poor quality
I received a bunch of flowers as a gift on 10 February 2016. When they arrived I notice that they were not fresh as some of the petals on the underside of the roses were already brown. Saturday morning some of the heads had fallen off during the night. The same on Sunday morning. By Monday all the roses were wilted and had to be thrown away. The flowers lasted only 2 days. Totally unacceptable. The person who sent me the flowers must be refunded.

I am seriously not impressed with Netflorist anymore, I seem to always have an issue with orders and deliveries of late? If I was in the country I would not have to make use of your services but seeing as I do not have that luxury I am dependent on you to do it for me, thus I would expect you to handle my request for which I pay hard earned money in the manner that I would have done.
The card was delivered with no message written inside - I did write down the message I wanted in the card - why was it not written on the card?
I ordered and paid for additionally to the flowers and chocolate a "Love" balloon that was also not delivered.
This deflates the overall message I was sending and diminishes the meaning of the gift!
My query on Twitter was also not addressed at all.
2 emails sent to address this issue and still no response from them.
valentines day not delivery
Since we are together around 14 years, I gave to my special girlfriend, fiance and now wife at least one rose. And in this Valentines day, I let the responsibility for Neflorist to take care about it. So, the 24 roses did not arrive. At least I was waiting from these guys one single phone call apologize for that, nobody called me the whole day . I did 3 phone calls, nobody could give a proper answer... very disappointed, never more I will use this service and not recomend to anyone. I just want my money back now ! poor service

Order placed for delivery on 14 Feb, had to call 4 times yesterday and was lied to on all 4 occasions them telling me my delivery is second, delivery left just after 13:00pm and still wasnt delivered at 16:00pm?
Keeping in mind you hold the line for 15mins before someone that CANT assist you answers.
Gift was never delivered as my request was for them to deliver before 14:00pm as recipient leaves at 15:00pm.
Its now 15 February 2017 9:00am and my Valentines gift has still not been delivered, this does not sit right as the special moment is gone and im left with egg on my face!
The recipient is no longer at the address given for delivery on the 14 February 2017 so i had to update the address and have been told now that due to the address change it will only be delivered this afternoon!? This is not my problem, your automated emails are rubbish - get rid of them as i was informed yesterday that my gift would take priority this morning... ANOTHER LIE!
service: delivery not on time
I ordered on the 9th of February 2017, two different products, which the date of the one product was the 14th that ordered was received yesterday the 13th, which led to the other order to show also as delivered, but I did not receive anything. Also they did try to make a delivery just after 5 when the security phone me to say what now. I was already at home.
Then I started phoning I was promised the next day, it's now the 14th the order was not delivered as yet.
When I phoned today again to tell them I will not wait for my order I will leave at 16:30, the company will close they (Customer Service) just said it will be delivered and the do apologias, apology does not correct the problem, you stole from me, I paid for the product and Netflorist did not deliver.
Useless, not satisfied, no one gets back to you, Worst online service ever.
Purchase of flowers
I ordered flowers for my wife from your website. I indicated a desired delivery time in my order. While I understand they cannot guarantee delivery time, I am hoping you could at least notify me that they cannot satisfy my request. I can even pick up the flowers on my own time.
Till now, I have been waiting at home all day and I still have not received the flowers.
I tried contacting their number +65 [protected] many times and no one answered at all.
They claim they guarantee any interaction with them will be pleasurable one including efficiency and friendliness of call center staff, effective and prompt handling of all email and order enquiries. sounds like its all fake. Its like they do not have a call center at all.

I ordered lindt chocolates for my husband on the 12th. They failed to deliver by 2pm and he had already left work. I used up most of my airtime calling them to follow up. I then cancelled the order and to date they have not refunded me my mone R584. I will never order there again as i received no assistance from their call centre. I have emailed them three times last week. Still no response. I still have not received my money back and have lost hope.

