Wow after reading all the terrible reviews on Hello Peter I should have known better than to use Netflorist for one of the most important days of the year! Mothers Day! I had a similar issue where a gift I ordered for my Mom was out of stock and Netflorist didnt even bother to inform me! I had to find out from my Mom today when the item was not delivered! How pathetic and disgraceful is this service from Netflorist? The worst part was that I ordered a PERSONALISED gift! So they definitely knew in advance that the item was out of stock as I'm certain there is a lead time to do the personalization! So they knew the item was out of stock and just didnt bother to inform me! If they atleast informed me I could have made alternative arrangements for another gift! They also just offered me a refund! That's obvious! They HAVE to refund me because they didnt deliver! But does that compensate for ruining a Mother's Day? NO! It does NOT!
