Poor delivery
Ordered a personalized item for my wife to be delivered 19 August. 23 August item still not delivered, when I called regarding the delivery I was told that my area does not get deliveries on Fridays, if the item was delivered on the Thursday like it should've it would not be a issue but If you cannot deliver on a specific date then the next day should be the delivery day not rhe next week, irrespective of whether the area is on schedule for service delivery or not.

Absolutely paretic service from these guys i order stuff online for my anniversary only to be disappointed by stuff that has been miss. i urge guys not to use these guys as this is the worst service ever and thigs are constantly missing, i request a refund from these guys as i would not want to use them again.

Wreath
I ordered a Wreath on the 4th of August for the delivery to be made on the 5th of August. Today the 6th August, the Wreath has not been delivered.
I have called twice today following up and I was promised that it will be delivered but those were empty promises.
They even called the Family and promising them that the Wreath will be delivered today but they haven't received it.
This is so disappointing, the funeral is tomorrow. The service delivery has gone down. I have never experienced such service and I think after this order I will cut ties with Netflorist and look for another company

Non delivery
Terrible and Disappointing service, my brother ordered a gift for my mums 70th birthday today 6th August 2021.
He asked specifically that the goods be delivered after 2pm, I received a call at 1pm to tell me the goods were at my house, bear in mind my brother stays in Canada, I asked the guy to please advise if he could come back to which I received no confirmation, I tried to chat online and they are beyond hopeless, so I called the call centre to be informed the driver was going to Vosloorus and wouldn't make it back to me today and would deliver tomorrow.
When I told them I was unavailable tomorrow and needed the order today even offering to meet the driver somewhere, I was told the matter would be escalated, I offered to even pay the driver for his time, so the only time she will maybe her gift is on Tuesday, pathetic!
If I cancel the order then I have to pay shipping fees, what a load of [censored]!
I will never order from Netflorist again!
If I don't have delivery by 5pm today at 21 Jacaranda Street, Mimosa Park, Germiston as requested, I will be requesting a Full Refund without any charges on shipping!

I ordered the attached flowers to be delivered to the grieving widow of one of our staff members who we lost to Covid 19 in the early hours of yesterday morning.
It was meant to symbolise our support for her and her son during this terrible time, but instead it looks like a half-arsed (sorry for the expression, but there is no other way to put it), slapped together arrangement as an afterthought.
I have attached a picture of the flowers that she received. When compared to the image on your website, I am sure you can understand why we are so disgusted with Netflorist.
To whomever slapped that arrangement together - shame on you!
I will never use Netflorist again.

Bad service and theft
Terrible service.. Did not even receive my delivery.
Two gifts was send from my husband to me. The one was delivered by a very rude delivery man. Two of the three balloons was almost deflated.
The second gift was not delivered at all.
After this was queried with them they replied that I signed for it... Which was not true.
This is not only bad service bud also theft.

Considering the exorbitant prices that customers pay for the products and service which we expect to be prompt and as stipulated on the order, it is disappointing that NetFlorist does not keep to its promise and arrangement as paid for by the customer.

Email spam
I opted out from receiving emails from the NetFlorist website on 2 occasions and replied to emails from the company requesting to be unsubscribed, most recently in the middle of May. Since this time I have received more than 8 emails from them (only 8 saved in my inbox at the moment). I would like to be removed from their mailing list and for them to be fined for their breach. Wrong personalised photo on father's day
A personalised acrylic photo frame was ordered for fathers day. We received the parcel on father's day but it was a picture of someone else! How could a gift delivery service screw up so badly? Completely unhappy with them. Even if they sort things out, what does it matter? You already caused embarrassment of the sender in from of the receiver! I will never use them again and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Don't waste your time and money with them, they don't know how to do the one job they get paid for!

