September 13 we stayed here because of a early flight to head to Alabama, was the most misreable ever, the bathroom was disgusting and stains on the seats room smelled terrible, was told there wasnt anymore rooms available.. The mold was terrible and refused to take a shower in there, no other hotels had openings so didnt have a choice but to stay, what a sleepless night that was. I would never stay at this place again was terrible not counting the place needs to be upgrade the elevator was loud we took stairs...
Desired outcome: Refund or Courtesy Stay of nights elsewhere
