NetFlorist Delivery of flowers

Do not use Net Florist . I ordered 10 tulips at a cost of R949.90 for my 83 ur old mother who lives alone .she was so excited to receive her flowers . I tried to track the delivery with the given code but it did not exist . Payment was confirmed from the bank . I phoned Net Florist who informed me that day that they did not have tulips in stock . My mother stayed at home especially for the delivery but eventually went out in the late afternoon . When she arrived a bunch of old flowers was left on the road for her with no Mother's Day note . I am disgusted with Net Florist ! They are scammers . Beware !

NetFlorist Personalised photo mom choc tray

I ordered a personalised photo mom choc tray and wine (reference number: [protected]) and while the wine had the correct message on it, the chocolates had the generic "Love Mason" on it which is incorrect.

This is unacceptable. I had issues with my delivery of this and then the incorrect message is displayed once it gets to me. This was a gift which was ruined because of negligence which was discover as the recipient opened their gift (so too late).

Please contact me immediately to let me know what steps are being taken to rectify this issue.

NetFlorist Parcel not delivered within 3 days

Not happy with service at ALL, ordered on Thursday for a Friday delivery, order no: [protected].
Contacted Netflorist on Friday and on Saturday 3 times as well as an email, holding on every time for 10-15 min, and no one could get hold of the courier company and no one contacted me back!

I have no idea when this parcel will be delivered to my sick mother in hospital!

Your policy and you bragging on the websites, is same day delivery, and don't believe that, I am still waiting for her parcel to be delivered!

Your ladies are incompetent, all 4 that I spoke to, to get information!

IYesterday I spoke to a lady named Zenobia Diedericks and assured me that she will get back to me ASAP, she did send me a mail telling me that, but it is Sunday and no feedback from her or any other person that advised that they will get back to me...!

I please need the Managing Director to contact me, I need a refund for the parcel.

my mother has been in the hospital for months in and out due to cancer, without any visitors allowed to go and visit...but the one thing that will cheer her up has not yet been delivered!

this is the poorest service I ever encountered and this will be the last time ordering for you.

I need urgent information regarding this.

NetFlorist Netflorist Dishonours Delivery

Placed an order ([protected]) for flowers & gift for my mom 2.5 months in advance (24 Feb 2021) for delivery on 10 May 2021.

A month before delivery, Netflorist sends me a message that 'Due to a restriction failure, the delivery has been moved as the order was not placed from our Mothers day range we're unable to fulfill your order on the requested date. We sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience caused.'
They unilaterally rescheduled it for later delivery, which is not the date of the occasion.

As a repeat client, and having placed this order so far in advance, I do not accept the retrospect response that I need to order from any specific category just to have my order delivered - this is manipulative and punitive, after already confirming my order & payment! My objection only received a repeat response to order from a particular category.

Desired outcome: I request a full refund. And for Netflorist to cease this approach and honour commitments made to paying clients, particularly repeat, regular ones.

NetFlorist Click club card points

I purchased flowers on the 8th and 16th March online and I still haven't received any points. When I enquired about it I was told that the person who is supposed to upload the Clicks club card points are no longer working for Netflorist and that is not my problem. Please allocate my points my purchases was over R1600

NetFlorist Product lost by netflorist. Still waiting for refund

Personalized Baby shower gift was not delivered and couldn't be located by NetFlorist. Then it seemed as though another order was fraudulently signed under my name as delivered, although it was a different order number and it was never delivered.
Their agent said they would refund me, but they never did. An agent from their customer services also confirmed they would refund, but they never did.

NetFlorist Net florist very late delivery and final gift presentation

My daughter recently sent a gift for my wife via Net Florist from Johannesburg to Amanzimtoti in Kwazulu Natal, which was due to be delivered on 30th May 2021 in time for my wife's birthday on 1st May 2021, which never happened !

She then received an official message from Net florist on the 30th May 2021 stating that this gift had been delivered and was signed for by my wife - Again this was not the case!

