Kroger in Balch Springs, Texas75180 on Elam Road. Managers are missing treating a front end employee (Nikki) she works in self-checkout lane. She has to call repeatedly to get manager help. The line gets back up. She is the only person trying to help make all the customer happy. With no help! Why do they ignore her call for help? This appears to be a personal attack on Nikki. I'm the customer waiting 15 plus minutes for help.!? Someone needs to address Nikki not having assistance from store management. Please call me Mrs. Bobb @ [protected]
