I would continually get a broken page message - turns out they were busy editing the price of the item I was trying to order - suddenly when it worked the price had gone up by R 200.00 - This online service is truly a joke even though I have used them several times before. This will definitely be the last.
Parcel not delivered
I would like to log a complaint regarding delivery [protected].
I placed the birthday order on the 20th of February, selecting delivery date for the 28th of Feb. It was a special 50th birthday and the parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 28th. The below email is unacceptable, if Netflorist can't commit in delivering gifts in an area on the date specified, then they should inform the customer in advance so that they can make another plan. It is spoiling the birthday surprise totally and I'm not interested in sending this gift to only arrive 4 days later to the recipient. I feel like an idiot asking my brother does he like his gift, just to find out he has never received it. I demand a refund please.

non delivery on valentine's day
I ordered flowers to be delivered on this Valentines Day. They got there the next day. They said they "tried to deliver" . I don't know what that means but in any case there was someone there all day and they had the recipient's mobile number as well.
I told Netflorist I wanted a refund. They offered me a 200 Rand voucher, as if I would ever do business with them again. They wrote "we are sorry for the bad service" we are sorry we ruined you Valentines Day.
Yes they ruined my valentines day.
They should make up for it.
I bought the flowers for Valentine Day. That was the only reason. To deliver them on the day after kinda defeats the purpose, don't you think?

I ordered in advance a Personalised Purrfect Cat Teddy, with Chocs Hamper on the 6th of February 2020 for delivery today on Valentines Day.
The order arrived on time, but only the chocolates were delivered and no Teddy.
I have made over 20 calls but no one answers and the prerecorded voice is a nightmare to even understand what the individual is trying to say - quite a joke in the business world to have such immaturity (not sure which stressed me out more!)
I am out of town and I have not seen my partner for the last 3 months!
You guys really know how to hurt people on special days like this.
We trust you and your "words" published on the internet, all the while you cannot uphold simple commitments like the quality of your service.

This is a venue, so they are open 24/7, but my problem is, when I called yesterday afternoon 3X times, the consultants told me that only the receipt will receive the flowers and nobody else, well your policy terms and condition are false and if the receipt is not there, they will delivered it the following day?
Imagine nobody was their to receive the roses, will the flowers only been thrown away? I did not sleep at all last night, because I did not know who collected the flowers, was it security, did they take it for them, this is not cheap roses at all?
Luckily the roses was on my husband desk without any water, only one rose died, the rest are okay
I want an apology from you as soon as possible, maybe new roses with a different color delivered for him today, refund or a huge apology letters with a voucher, chocolates etc

Please don't use netflorist, worst service ever. You will save yourself a lot of time and airtime by not using them. Rather support your local florist. It will definitely be the first and last time using them.
First I was told my delivery was delivered but the recipient didn't receive it, after spending hours on the phone finally I was told it was a system error and that the order was n fact not delivered as I stated. Then when it was delivered the next day (finally) only half the order was delivered.

Then delicia called and said the courier company couldnt find my address or something like that, I clearly stated the business name, and we are the only business on that street and corner. Absolutely terrible service. My gift is for a birthday now I have to think of excuses tonight. And still today I had to reach out first I still haven't heard anything from netflorist, after 3 emails now delicia calls me and says no but she didnt receive my first mail etc. She did not do her job from the beginning. She is lying to me, and no one cares, I still havent received a single update from netflorist, why was my parcel cancelled in the beginning, why did no one from netflorist contact me or emailed me? Nothing, no communication. I showed up last night with no gift. And she said the courier company said they were here twice, bulldust. I received another parcel from another online company yesterday that I also ordered online, and they used the courier guy and they kept me up to date the whole time. And found the place the first time, all my takealot orders arrive here without any hassle. This is the worst customer service ever. I really think delicia should rather not work with customers, because if I had a problem with a customers gift, I will follow up from there on out. And she didn't call me once without me emailing first. This is really ridiculous.

Last Thursday I ordered a gift for a very special friend of mine. I was told it would only be able to deliver on Monday, so much for same day delivery...
As of today the gift has still not been delivered with zero communication or explanation given. I have sent mails that have gone ignored and as I live in Australia, I asked my Mother to call them there (Johannesburg, South Africa). They were incredibly unhelpful and rude but told her that it would be delivered today, Tuesday the 14th of January. It still has not been delivered and I am absolutely disgusted in the unacceptable level service. They don't care about their customers and just want their money.

I called this afternoom to follow up on my order i was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back again amd was then told to hold. I continued holding on for 13 minutes. I called back again 3 times. No answer... i have called out over R50 worth of airtime and still didnt get anywhere. The service is pathetic. Ive always loved using netflorist but this was the last time! And no one even has the decency to call me back. The gift that was also dated to be delivered today still has not even arrived. Please can someone let me know when i will receive my order?

I placed an order with Netflorist on the 8th of October for delivery on my wife's birthday on the 1st of November. However, only one of the two items paid for ended up getting delivered. Netflorist has no dedicated complaints number or email or staff to handle such issues and you spend hours calling and getting directed n redirected despite the fact that you are the one that has lost financially and has had their plan ruined. I'm really disappointed in Netflorist as I thought as market leaders they'll set the standard. But if this is their standard, then I don't see them being market leaders for long. How can you be so careless in handling people's orders and provide no way for them to seek redress.

SCAM ALERT
I placed an order on the 1st of November 06:30 in the morning to be delivered the 2nd of November. This product has the option of same dag delivery. The next morning they tell me that because they received my proof of payment late (was sent at 06:47) they will not be able to deliver on that day. However, the product delivers on "some day delivery". When I emailed them about it, asking why it will not be delivered as their website states sameday and it is the day of delivery anyways, they emailed me back all of a sudden saying that they didnt receive my payment even after I recieved an email from them confirming that they have received my payment and one stating that they recieved it "late". Furthermore, the email that said that I didnt pay also stated that I must "hurry before order close". Order close at 12pm and they sent this email at 12:01.
This is not poor service it's a SCAM.

I ordered a gift for delivery for the 10th Oct 2019 and after the date came and went, I then emailed to enquire what was going on... still no reply to the email. I asked the recipient of the gift to please call Netflorist to follow up and they only got the sound of a ringing phone, which incidentally is all I got after the auto-answer on the UK number.
