Appliance Smart - Stove hook up

I ordered a stove and microwave, I got my microwave installed they said my stove will be about 4-6 weeks before it is in. When it came in I was called made an appt for installation for a Monday morning 11/21. They call automated said the Stove would be installed tomorrow (Saturday 11/19) I called them and said what about my appt for Monday, I have an appt on Saturday. They said Saturday was the only day to get before Thanksgiving. So I changed my appt and they came out. The 2 installers there said the cord pronge doesnt fit the box. I said get another one, I already paid for the cord. They said they don't do that, so I said let me call the store, because if you can't do this you can bring my stove back in and take this one back. My salesperson "Drew" said he would be out later that day..4:00 with "Justin" I think his name was to bring a cord from the store and hook it up. I sent him a picture of the "station" that the cord plugs into so he would have the right cable. At 4:25 I call him and texted him, he said and I have in text "he can do on Monday, told him I would be home at 4:00. Again on Monday,"yesterday"he said something personal came up and he can do tomorrow"meaning today"he said he would be there at 10am and will text me when leaving. So today at 9:30am,

I texted if he was on way, he said:"I am not I'm running late and dealing with another customer at the moment"I said:"Has to b done by 1030 I have my son there and he has to leave... remember you made appt with this customer yesterday... if not I will b in store to make arrangements to give my old stove back and pick up and refund the new stove..."he said:"Then you might as well come into the store because We are not electricians or plumbers and you have the wrong set up in your home a cheap electrician put in a dryer plug-in for your range that is not our fault we ordered it delivered it and got it to your home we did not install it because you have the wrong hook up in your home so you can come in and talk to a manager but my manager told me that you need to call electrician I was actually just trying to be nice and just do it as a favor."Now nothing can be done, he lied to one of your customers, I have everythng on text. I want my old stove back and new stove picked up.

I have been lied to and thrown to the side for something they blame me. I was never told about having an electrician come out till they took my stove and brought in new one. and I told them if this can't be fixed to bring back my old stove and refund me back the new stove. They assured me"which I have on Text"that this will be done. I am calling the Manager on Sawmill road now and hopefully I get a Manager and not someone else.

My Thanksgiving will not happen this year because I needed this stove, I ordered the Stove Oct 11th, and nothing was ever mentioned, about the cord even after I paid for one and he even said there will be 2 in the truck when they deliver if one doesn't work. At no time was an"Electrician"ever mentioned about hooking up my Stove. Even the 2 installers said"they will take care of you"this was after"Drew" said he would take care of this.

I am so upset no one knows, please respond back to me asap. I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO CARES FROM THIS COMPANY.
