Saturday April 23, 2022, I went there for lunch at approximately 1145am. There were 2 people working and only 1 was behind the counter, the 2nd person was with his wife and 2 kids at the last table. So, this nice girl got our food and gave us our cups we paid sat down and went to get our drinks. I love Sweet Tea! Well, they were just making it, so I waited to see if someone would finish it. By this time the person that waited on us disappeared and the guy was still with his wife and kids and 4 more people showed up. He finally had to work. But still no sugar in the tea. So, I made my own tea because I had my own sugar. As soon as he got done with those 4 customers, he went back to his family again. 2 more people showed up and he had to work again. At this point we realized that the food is not very good, and the chips are stale, the food just didn't taste very fresh, and we are ready to leave. Well, we needed a lid and a bag. Where do you think the guy is, yep with his family we had to go to him to get what we needed and then he didn't even have any lids for the bowls, so we had to dump our bowl into a different container. He stated that the store was not sent any lids for the bowls. It appeared that the women might have been on the earlier shift. She removed her shirt as if she was now not working. Not sure about that due to only seeing the man and no other employees.
I really did love the Moe's Southwest Grill in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio before covid hit, but whoever you let buy it or run it now sure doesn't know what they are doing. We will never be going back there unless we see under new management on the window.

Desired outcome: I would hope that you would inform the store of the situation and that they make some quick changes. Family is important to all of us but when at the work place the customers should come first.
