Delivery Delay Twice
I placed an order online. It was delayed twice. The first time I spoke so a customer service representative that assured me that the flowers would be delivered by 12:00pm the next day. The flowers were not delivered. I called again and the customer service representative offered me a discount. The customer service representative could not provide me with any information, regarding the delay in service. The customer service representative offered me a discount, which I declined. At this point, I was finished with the excuses. I requested a refund. The customer service representative continued to offer me discounts, to which, I continued to decline. I continued to request a refund. This company is horrible! They do not deliver their product in a timely manner. They attempt to push a discount on you, as they do not want to refund a client. Please Steer Clear Of This Company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS FLOWERS! Order from your LOCAL florist. Avas is a 3rd party who take your money(literally overcharging you) and then call the local florist closest to your recipient and order it from them!
They never give the florist who takes your order the full amount you spend! I ordered at arrangment for $69.99 and was charges over $100 with fees and delivery. The florist whom Avas contacted was only given $50.00 which included delivery! My aunt called the florist to complain and was told the amount they were given, as i showed her the bouquet I had ordered. It was NOTHING like the one i had ordered! They basically took my money and had the local florist send something cheaper and tries to make the local florist look bad in return! They are scam artists! AVAS is a RIPOFF!

Flower delivery
I placed an order on the phone with them asking specifically for same day delivery. I know it was late but the rep I spoke with guaranteed it could be done so I went ahead and placed the order. Needless to say, the arrangement wasn't delivered on the same day. And when I try to contact them, I simply can't get through to them. This is such poor service. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for good service.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I should have read the reviews before ordering the flowers. They guaranteed me they would have the flowers delivered by 7pm. They were not delivered. I called for a refund and still have not received it. It’s been several days… they steal peoples money and don’t deliver what they promise! Worst experience I ever had dealing with a company.
Delayed delivery by days
On 1-6-22 in the early a.m. my 10 year old daughter wanted to send flowers to her grandma. She picked out a bouquet, it stated by 7p.m. the folling day they would be delivered. I made the purchase. They sent an email that the bouquet was no longer available then called and my daughter picked out another bouquet. The lady on the phone said delivery would be by 7p.m. the following day, 1-7-22. The flowers didn't show up, I went to my email and hit the tracking number, from UPS and it said they wouldn't be delivered till Monday the 10th by 7p.m. and already shipped and couldn't cancel the order. After no luck in sending Avas Flowers an email, I called U.S. Bank and told them what happened and that I dispute the charge, they agreed giving the notices by Avas fir delivery by 7p.m. and flowers being on a truck for 3 days. I also informed U.S. Bank that even their website stated orders taken by 3p.m. will be delivered that day. They had a day and a half and still lied about delivery time. First time in my 30 years I have called a credit card company to dispute a charge. I have the emails proving my correspondence and thus companies agreement for delivery by 7p.m. Friday the 7th, not Monday the 10th of flower arrangement in a vase being transported by any UPS or other carrier.
Desired outcome: They receive fine for misleading consumers, as I see alot of complaints have been levied against this company

Flower arrangement delivered to 179 Trellis Lane, Sewell, NJ
I received an unintelligible voice mail from and Asian woman from Ava's Florist. From what I can see the sender (my nephew Joseph Rinaldi) ordered this sympathy arrangement from Sam's Flowers (Order #[protected]). I was attending the funeral viewing and didn't return home until 8:30 PM to find a glass vase with ice cold water holding a flower arrangement which was not properly boxed nor wrapping to shield from the 20 degree weather.
Needless to say the flowers were drooping by the next morning. I feel that my nephew Joseph Rinaldi should be reimbursed for this snafu which involved the order being handed off from Sam's Flowers to Ava's Florist who did not properly box and cover the arrangement from freezing weather and carelessly dropped off on a doorstep where there was no one home to accept them.

I, Dorothy Kolasinski, in California, sent Linda George, in Oklahoma, a flower arrangement, but it was brought to my door here in Ca., instead. I refused it since it was for someone else not myself. This occurred on, 12/29/20. The flowers were delivered to my door, not the right address intended.
The female deliverer said she would do what she could to correct the mistake but I have heard nothing from anyone concerning this problem. The fees of $85.95 were taken from my bank account and the delivery female took the arrangement back with her.

They were for her birthday. She never recieved anything from me, I was billed $92.99 by Avas flowers. It was for a $39.99 bouquet and a mylar balloon. Not only did they overcharge they never delivered. Please look into these false charges and get my money back for this false delivery.

