Binding Estimate was given by Budget Van Lines and it was woefully inadequate based on the moving company they sent to pick up the goods. This according to G&G Moving & Storage and/or G&G Best Transportation located at 1409 Kuehner Drive, Ste. 146, Simi Valle, CA 93063. Phone number [protected]. G&G basically was going to hold the goods hostage until I came up with more than double the original Binding Estimate from Budget Van Lines. Budget Van Lines did nothing but tell us they were going to contact G&G to have the truck weighed again when they got to our destination. This did not happen. Do to Budget Van Lines estimate we were unable to have a very happy Christmas because we had no money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

May 2009 Budget Van lines was contracted to move belonging from Sedona, Arizona to Mentor Ohio. a two hundred dollor deposit was set up with sales man James at Budget . He was told we wanted only budget to move us and he assured my friend they would be the movers. She left for Ohio and I placed everything in storage packed sealed and ready to go with her return address on each box. May 17th 2009 At 7 Pm at night after two days waiting for movers a company called Energizer Moving and Storage from Las Vegas Neveda arrived. Budget Van Lines subcontracted this move. I witnessed all packages placed into storage and Every Box was there un opened and sealed except a lap top that was the last thing placed into storage unsealed. upon arrival to Mentor Ohio my frilend stated to the moving company that these were not her boxes. The movers stated that the boxes had to be opened to make them safer for move. My friend opened all the boxes and broken china and missing valuables worth $32, 000 dollars. She contacted Budget and they stated we must speak with the Mover. They are not responsilble.
The owner of Energizer Moving and Storage told us he was sorry and to send pictures and list of lost items and not to call Budget he would repay everything. He stated that he has sent all to Anthem Claim Management in Anthem Arizona [protected]. We live in Arizona and I called them over a period of Two weeks but nothing had arrived. This company and I call Enegilzer Moving and the Owner stated that we were liers and he was only going to pay60 cents a pound. We have no help. I have googled this company and they have the same thift with many people . I called Budget.One returned call from Mike Jensen and I was not home. I have call him 3 more times and he has nt called back. [protected]

They did the same to me, they quoted me one price and they subcontracted with a company that charged me double everytime i call budget van lines they put me on hold and hang up, they did it 4 times. When the truck delivered my goods it was damaged. Unless i paid them double the charge they were going to take my stuff hostage and charge me storage.
