no delivery, no service
Actually I don't know why I'm adding this as they don't respond to complaints online. Not bothered about unhappy clients or try to assist. A manager is never available, staff incompetent to even do a change of address. Items not delivered, lies about it being on the way or that it will be delivered on time. This was supposed to be for Valentine's Day, now they want to deliver it on tomorrow which is Tuesday. Whether you deal with them calmly or getting livid means nothing, they just don't care. They take your money and just don't deliver the items. They have been doing this for years, they should know it is a busy time of year, get the required staff and delivery services in place. Call your clients back. Drop the items for the day it was requested. What is a Valentine's gift worth 4 or 5 days down the line? I want a full refund and will NEVER use NetFlorist as a service again and will also notify others not to use it as the disappointment and no care attitude from them is disgusting to say the least ! Management is non existent like delivery.
misleading pictures on site and customer service
i ordered a bonsai tree online with NetFlorist after confirming twice that the package did in fact come with the ACTUAL tree and not just the seeds (as the pictures on the website shows a small bonsai tree) TWO consultants confirmed that the package did in fact come with a small tree, although they couldn't confirm the size of the tree, i was happy with that.
On the day of delivery i phoned a THIRD time to ensure that is was in fact a TREE and NOT just seeds. the consultant then informed me that it was only the seeds. I am not happy about this!
I feel that the picture on the site was misleading and was in actual fact false advertising!
The consultant then told me that this mistake was my OWN fault...
AFTER I CONFIRMED TWICE ABOUT MY QUERY.
Clearly they did not know about the product they sell and cannot take responsibility for their faults.

I made a purchase on the Netflorist Website on Wednesday, the order was for 2 stems of Orchid Flowers. Upon my mum receiving this, she noticed that it was actually just 1 stem and the leaf was cut in half. There were just 2 leaves in the arrangement and to have 1 cut in half obviously made it look less attractive. I selected the arrangement which I did purely because the pic advertised on their website was of 2 stems of Orchids, had I preferred just 1 stem, I obviously would have selected the cheaper option which was just that. I e-mailed Netflorist right away and received no response. Netflorist claims to have a policy whereby they response to e-mails within 24 hours, this is certainly not the case. Not only are the pics advertised on their website misleading, but their company policy is an absolute ****as well! I live in the UK, and calling them means incurring additional costs which causes me great frustration and disappointment. Their customer service is pathetic and I would not advise purchasing from them!
I ordered two gifts on Friday (11 March 2016) for a delivery today (15 March). The gifts took forever to be delivered. I called Netflorist Johannesburg a total of 5 times to inquire about my delivery and received the same feed back " they are on their way". The service is appalling, delivery either takes for ever or does not happen at all. Website is filled with empty promises.
Highly disappointed. Never going to use it again.

On the 21 December 2013 my Husband ordered a bunch of ROSES form you it went off 3 times with that order so my husband call the call-centre and they said they will have a look and call him back so it went on we were waiting like IDIOTS for someone to call us back Start from 2014 I sent 3 emails with the proof of payment explaining to them what was going on the same day about 4 hours after sending my emails and still no call i decided to call the call centre a man pick up the phone so I told him the story and he said to me “I’m Sorry ma’m but we have only one person working with the emails (Really a big company like that has only one person) so I ask him how long will it take for someone to call me back he said to me I DONT KNOW how do you work and don’t know your JOB can you explain that to me so i ask him a month or two or maybe a year? I DONT KNOW he said so I said Thank you a week pass till no answer from no one so I decided to call again i got through to a man by the name of Christopher and told him what been happening he told me he will look in to it and then the money should be refunded by Tuesday so i left it a week pass no email no money no call no nothing (use to the service I’m getting by now) I phone Yesterday again 15 January 214 I ask if i may please speck to Christopher they told me he is on lunch he will be back in 10 min time so i left it till about a half an hour after that still no call so i called again they told me Christopher has just left for lunch now so i gave it another hour and said can i please speak to Christopher so she said SORRY Ma’m Christopher is not in today can I help so i said please put me through to the manager office so they said wait here Christopher now so he told me they are busy with it can i give him 10 min and he will get back to me so I said ok no problem this morning i woke up time went by still 10 min waiting so after 12 today I called again and spoke to a woman she said well i have it my email has just gone down give me a few min will try to email will call you back at 4:45 I called again and a lady answered my call and said the manager is busy so I said I will wait for him on the line so I hold a bit she said he busy with another call I will ask him to call you back still waiting well another day has gone by still did not receive an e-mail or a call