I wanted to purchase Christmas Centerpiece for my Godmother who is 100+y/o. At this point in her life, I wanted so much to make her smile and be happy since this may be the last Christmas she is here with family.
I found a beautiful Christmas Centerpiece at Terry's Flowers [ AVAS ] that I knew she would love. So, I purchased the Winter Solstice Centerpiece (Premium) Price: $89.99 arrangement. First, I was shocked seeing that there was an additional fee of $15.99 as a Service Fee, God only knew what that was for!
Well, my Godmother received the arrangement and her daughter sent me a picture of what it looked like. OMG - I was so embarrassed! It was DISGUSTING - HORRENDOUS - INSULTING - I didn't even look like a $15 arrangement you could get at a grocery store! Simple arrangement of a rose, carnations, another flower, holly, evergreen, and pine cones.
Repeated failure to deliver as agreed
I send flowers to my friend every year on a specific day that has a very specific, very sad and emotional meaning to her. Last year I ordered the arrangement from Avas and specified the date it was to be delivered. With no explanation and no communication whatsoever they missed the agreed upon delivery date and the flowers finally showed up at her home out of the blue a few days later when the meaning and significance of the day they were intended for was totally lost. I accidentally ordered the arrangement from Avas again this year, but then I remembered the horrible service from last year and immediately tried to cancel the order. A customer service rep responded and assured me he had contacted the florist to confirm everything was okay and the arrangement would be delivered on time this year, and he convinced me to not cancel the order. So guess what... once again the day arrived and Ava's failed to show up. Just like last year there was no communication, no explanation, no apology. Just lousy, irresponsible, uncaring, unprofessional service. I will NEVER order from Avas again Buyer Beware!

I oredelred the Rose and Carnation masterpeice $79.99 and a pink Vase $4.99
the company delicered a completely wrong flower arrangement with a see through vase, it was the smallest flower arrangement for $135.99 i don-t know whats going on but they have rouind my annaversery. i will never go back to them, they are a disgrace. The second order tghey sent me was much better but not the same as i ordered call the company and they would not give me the flower shop number, somthing is very wrong here.
Thanksgiving Bouquet
I ordered a Country Pumpkin Bouquet for almost $100. What was delivered was a bouquet of "greens" with a splattering of very small flowers. Nothing about it looks like what I ordered! When I call to complain, they offered to refund $20.
They also charge a $24. Service Charge which you don't see until the end of the ordering process. They're very unethical and do a bait and switch with what they profess to sell!

Bait and Switch
Avas Flowers claim to be located in Franklin PA. I ordered an orchid and they said it wasn't available and wanted to replace it with a much lower quality plant. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. No customer service is available and there is no way to contact them. Bait and switch seems to be their motive of operation. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!

My order did not arrive
I placed an order on 10-28-21 with a 10-31 delivery date, order 8683416. When the email confirmation came it say flex delivery (which I NEVER agreed to). I called 10-28 and was able to speak to a representative and said I want my order cancelled if it can't be delivered on the 31st. The representative called the florist while I was on hold, came back and told me it will arrive by the 31st. Yet today is Nov 1st and it has still not arrived. I want a full refund.

Product not delivered
We placed this order - 8623793 on October 5, 2021. We have not received a confirmation that it has been delivered. I have been trying to reach someone from customer support for several days without success. If I cannot get the delivery confirmed this afternoon I will have no choice but to report the transaction as fraud to the credit card provider and request a charge-back.
1. When I call the main customer service line I get an automated message that says "this order is scheduled for delivery on October 5 or October 5 2021" and then disconnects. ( today is October 12, 2021)
2. When I check on the website, I get a message that says "there may be something wrong and we need to look into it" or words to the effect.
3. I've called the sales line (the only line that is answered) multiple times and just get transferred back to the automated system I mentioned step one.
Desired outcome: If I cannot confirm delivery has occurred today I will requires a full refund.
Flowers delivered were not the flowers pictured on their site
10/9/21 - Ordered flowers for Mike Driver, Medical City Hospital, Arlington, TX.
Order #8631895 "Artists Design: Peachy Keen", large, with vase. Stated under their picture "Item pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feel." Pictured were:
peach-colored roses, ivory roses, and peach-colored chrysanthemums.
What arrived was markedly different from their picture. (Photo below is what arrived).
Very disappointed with the arrangement as my brother (Mike Driver) raises roses. The photo below shows carnations, fresias, and a day lily. One rose is seen in photo. Cost of arrangement $57.99, delivery charge $9.99, service charge $20.95 so with tax total came to $96.26. I feel this was more like a bait and switch and was overcharged for a less than desirable arrangement.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 27th of Sept. They delivered them on the 25th and the petals were falling off the stems. I have talked to them about this issue and they offered to reimburse me $20 off of a $89.00 bill. I ordered a $45 arrangement! Worst service ever! I ordered online with FTD, I'm sure they have had complaints before about Ava's. It was a Birthday gift for a special person and we have spread the word about this situation! I have always used FTD and am very disappointed.