As all calls to the Net Florist Customer call center remained un answered over the weekend I then queried this numerous times on Monday 3rd May 2021 on their customer care line and was just fed various excuses and told that they would investigate and let me know. Only after stating that this response was really unacceptable and un professional and also stating that I suspected business fraud here did I receive some co operation and eventually the parcel was delivered on the afternoon of the 3rd May 2021, this being 4 days after the due date.
Then finally to put the cherry on the cake the presentation of the gift itself was disgusting with the box not wrapped and just tied in a knot with a dirty ribbon. The accompanying teddy bear was not even wrapped and just shoved into a dirty plastic bag which was absolutely pathetic considering the amount of money that was spent on this item.

NetFlorist Rosey birthday Bouquet

I placed an order for a 24-rosey bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. I paid R780 for the bouquet + delivery charges. This bouquet and one other item was to be delivered on 30 April.

1. I had to pay 2 x delivery charges for 2 items to be delivered on the same day to the same address.

2. The bouquet arrived on 1 May and not 30 April.

3. The bouquet only had 10 roses in it with the rest being leaves and cheap fillers. I paid for a 2 dozen roses bouquet - there wasn't even a dozen roses in the bouquet which was delivered!

This is total misrepresentation of product advertised vs product delivered and paid for. Deceptive and unacceptable - feel scammed and embarrassed at what was delivered!

Desired outcome: Deliver what I ordered and paid for.

NetFlorist Product was different to what I ordered & Customer service

Ordered Monday 19 April- dstill not complete

I understand that errors happen and can be rectified (please see listed below). What I find; and I'm sure you'll agree, is that rude and appalling customer service is completely unacceptable. During a live chat session (with Rene) to resolve the queries below, the session was abruptly ended ‘you have reached us outside of working hours' with no resolution; it was rude and this is not how customers should be treated.

Summary of errors:

1. Delivery fee - charged full delivery fees for each item even though (all three?) are all being delivered to the same address, on the same day.
2. Cancelled items - refund processed for the extra delivery fees, however two items were then automatically cancelled as they had not been deleted.
3. After follow up these items were reinstated.
4. Wrong order- ordered a white pot with a Thyme herb, but recipient received a red pot with a celery herb

The original order was placed on 19 April and is disappointly still ongoing. This needs to be resolved asap, please. Given everything that's happened, at the very least, I don't think it is too much to ask for the wrong order to be credited in its entirety.

I look forward to an improved customer experience by Netflorist by promptly resolving the errors above.

NetFlorist Service

I placed an order on the 23 March for a surprise for someone very special to me to try make them feel better about an important test that they were stressing about and I wanted them to know I was thinking of them and proud and they would do well. So I ordered the Secret Ingredient Hat Box that has a Tex in and the peppermint crisp etc, all his favorite chocolates in it and I did it the day before and checked and it said it would arrive the next day. the 24th March. Firstly I never received a notification like I have times before so I sent a message online and queried this and said I have not received an order number or anything. A lady was very nice and sent me my invoice and confirmed my order and said it would be delivered the next day and I said thanks so much this is a surprise I was just worried. The next day I try track the gift and it says on my profile I have no orders? So I query online on the chat yet again and it takes over an hour for someone to help me while I am extremely busy at work( oh I can't get through on the phone I keep being put on hold) so finally someone answers and says oh sorry there was a online fault/issue and my order will only be delivered tomorrow, I got upset and said was no-one even going to let me know, this is supposed to be a special surprise for someone, they half heartedly apologize and say sorry for the inconvenience caused my order will be sent tomorrow and I ask can my order be updated so I can track it please and she says no because the courier cannot be tracked? Later that evening I get an email stating Thank-you for my order with a new order number and a delivery date of the 26 March, I was promised by Lerato from Netflorist my order would definitely be delivered the 25th March which already ruined the surprise and the point as test was done and defeated the point of everything but I still wanted him to feel special and say well done. So I sent 2 emails which were ignored, I then went online again this morning - 25th March and tried to get help which took almost over an hour while I seriously busy at work and then an agent comes on and then goes off when I don't reply immediately and says no-one answered so they closing this session or however they worded it. I complain and resend my issues and order number and said I am busy and trying to do my job and have waited for so long and then they just go away before I can try answer. Then they look into my order and he comes back and says oh sorry it will only be delivered tomorrow the 26th March as they had to replace the order and do a new order number? I said that is not my fault, how can no-one inform me properly when I was promised my order would be delivered today and when it is already a day late and everything is ruined and I have been messed around. Again I get a less than satisfying oh we are sorry, I ask please can someone actually help me properly and sort this out, it cannot be delivered tomorrow as the person will no longer be there tomorrow as he was away for this test and he was leaving on the morning of the 26th. So they say oh well that is when it can be delivered or do I want to change the delivery address and receive it somewhere else. Basically no-one was very bothered that you people screwed up my whole order and surprise and ruined everything. After about 2 hours of arguing and waiting and trying to sort this out, I finally just said deliver it to my office and I will sort it out myself in Jhb. I still got a crappy reply as they thought Boksburg North was Jhb North amd he said that it can only be delivered to Jhb North Friday 26 March. I said I am in the East and you would think after messing up my order twice now, ruining my surprise and such terrible service that someone from Netflorist would try help me and sort this out now. I said I am not at work tomorrow as I am going to hospital and the person who it is for would be traveling. Finally this guy decided to try help, almost another 30 mins later he says ok it will be delivered to me at my office today 25 March. I say thanks and I don't even get so much as sorry for this huge mess and ruining everything and screwing up twice and giving such [censored] service, I just get a mediocre sorry for the inconvenience type of reply and a while later a phone call to confirm my order is definitely finally coming. Needless to say, I am disgusted with Netflorist and the service, I so upset and disappointed. I will never use them again and I used them often and for work as well. Only at the end of this I get the order and it is not the right one, no tex, no peppermint crisp, no chocolates like the picture or what I chose. I got chomps and other Cadbury that I did not want. I am so unhappy and so done with Netflorist. If I had handled that I would at least have sent the customer something to say sorry and try be nice. What a joke.