late & no delivery
I placed 2 orders of flower (100 mixed roses in a tall glass vase + pink roses in a vase) with order no. [protected] on Nov 11, 2013 which promised to be delivered on Nov 13, 2013, this is what happened :
1. No delivery was made on Nov 13. So I made calls and sent emails, post complaints on their facebook, then the delivery of 100 mixed roses was made on Nov 15 (at 11 pm!), and they forgot to send another order! Sadly, the mixed roses only wrapped in bunch because they said their supplier in singapore doesn't have the stock of tall glass vase !
2. Until many many calls and emails later, they made another promise to send the 2nd order on Nov 18, and until i wrote this down, still no delivery is made ! They just said they apologize, will check and give the feedback soon, but still nothing.
@Netflorist : you're unreliable and can't be trusted. This is not how people doing business. You let your customers down. I won't make orders again in the future and I won't recommend you to any of my friends or colleagues

My wife ordered from net florist. Nothing came on the day they said they would deliver. At the end of the next day they sent an e mail saying " it was delivered" when clearly nothing was delivered at all . (We were at home during their alleged times of delivery). They will just try to e mail you responses with excuses so that in the court of law it appears that they have tried or perhaps there was a glitch in delivery. Do not let these people take your money they are not honest. There should be some sort of public action against the owners of this company.
no flowers on spring day, no happy experience and r300 out of pocket
I ordered a 'Spring Bouquet' to be delivered on 'Spring Day' 1 September 2009- with my invoice clearly stating same day delivery. I even gave them 3 contact numbers to call if there were any problems.
Well it's 2 September 2009 and it never arrived. First thing this morning I called the call centre at 07:10 - I got the voicemail telling me that the office hours are 07:00 - 18:00 and to call back during office hours? When I did eventually get a person on the end of the line, the response I got was 'oh, shucks I will follow up for you'.An hours later I got a call to say that the florist came back to them stating that no-one was home at the delivery address! I know for a fact that my Mother and Sister where both at home with the flu and I had the car - so if they did (which they didn't) go out, they couldn't have gone very far...
I also contacted our 24 hour guard and asked if any delivery had come for our unit and they showed me the log book stating that no-one had come for delivery and no delivery van had been to our complex yesterday! So who's lying? No flowers on Spring day, no happy experience and R300 out of pocket...
Valentine's Day and my flowers were not delivered because "the driver couldn't do it today"!
My boyfriend order flowers and still waiting for it ,he order 3 days ago
Firstly the site keeps refreshing all my input details to default and then on the chat it says "replying within 5 minutes" what nonsense. I just need to amend the delivery date of an order i just made but that seems to be impossible.
Constantly get span emails after unsubscribing and changing my netflorist account to use an email address that was created so that it could be spammed by netflorist without me seeing it.
I placed my order at about 12:00pm this afternoon. They gave me progress all the way, the package was out on delivery at round about 15:00 (latest) for delivery between 16:00 and 19:00. When I checked in again now, order is again being prepared. I'm in Port Elizabeth and it's a birthday gift to Cape Town.

Today its after 5 days 31st and still haven't received my order and no body is calling to tell me whats happening when I call the office there's no answer . please pay me back if u can't deliver. unprofessional! 100% same day delivery yeah? I am very disappointed in the quality of flowers that were delivered to me. My boyfriend had roses delivered to me and he too was disappointed as the roses were dry and almost dead.
I ordered a gift at 10am requesting it to be delivered the following day before 15h00 and i got an email that my gift can only be delivered a day later and tried to call their customer line to no avail and finally when i got an agent she placed me on hold for 5mins without a valid reason. Horrible service
I ordered a jar cake 5 days back they never delivered it nor they refund my money. They dont even reply the emails.
I have been using netflorist south africa for long time, they always have issue.

I placed an order for Johnnie Walker Black on the 14th of January 2019 for delivery on the 14th of February 2019 today is the 15th of February 2019 the order is still not delivered. I contacted them today they didnt even apologise they said i must call with an order number for them to cancell thats the bad attitude
