Richard is one of the LOUDEST managers in a service position I have ever encountered. He yells at his employees in front of customers, he is arrogant and rude. He made disparging remarks to a group of elderly men who liked to meet at this location. Because they only purchased coffee, Richard, in a loud voice, would make fun of these men and their purchase, or lack thereof... loud enough for the men to hear and other customers too...needless to say Richard got his wish...they have taken their business elsewhere and make sure they tell others how they were treated. I, for one will think twice before I ever go into this Brueggher's again. Richard could use some anger management training as well as sensitivity classes...what a rude man...should not be in the service industry
