Big Lots

The stores Circleville and Chillicothe Ohio is a joke. Was in there yesterday needing assistance and they acted like they didn't know anything. Chillicothe waited on management and the person never came up. I used to frequently shop there through the years and received excellent service. I ended up going to Walmart. I am saddened over the service I received but husband won't let me go back.

I have been shopping at Big lots for years and never had an issue that they we not willing to resolve. My husbands company spends thousands a year there because their service was amazing. I shopped two times earlier this week I don't appreciate the heavy blond in Chillicothe cussing to another worker earlier this week in front of my 4 yr old son. These are words he has not heard before. My husband said we are not to go back. I hate this because the furniture thats purchased is to help out others. Upon speaking to a friend, she too was unhappy with something. Her nephew was called stupid by a girl over him so he quit. I don't understand how this could be tolerated.

I was in Big lots needing help with one of the gazebos in the back and there was two employees on their cell phones. The gentleman that looked around 45 was loud talking about his personal life and I did hear a cuss word. The other one i'm not sure what he was saying. I'm assuming both were personal calls since it was the cell phone. So there was a rude blonde who helped me but I left because she seemed she had other things she would rather be doing and was brief. They lost a sale. I won't be back.
