About 2 1/2 weeks ago, I was at the Long John Silver drive through window. They asked me pull from the drive through and park out front to wait for my order. There was a truck behind me and it also pulled out front across from me. We both waited a extremely long time for the only two people who had ordered.. Finally a worker came out with a large order for the truck. When the employee was on his way back inside Long John Sliver. I rolled down by window and asked him where my order was. The worker said what I asked again where my order was. He came back in a very very very nasty way "Its being cooked". I asked him why he was talking to me like that. He said like what. The way you just came back at me. He said "What ever" and walked away and went inside. At that time a female came out with my order. I asked her if there was a supervisor on duty. She asked what happen and I told her, she apologized and said they get complaints on him. The supervisor (name unknown), who did come out. I told him what happened and asked for the District Mgr phone number. He said he could not give it to me but he could take my number and have her call me. I said OK my number [protected]) I than asked him the name of the employee and he said his name was Corey. I told him I was not finished with this complaint. Till this date, no one has contacted me. I am a retired Police Officer and now work in Retail. This is not the way employee should talk to customers. I can be contacted at [protected]@gmail.com /[protected].
