I originally contacted lensesRX on the phone to walk me through the process of what I wanted I was extremely specific. They screwed up my 3 pair of glasses and would accept no responsibility. I sent them detailed instructions in the box I sent, and not only did they screw up my glasses they sent me back my glasses in a different box not my glasses box and threw away my lenses I had in originally and the box. Accepting no responsibility, and to make it even worse they tried to extort 90 dollars more out of me which I refused to fix the problem. Then they want me to personally pay to ship incorrect lenses back which I refused. These 3 pair glasses are now useless to me. They were rare custom Elvis glasses I use in my profession. This company is lacking in response and customer services and accepts no responsibility for their obvious mistakes and attention to their clients. I now have to buy additional glasses if I can find them, so I have the tinted lenses again without a prescription. Extremely upset.
