I needed to unlock my iphone and decided to try the website www.att-iphone-unlock.com. They promised to unlock my phone within 3 days, and they told me to pay them in advance. After I paid for their services, they only promised to help me and unlock phone, but they did nothing. I called them several times, but the agents were really useless and couldn’t tell anything directly. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

I disagree with the complain above as I'm their customer too. First I have never seen that their delivery time was 3 days. AT&T unlocking policy was changed in October 2013 and fast unlock delivery almost finished. It is pity but that is not att-iphone-unlock.com fault. I understand them as they are not the only company which suffered from this. All I mean that they are not scammers as my iPhone was unlocked (however not in 7 days but in 9 days) and I'm able to use any SIM card I need. It's all AT&T...
Ohhh very surprised that happened to you cuz i have a great experience with them. Ive got the unlock even before the estimated delivery time and was helped by their kind support team. It is very good service at affordable rate)
