NYC Housing Authority [NYCHA] - Screaming preachers

I have been calling 311 for months about the woman and the man that scream the bible and preach out their window through a microphone/speaker. This has to stop. They do this for 45 minutes every day and I can't understand how no one has taken action about this or if they have, how it is still allowed to continue.
I am all for religious freedom. I believe you should be able to worship whatever and however you believe... But... You should not be trying to cram your belief system down other people's throats, especially when we are still under quarantine and have to be stuck in our apartments.
I live over 400 yds away from the building in question: 1470 amsterdam avenue. This sounds like it is coming from my building and it is not. I have the window shut and the tv on a high volume and can still hear them.
I keep flooding the facebook messenger of the nycha about this and was told to "be patient" and they were working to find a way to fix this. That was way too long ago.