NetFlorist Huge delay in response - total order (x3 items) not yet delivered - no feedback yet

I sent an email requesting response/feedback this morning at 09:02. Second email requesting response sent at 12:16... To time of writing this still not any response. x3 items ordered to the same address with delivery date of yesterday. x2 items delivered. Not sure what is happening about the 3rd item — that's why I am asking feedback. I have tracked my order (Personalised botanic white towel set) — it has not passed the processing stage yet since the order was placed 36hrs ago... It is agonizing not getting a response or a call or anything - really not ok with me to get such poor service after being so excited about sending quality gift to a person!

NetFlorist Delivery of my flowers

I placed an order for a bouquet of roses with total cost amounting to R389-00 with Netflorist on the 26th of February 2021. When I tried to order online it said the supplier does not deliver to this area on the Sat, 27th Feb 2021. I then called the call centre and spoke to Zinobia who took my order, called the supplier and said it can be delivered on the 27th of Feb 2021. I paid in full via card and received sms notification that the money was deducted by Netflorist from my card. I called on Saturday 27th Feb to check on my order, spoke to Tshepo who advised it will be delivered that morning. BY 12h00, no flowers arrived, so I called again and spoke to a very rude unprofessional woman by the name of Waydeen Van Spavel who was very unhelpful and insisted she is correct, she contacted the supplier who is not answering the phone, she said the flowers will be delivered by 5pm on Sat, it was not the end of the day and she cannot assist any further! I know that on a Sat, all stores close at 12h00 or 13h00 therefore I got panicky. I further requested for the supplier's contact details so that I can directly contact them but she said she was unable to divulge this info. I was supposed to leave at 4pm for some errands and then dinner but due to this expectation of the flowers arriving by 5pm latest, I stayed on and only left then... still no delivery at 5pm. I called this morning, spoke to a very helful lady, Carmen Swarts (Netflorist should employ more staff like her) who contacted the florist only to be told that someone from Netflorist called them on Sat, 27th and asked to deliver on Mon - kindly investigate who this someone is as I did not give the instruction to change the delivery date! This someone should bear the brunt and take full responsibility and pay the cost of the flowers. For me it does not make sense to deliver the flowers today and my daughter's birthday was on the 27th of Feb... I could have easily purchased flowers from Woolies or Ram's florist in PMB. I trusted Netflorist as I ordered before and had no problems. I am totally unhappy and disgusted with the service from Netflorist AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, EVER! It does not make sense to have flowery adverts all the time when you cannot keep up to a simple delivery that was paid for. Please can I be fully refunded for this mess up by Netflorist staff. I ordered a mug for my boyfriend and realized a few minutes later that I chose the wrong one. I decided to chat to the manager online about my fault and they couldn't help me they only advised me to cancel the order with a 50% cancelation fee for something I ordered just a few minutes ago.