Problem with delivery
I ordered flowers on 9/27/21 to be delivered on 9/28/21 to my 92 year old mother. Ava Flowers called me on 9/29/21 stating there was a problem with the address. That was resolved and I stressed that I wanted them delivered even a day late. Ava flowers always sends a delivered conformation with my previous orders. I still have no confirmation that they were delivered, and my mother isn't reliable due to her age. I have been unable talk to any customer service person.

Scam
I ordered an arrangement of sunflowers for deliver. They contact me the day of delivery to indicate that they do not have enough of the flowers to make a full arrangement but will be sure to "curate me something with flowers of equal or or greater value". I asked what flowers would be used and was told that it was up to the designer. I told them I would not agree unless I knew the flower type. Finally she gave me the type of flower and it is a blue filler flower to be used with an unspecified amount of sunflower. I asked to cancel the order and was told that I could wait 5 days and they could fulfill my order as intended. I told them I could not wait that long and was put on hold for the 4th time. Eventually got a refund after a 30 minute conversation that should have been 3 minutes. Clearly this place does this all the time with the old bait and switch.

The flowers I ordered are nothing compared to the ones delivered
Ordered a bouquet of 16 white lilies as the picture shown on website. They were in memory of a deceased lovely woman only to have an insignificant sad bouquet delivered. I need my money to be refunded. I had wanted to cancel when I realized I was with the wrong company. I needed HEB, a local supermarket with an honorable flower shop, but somehow the photos shown were from AvasFlowers.
When trying to cancel with AvasFlowers their representative convinced me not to cancel with a promise to deliver exactly as the photo. He also gave $10 dollar credit. I'm extremely upset.

Order # 8484036 - Fruit Basket and Mylar Balloon were not delivered to my nephew, Max Lewis and as of last night they have still not been delivered. I placed the order as soon as I knew the room number at the Northside Cherokee Hospital, which was on August 12, 2021. I found out later that day that I had the incorrect town, so I contacted Avas Flowers and gave them the correct address. I told them Max Lewis would be discharged around noon on Friday the 13th. When I found out the fruit basket/balloon was not delivered I gave Avas Flowers Rep his mailing address in Albany, GA. I totally understand why they couldn't get the gifts to Max in time before he was discharged from the hospital. But here we are on Thursday, August 19th and it still hasn't been delivered. If these gifts are delivered to Max Lewis, 5205 Leary Road, Albany, GA 31721 today then this is not a complaint but a Thank You! But if these gifts can't be delivered today for whatever reason then I want to cancel this order and have the charge of $85.82 put back on my charge card. And I'll order from a local Albany Florist. I have been very patient and have been pleasant to every Rep I have talked to and I understand Reps have contacted Max's wife, Paula, several times but still nothing has been delivered. The fruit basket and balloon have not been received by Max Lewis as of this morning. I received a message from Avas Flowers stating the gifts had been delivered. I called Max's wife, Paula and they have not been delivered.
Like I said above, I understand why the gifts were not delivered to the hospital but Max has been home since last Saturday and he still hasn't received his gifts. The Avis Reps can contact Max's wife, Paula to confirm they have NOT been received. Paula's phone number is [protected].
Please cancel this non-delivery and refund my $85.82 back to my credit card. I can not spend this kind of money on gifts that have not been received. This is not my fault that this request is several days, almost a week, after I ordered them on August 12, 2021. I have tried to work with this company and I've been patient, and they say the gifts have been delivered and they haven't. If they couldn't find the home, all they had to do was call Paula and request additional directions. Please refund my money back to my credit card, since the gifts have never been received. The flowers were delivered on 28th without chocolates. I was absolutely shocked when I saw what my recipient received: the flowers were not arranged at all, and looked like some poor and death flowers that the people threw away, put together and delivered as is without the box of chocolate.