I placed an order for a personalized wall clock and paid the same and was advised later on Netflorist cannot assist with this anymore. The order was cancelled. I have been following up on this refund and have not received any feedback since. The order was placed 19 April, delivery was supposed to be 26 April. Fake advertising
Horrible service, received roses which were not even opened up yet. The bouquet was nothing like the advertisement made on their website. Waited for the roses to open up never did and worst they are all dried up within days. Do not order from this place they are a rip off. When enquired from customer service they claim it is too late. How it is you cannot do anything about it when you are doing fake advertising on all your social media.
Never purchasing from Netflorist again
Never purchasing from them again. Website is user-unfriendly. Select a gift from the "same-day delivery" options - when you get to the checkout page, it forces you to choose a later date, which was 4 days later. Also can't type in street address in the provided greyed-out block. Try calling them, no answer. Send an email, an unhelpful response came 2 weeks later. 2nd time purchased: email me a day after purchase to tell me no stock available. Offer me credit to purchase from them again. Takes forever to respond to my emails. They then sent my recipient a complimentary apology gift, but the flowers were falling apart when it was delivered and flowers were already wilted the next day. Apparently delivery guy also dumped the gift on the bin. Very pathetic service, over-priced gifts and delivery cost. No prompt customer care, bad delivery service. Also they keep spamming my email with adverts, yet i constantly click unsubscirbe from all email, and still get adverts from them. Never ever purchasing from Netflorist again and hope no one else wastes their time with this company. Unproffesional, awful business.
Roses not delivered - a month later refund still not received - order number [protected]
We ordered flowers on the 28th of April for delivery on the same day. The roses never arrived, we were told a refund will take 3- 5 working days. Countless calls to the supervisor to resolve the issue to date, we are told the refund was processed by Peach Payments on the 29th of April, we still have not received the refund to date.
I attach the letter sent to the supervisor below:
Dear Wendall,
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on the 28th of April 2021. I ordered roses for Name of receipient, delivery was scheduled for the same day in the afternoon but the order never arrived hence the cancellation.
The order cancellation came with an incorrect order number [protected] (Amounting to R289.00) as per the subject in Keanu's email below. The correct order number is [protected]. I have made endless calls to rectify this, and have spoken to list of consultants who are so inefficient needless to say - Mpho and Bridgette including Keanu. I have been told that you were on lunch, in meetings and gone to another building.
I am most annoyed that I wasted a day and a half waiting for feedback . My impression of Netflorist has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about doing business with you going forward, the inability of your consultants in following up on a query, my understanding was that it takes 3 - 5 days for refunds to be processed. We are now on day 13, that is totally unacceptable.
I trust this is not the way Netflorist wishes to conduct business with valued customers.
I look forward to hearing from you soonest.

Non Delivery of Flowers and Birthday Cake

I am totally disappointed with the service received from Netflorist .
I had an order (flowers & a cake) for delivery to my wife for her birthday yesterday. - 26 May 2021
The delivery was due to be sent to her workplace which was unfortunately closed due to a positive case of Covid 19.
I called Netflorist at 08:20 to make alternate arrangements but was informed that the order was already out and that they could not get hold of the driver.
I informed the person that I could meet the driver outside the delivery address or any other place in Pretoria to collect the items but I was told that this would not be possible as the driver was using an APP and they cannot get hold of him.
I was also informed that the delivery could be recalled and that they will then deliver to my home at or before 7pm which I found unacceptable due to the lateness.
During such a time as the Pandemic I would have thought that a reputable company like Netflorist would put measures in place to assist customers but sadly this is not the case.
I was also informed that if I cancel the order, I will be charged for handling & collection fees .
Yesterday we were informed that delivery will take place before 7pm but sadly this did not materialize and up until now 28 May 9am, no delivery has been done.
I had to apologize to wife profusely but she was very sad as her birthday had passed without her receiving the flowers and birthday cake.
Even though I had sent them an email yesterday morning, they did not attempt to sort out the matter.
This situation has left an unsavory taste in my mouth and I will never again be using Net-florist again as their service is totally pathetic.
Invalid voucher code for Netflorist/Vodacom campaign
Netflorist campaign vouchers not enabled therefore haven't been able to use voucher code and Netflorist has been trying to resolve this since January, no feedback, no updates, tagged and copied customer care, managers and agents who were dealing with my case but no feedback as yet, below is my communication with them so far
I won vouchers from Vodacom in January through their Vodacom/Netflorist campaign, but due to issues on the netflorist side I was unable to use these voucher codes and was told by their agent that I would still be able to use them after they expire, I have been following up with their agent and the last I was told was Netflorist had instructed vodacom to disable - Vodacom agent said "Netflorist had instructed us to disable the campaign until further notice for V-Day,
Customers have been complaining the wicode option your site is temporarily disabled as per the below screen shot"
Since this feedback Lakenia Dixon from Netflorist, no other update has been given either than its still disabled on their side, she will advise once this is sorted for them to request new voucher codes for me,
The last comms she sent was on 23 Feb as attached here, ever since no response, I have been asking for feedback, added her manager, the customer service team and other people that were initially on the mail trail and to date I still haven't received any feedback.
I think Netflorist does not care about their customers,

I ordered a red tulips pot for someone for mother's day only to realize that netflorist don't deliver on weekends in knysna . So I had to settle with Monday, then they couldn't give me what I paid for and told me they can replace them with a bunch of mix flowers which I agreed upon. So another day gone by. When the delivery must be done I got a pic of a pot rose plant that looks terrible and I then decide to cancel. I am still waiting on my refund. Poor poor service and made me feel embarrassed as I told the lady she could expect a delivery but alas nothing came. How can one do business like that ?