NetFlorist False advertisement on website

They show pictures and describe the product as a set. But one give u one item.
I ordered a personalised little prince spoil set which the picture shows a hooded baby towel with a gown and booties and lotion and bath soap.
Dam was I disappointed!
Only received a gown. Nothing else.
The picture and item describe meant a set and price showed r299 for the set.
But I got only one item.
Wen I contacted them. They didn't seem to understand that they was wrong. I asked to return the gift and they wanted to charge me to return it. They are misleading people and robbing them. Showing us one thing and giving us just one thing. Very disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone

NetFlorist Failure to Deliver & False Advertising

I placed an order online and followed their ordering process, no where in this process did it mention delivery times or that orders to residential areas would be done by 8pm, How is it possible to deliver to an office at 6pm ? When taking orders online their system should provide an approximate time of delivery.
My order number is [protected] and I had to call the contact Centre 3 times to follow up only to be advised 14:30 that the delivery will take place between 4:50 and 6PM . Who is in their office at 6pm to collect deliveries ?
The whole point of arranging an online gift is to spoil someone on their special day, What is the point ordering from Netflorist if they will delivery after the day is completed.
Over and Over again I have been extremely dissatisfied with the services and even more ontheir customer relations and employees attitude. I have lodged this complaint on their page and was advised that their terms states residential address would be delivered by 8pm according to their terms of delivery - This information was not provided to me at the time of placing my order.

NetFlorist You have lied about delivery, we have not signed for anything

I ordered items to be delivered on the 9th of February when it was not delivered I asked for the order to be cancelled
I was told it was cancelled for the last 2 days, I have multiple chats with agents ensuring me its cancellation as I've informed them I had to go with another service provider
Today the 10th I am told the items were delivered and we have signed for it
But we gave not!
The lies!

NetFlorist Poor service delivery

I ordered a Birthday cocktail kit for my boyfriends birthday as we are unable to be in the same province for his birthday.
I placed the order on February 2nd, 2021.
Everything went through, payment was made and accepted.
According to the tracking portal on the website, the item was out for delivery.
I decided to use the live chat option to inquire about anticipated delivery times.
I was then advised that there is no stock of the item.
I decided to call to inquire about a way forward or if there had been an error. Unfortunately I was put on hold -on and off- for about an hour.

The matter had not been resolved, and my boyfriend did not receive anything for his birthday.
I requested a refund.

I am quite unhappy about this. I ordered early to avoid being in this situation. Disappointed.

NetFlorist Service

All the advertising and promises is ****. I placed an order for delivery today as it's my mums Birthday and I'm not available only to be told it's been delayed and will be done tomorrow.
Pathetic. Firstly online I was told delivered. We called then told same thing. I had to call my mum and ruin the surprise only then to be told it's delayed. Are you guys that bad with service?
Order canceled and I expect a full refund.
I should rather have tried 1 of the local guys bear home than you.
Hope you happy Netflorist you ruined my mums surprise

NetFlorist Personalised Love Joy Mugs

This is the most pathetic service I ever experienced. I have ordered 2 mugs and ONLY ONE WAS DELIVERED.
I asked for delivery on Friday 29 January as I have a function on Saturday and this order was my present.
First of all I phoned twice and send an email on Friday and asked that they must inform the driver that our office is closing at 15h45. Nobody even bothered to give my message to the driver.
Secondly I have just received a parcel from NetFlorist and GUESS WHAT ONLY ONE ITEM WAS DELIVERED.
Once again I am only working until 15h45 and I want delivery of the other mug today.

NetFlorist Delivery of arrangement order number [protected]

An order was placed for delivery for the 21st of Jan 2021. A call was made via net florist to reschedule the delivery for a later time on the 21st .
The flowers were meant to be delivered at 15:30 which did not happen . The client called to determine what time it would be delivered and was told on the 22 Jan at request from the client to do so after 11:30 as it was already a day later.

After numerous calls by the client on the 22 Jan there still was no clear direction on a time the flowers is being delivered. It is now 17:00 and the flowers has not been received .

Please return the money and cancel the order as it appears the flowers is not even being delivered on the 22nd of Jan .
No one wants wilted flowers and the day of the birthday has already been passed .

There is clearly no professionalism from netflorist .
