On May 24th, 2021, my bank contacted me (Centennial Bank) regarding several attempted transactions at other Kroger company-owned locations in various states. I used my debit card on Saturday, May 22nd, 2021, at the Springdale store #3636 in Cincinnati, Ohio. I used it at the Pharmacy and Self Checkout. Several attempts were made at the following company-owned stores: Marianos #557 Chicago, IL, King Soopers #5075 Parker, Co, Frys #5623 Phoenix, AZ, Ralphs #5001, Compton, CA. Upon being notified by my bank's fraud department, I contacted customer service to no avail and the Manager (Sandy) of the Springdale store to no avail. Kroger has no desire to assist in this matter that arose from using their equipment; if it's not the equipment, it has to be someone within the store obtaining this information.
Desired outcome: To investigate the reported incident for proper resolution
