Family Dollar - messy store

Walked in 2 people were standing at register talking no customers at registers. As I w the s walking through store there were carts of stock in the way. Shelves looked like things were just thrown on them. Manager was walking around eating a bag of chips. I felt as though she was following me. As I was checking out the associate made a phone call and was talking on phone taking her time checking me out she had no bags so had to walk over to get some. Other associate standing there doing nothing. Store was an absolute mess.

Store is always a mess. Even after closing for 2 weeks. I go in everyday and get a snack and a drink to get cash back. I usually get a four pack of M&M ice cream cookie sandwiches. Well the shelf in the cooler says $4.65. When I went to the checkout they came up $6.00. I have been through this a total of three times. First time the manager went and checked. She changed the price to $4.65.
The next day I came in and got the same thing. Rang up $6.00. Another employee checked the price and changed it to $4.65. On I believe the 21st of July I went back for them. There were none on the shelf but there was an opened box in the ice cream case next to the cash register. All 4 sandwiches were there so I asked if I could buy them. The manager said yes. She looked over the contents and rang the box up. Came up $6.00. As I was letting her know again that the tag says $4.65 she changed the price to $5.75. I told her that was not the correct price. She explained to me that sense they were in the ice cream cooler and not the cooler where the tag is that the price is $5.75. Really? Do employees make up their own prices?
I went in today 7/23/22 . Before I went back and got them I asked the cashier that if they rang up $6.00 is she going to change the price to $4.65. I explained the tag says $4.65. She told me (with a smirk on her face) that we are in the middle of price increases and I am charging you what it scans for. I asked her even though the sign says $4.65? She then told me "I don't give a [censored] what the tag says. Not changing the price".
So what good is it to put prices on tags on the shelf the item sits on if the employees will not honor the tag or just make up their own price. Secondly is it Family Dollar practice to throw inappropriate words at customers?
There have been multiple times I have been waiting in line and witnessed a customer and employee argue. Employees have no customer service training / skills what so ever.
Ownership. Please help. Save this store. Its close to home and I want to continue shopping there but not like this.
Thanks
