The U.S. Bail Department leads the Industry in scams, grifters and impersonators. They are clearly a criminal enterprise. ˇhey post a schedule but do not keep it because they only get a couple of students. I read other complaints that were very similar. They list courses they cannot be legitimate as I checked all of their B.S. at these locations and this is no training address and no training period.
I called their offices and spoke to an 'Agent White', I think his real name is Charlie. They absolutely have no recognition for their services and no hint they were ver in the Industry. They dress up like police when it is time to advertise or market their scam services. If any of their claims were true that would dominate the Industry but they are simply charlatans and fakes.
I called ontime and after not receiving an answer got this Agent White on the phone who impersonated the government and said they are U.S. Bail and that anybody trying to use their name would be arrested. They should follow their own advice.
You will NOT get any bounty hunter employment after you finish even though they guarantee that all will be hired by them. That is also a scam as no one in this Industry would hire all of their graduates. They would millionaires!
I am from PA and went to their [censored] offices which turned out to be a rent-a-security guard office that pay for just their cases. They did not even have an office. Absolutely everything they offer is a joke. I also checked out their site and the call I made about them offering to set you up with their own P.I. license. That is impossible and one of gross criminal conduct
They pretend to be the government which is a felony. I heard several times from other people that they were under investigation by the FBI who cracked down these losers and shut them down. I believe some were incarcerated and their office were served with a search warrant and discovered mountains of evidence!
If you want a boorish and fake training school, U.S. Bail Academy is for you.
Here is a link from a Facebook page of theirs and you can see they have no friends nor followers. Not even a website anymore! https://www.linkedin.com/in/psifirm/
After I spoke to law enforcement agencies including local, state and federal entities, I was advised they never even heard of U.S. Bail as being legitimate but a scam and our under investigation. I believe they were kicked out Doylestown PA because they had to hide their scam business. They are located in Sunnyside Queens in a strip mall. Saw no evidence of that.
In my investigation which US Bail says that will set you up with a PI Agency for $100, 000 is just an abhorrent criminal enterprise. By law, they can not do that much less than charging even one dollar. You do not learn anything. Took their course nonetheless to see what actually teach in the course and it was a huge stretch from the Genuine Academy in Bounty Hunter Training Academy. Charging a dollar.
I did find a legitimate Academy by the name of Bounty Hunter Training Academy led by a very known International Bail Enforcement Agent by the name of Scott Bernstein which his history is NOT flawed at all. They have been in the Industry for over 30 years and they have all the evidence and documentation all over the Internet as the leading Authority. I took the class and and they had Bounty Hunting in the course the whole day on Saturday. Sunday was reserved for Investigative methodologies, mechanisms to ensure you that you will be extremely successful and far from a scam. It is completely legitimate and then some. The training was awe inspiring and I to a real job working after the course with a legitimate certificate. I am very successful thanks to Bounty Hunter Training Academy
They have presence everywhere on social media and was featured in front page popular magazines, newspapers, and even the only Bounty Hunter for America's Most Wanted but not a scam at all. Extremely legitimate.
To end, they even use Scott Bernstein, Carrie Underwood and others from a show called "American Bounty Hunter". Bernstein was the featured Bounty Hunter. U.S. Bail has not even been on a Boy Scouts ad or recognized for their achievements. I bet these charlatans were never even Bounty Hunters.
Check for yourself. Ask any legitimate bounty hunter or bail agent about US Bail and see what they say. Also, ask them about Bounty Hunter Training Academy and the names of Bob Burton and Scott bernstein who is a legend in the Industry with bestowed award which I documented.
They train in 4 star hotel meeting rooms which is 4-5 star rates. I am extremely busy and when I go to bail bond office to pick up contracts, the name is recognizable and said bernstein is the industry authority and you will get a solid reputable Academy that is hands-on for 25 hours and not some quack idiots and criminals and griter, charlatans and pranksters. Here you learn in a basement.
They also use multiple addresses. Here is another at 46-12 Queens Blvd, Sunnyside 11104. I heard that their business is still under investigation.
Their web site was even took down. See www.bountyhunteracademy.com to see the huge difference. Query the name U.S. Bail department on google and see what is there. Nothing but COMPLAINTS!
Desired outcome: FBI - shut them down in Queens in Sunnyside.