My booking nr [protected]...pathetic service i made a booking on 27 Nov 16 and i requested that the flowers be delivered before 12 on 28 Nov 16..i phoned the contact centre and only after 20 min i was told the florist that must deliver the flowers didnt get the order and it would be delivered tommorow the 29th ...i said no thebooking is for today and the occasion is today
..i spoke to a manager Shaun and he sai he will get back to me...guess what my wife is still waiting for her flowers and Shaun still didnt phone me back it is 16.19 on Monday afternoon dont think she will get it today...what a dissapointment never again will i order from Netflorist...pathetic service
no accountability for pathetic service
After a quick visit to the Netflorist website, and reading their terms and conditions, I decided to order a Gerbera and Rose Bouquet for my wife on her birthday. Without any hassle the online order was completed, paid and confirmation e-mail received.
I placed the order with Netflorist during the morning of Tuesday 17 November 2016, order number [protected]. Seeing as my wife is a teacher, I added a request that the flowers be delivered to my wife on 21 November 2016 before 11:00 as the school is closing at 12:00. At 10:24 on the morning of 21 November I receive an e-mail simply stating:
"Please be advised that the florist to whom your order has been assigned will not be able to deliver your order by 11:00 am this morning. They are situated in Harterbeespoort and can only do it this afternoon.
Please reply with an alternative address to which we can deliver in the event that we reach the school and ______ has already left"
After phoning Netflorist and speaking to 3 different consultants I had to cancel the order after hearing the following lame excuses:
1. They (Netflorist) cannot get hold of the florist tasked with my order.
2. The florist tasked with the order is not located in the same town and don't deliver to Brits
3. They can deliver it only later that same afternoon.
4. It is my fault for not understanding their terms and conditions correctly.
Firstly, the internal management, or rather the lack thereof, of order placement and delivery is not my problem. It's yours Netflorist!
Secondly, included in the purchasing fee is a delivery charge. So I actually had to pay for a service that Netflorist don't deliver.
Thirdly, whats the use of delivering the flowers to a school that is already closed! In the terms and conditions it states that Netflorist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. To a degree I understand it, but I didn't specify a time, I requested that the flowers be delivered to my wife during the morning when she is actually at work.
Fourthly, I didn't receive any notification that my order, and the delivery request contained therein, was not acceptable.
Needles to say the flowers where not delivered, causing me great humiliation with my wife's colleagues as it was part of proceedings they planned for her
Not one consultant even tried to apologize for the mess, or even tried to come up with a workable solution.
I still haven't received a notification that my order was canceled, nor have I been refunded.
It is totally unacceptable that a company can not be held accountable for their actions and the companies employed by them.
early deterioration of roses in bouquet
I received a bouquet from someone on Monday, 7 November 2016. Although it is very beautiful, I have the following complaint.
After two days the roses in the arrangement started to deteriorate to brown, despite having given the flower food solution as per the instructions.
It is unacceptable that such poor quality roses were supplied, especially given the expensiveness of the bouquet.

Hi... I have a complaint... I previously used netflorist and had no issues... However today was my anniversary, and my husband wanted to surprise me with the mix daisies in pottery vase... And he purchased a greeting card... First of all the delivery came so late... At 18:45 pm... 2nd the greeting card purchased @ r19.95 was not delivered! Instead a cheap little standard card from the florist came with the diasies... And 3rdly... The vase is not a vase. Its not a pottery vase. Its a cheap little basket... And it cost r189.95? Ridiculous... Very disappointed.. A bunch if thieves.. Please find attached pics. And screen shot of the actual paid for order... The florist yourl got to do the order was mokka blooms ballito... Now you give me a voucher, that I now need to go purchase something else, and it will cover r50 of the delivery cost, as I mentioned r19.95 of that 69.95 voucher does belong to me...? Disgusted with the service i ordered flowers for my mum in south africa from the uk, they arrived dead ..Lilac roses .
As soon as i found out emailed netflorist and they quoted the terms and conditions at me,
Attempts to resolve have resulted in no response ..Was dealing with a clyde slammert .. Very unhelpful and said i will let my superior know .

