Hi,
On the a.m. if 2/12/2023 I walked into family dollar to purchase some things from your lovely company, as usual the workers in this store are, never working, on their phones, moving slow at register, listening to music, & giving people free stuff at the register, for instance the red bull case they gave me for the price of one single red bull in the month of dec/jan.
Today I asked the young lady at the register, politely if she could move a little faster due to every time, we come in this store she's moving slow. The manager is a Spanish lady and so was the employee behind register, the manager asked her what was going on and she started yelling and screaming, then the manager instead of saying "yes sir we will try to work as fast as we can sir," she started arguing with me to defend her employee which Spanish individuals do regardless of if right or wrong.
The employee behind the register threw the bag at me and called me a [censored], @ approximately 2:00pm on the afternoon of 2/12/2023 check your cameras and audio I have on a yankees fishing hat.
Then they kicked me out the store due to me asking them for exceptional customer service. The manager asked me if I wanted to get behind the register and work, I said no I just want exceptional service, I told the manager stop talking to me due to them both be ladies and I know how woman get.
So I threatened to call you guys and the manager said all you guys was going to do was give me a gift card (obvious sign they have been reported before) I do not want a gift card I would like them both terminated due to racial slurs or I will be forced to move forward with court documents.
This is a bad representation of your company, no professionalism at all, called a [censored], argued with, and no customer satisfaction, or anything done from your company to deescalate a simple customer service request and I was argued with, called a [censored], and kicked out the store.
as you see I took the time out my work schedule to contact you guys with an in depth complaint, not wasting my time nor trying to waste yours, they called it honestly for me to contact corporate. They do not care how your company looks, only how they do when they take a business request personnal.
I apologize to you about your employees, nobody wants to hear that, you do have low motivation employees, she looks unhappy and depressed thats why every time I shop in there she's taking forever. Last time she sped it up but this time she argued with me so now im contacting corporate.
