This was eat in. 6/24/2020 the first time my wife and I have came out ! The food was not good at all. I got the Admirals feast, Mozzarella Cheese sticks. My wife ate my salad. Everything and I mean everything tasted the same. It must have all been cooked all together. We came home and both are not feeling to good. Could have got a better meal from a TV dinner. At least we would have had something that was eatable and the cost would have been a whole lot less. 4 different sea foods and all tasted the same. Very sad for this place. We are 72 and this is got to be one place that will not be going back to!
Red Lobster - Pick up service was horrible
My wife and I ordered online mother's day dinner after church at 1130 with a pickup time of 5:45pm. We waited unrmtil 7:45pm and still no food. I finally got the manager and told him my name, he looked it up on the computer and printed our order and left. He finally came back only to tell me they just started the order. Not only did I not get our food, I had a very disappointed mother and wife. This was the final faze for us, I don't think we will ever eat at Red Lobster again.
Red Lobster - Extremely rude waitress
My family and friends met here for dinner Sunday November 17. At around 5:45 p.m. we were seated. It was explained that since it was 13 of us we couldn't sit at the same table but would be close. Everyone was fine with that, the problem was 9 was put at one table so one of the ladies in my party made the comment that this was going to be too tight to have room to eat and was it possible to use the table behind the one were at. This waitress (didn't get her name) snapped "we will get the table ready if you'll just give us a minute "and walked away, it was so rude we all looked at one another and I said what just happened here? What did I miss for her to get so rude? My daughter said you didn't miss anything she must be having a bad day and took it out on Maria. Now here's the problem if this made her this mad asking a simple question (Maria wasn't rude or aggressive it's not even her nature )can we trust that our dinners would be delivered without any problems. I was thinking this and the others voiced it so we left and went to Outback and gave them our business. We spent $410.00 not including the 20% tip. Before leaving we told the ladies at the front that seats you why we were leaving and they looked at us blankly. No one offered to get a manager nor an apology. This is fine because there are so many choices out there for dining and I just wanted to explain why Red Lobster will no longer factor into our choices. Since this is your business I thought it important for you to know what happened. Thank You