refunds not paid back
I requested Netflorist to cancel two orders because they could not deliver on the requested time. As I'm writing this - in much frustration - many phone calls, e-mails, I still have not received my refund. This is a week in waiting. I had two family members hospitalized at the same time in different hospitals and Netflorist could not deliver. When I called in to Netflorsit - one operator said that the banks takes two weeks to clear the funds - as if I live in a different country or something or don't know how internet banking work? This is just crazy - do they want to force you to still want the order? I don't understand this. They don't commit to a refund payment date - but if you want a delivery it will not go out until they have the money in the bank! They don't get back to you - and above all - they requested me not to phone in - they said have it in hand - yeah right - one operator stated that she is processing the refund - another said it is still laying in the in tray - not processed. I had to forward my proof of payments to 4 people - cancel the order at 3 - each time I phone in the system stated that the "order" was still active and not cancelled - I will never purchase anything from Netflorist again - and if someone is reading this - please rather support the local florists - they are friendlier, accommodating and if there is an issue - they try to resolve it - they don't hang on to your money and make you feel like a jerk because you requested a refund - go local - I did and I will never, ever shop at Netflorist again - I don't know if Netflorist will ever read this or respond to this - but word of mouth advise - they do bad business
total incompetence - avoid them at all cost
My order was not delivered on the special day that it was arranged for and eventually arrived 3 days late.
The flowers sent out to supposedly compensate for the late delivery of my main order also arrived 3 days late.
The website was not reliable and twice told me that my credit card had not been accepted when in fact it had been accepted and I had been charged. This meant that I was charged 3x instead of once. Now almost 2 weeks later only one of the promised refunds has come through.
It took some 7 international calls at my cost to try to sort out the order, delivery and payment mess.
They now refuse to respond to my emails.
Their website says that " We have attempted to make contacting us as easy as possible." What a joke - the “make contacting us as easy as possible” link does not work.

I just want to express the shocking service that NetFlorist has become. This is a typical organisational design problem for a small business that has grown and is struggling to keep up to standards and with employees who are just shocking to deal with.
I placed a same day delivery this morning…. It’s still somewhere in Johannesburg. I have had to cancel it after being on the phone holding for 10 mins and more because the agent was trying to locate it and to add insult to injury the person it was intended for is leaving the office to go home.
What is the point then of NetFlorist? I wonder.

Hi place my order on 29 April a week before the delivery date, and they never delivered the perfume gift.
Why are they still operating and allowed to do this to people. Most people who use services like that are far away from their loved ones and this is they only way they can share in birthday, weddings and funerals. And we are left helpless and disappointed. Some things cannot be undone.
They should be stopped.

I ordered my friend in hospital some flowers last week and Friday (18/03/16) and paid extra to have the flowers delivered the same day. That wasn't done. After lots of fighting and complaining on facebook they gave me some lame excuses. Their tracking system just showed order being prepared. I send 7 e-mails for help, no interest, no service, no nothing.
In the end I had to provide another address to them. This was on Monday (21/03/16). I gave home address and after another lot of complaints the flowers got delivered on Wednesday (23/03/16). I paid R569.00 for these flowers and was promised FRESH FLOWERS AND LILLY'S! I felt ashamed when my friend send me a photo of the flowers she received. It wasn't what was promised and definitely not worth the money I paid! The 1st photo is what I ordered from their website and the 2nd photo is what my friend received. There's no love in these flowers and I feel disgusted with this. I just want them to send my friend the flowers that I paid for and was promised. Netflorist isn't interested in helping. NetFlorist contacted the supplier and they have provided fresh flowers. Still not up to standard, HOWEVER looks MUCH better and ALL the flowers that were provided were provided.

I placed an order on Friday 18 December 2015 for delivery on Saturday 19 December 2015. I called shortly thereafter to amend the delivery date to Monday 21 December. It is now Wednesday 23 December and the absolutely unprofessional, incompetent, unhelpful staff at Netflorist have not delivered the product. It has been the same excuse every day - they could not track the hamper, or it was not sent through or some other excuse. They can still not confirm what is going on so I cancelled the order. The most inefficient staff I have ever come across - Urick, Craig, Waylon, Busi, Dudu, Thando... I think I know the entire team trying to get the order delivered. Absolutely shocking. I do not recommend that anyone support them as they are overpriced, unprofessional, unapologetic and do not get anything right!

I called Netflorist to find out if they deliver to St.Lucia, Kwa-zulu Natal. After the sales agent checked for me, she confirmed that they did deliver to the area. I ordered the flowers online for my mothers birthday and on her birthday I tried tracking the order online. After no tracking was reflected I called them only to be told that they do not deliver to St.Lucia in Kwa-zulu Natal. What a disappointment as when I placed the order online it gave St.Lucia as an option. Why would you list a town that you DO NOT deliver to? The agent then called me back to say that they deliver to St Lucia but only hampers...NOT flowers! I suggest that you contact your web developer and make some adjustments to the website in order to prevent disappointing any more customers.

I paid for and placed an order on 13 may 2015 for delivery 10 july 2015 and it is now 20 july and netflorist have still not delivered my hamper. I have made numberous calls and sent numerous e-mails and keep being told delivery will take place tomorrow, well it's been 10 tomorrows and i am still waiting!
