Hired franchise Jan pro owner NAncy Dillard over year ago, I have had many disturbing incidents occur. My daycare centers is open til 12;30 am, so requires cleaning in the middle of the night. I have videos I have saved over the last years of multiple times small children are in my building either cleaning, running around or playing, Im told over and over that its against company policy, but it continues to happen. Crew is fired new one comes in. The children run my commercial sweeper cords over, They use only my supplies, I really need someone to contact me to view these videos and occurrences. I have been a business owner for 22 years. I do NOT leave bad reviews, this is borderline child abuse, having children clean at 2am. I have tried to discuss with owner and she cancelled my account . I would hope someone from Jan pro looks into this, If not I will be forced to hand over to someone who will look into this videos. Thank you Michelle Prestier

BEWARE Beware of ********janpro******** specially the one on Emery rd in Cleveland Ohio. I mean it. Terrel the man in charge will surprise you big time. You will spend your $ and record a LOSS at the end of EACH month. I tutor in Math therefore I had someone help me run the business. No one was happy.
We need to PICKET and take further action to get our $.
