I pulled in to get my family some yummy onion rings (ages 2 &4). I was the ONLY car in line. Ordered and pulled up as asked. After 10 minutes of waiting I was asked to pull up farther to get the now line moving. I ask how long does it take to make the onion rings she tells me that they are coming right out. Another 10 min have gone by and we are still sitting here. All the cars (10) that I've counted have pulled up, ordered, and received there food and I am still sitting here waiting! For one yes one Large onion ring! Mind you nobody else is in line! I'm really getting frustrated and this is the first time I've had issues, usually service and food are great. If this becomes a normal I will not keep coming.
Desired outcome: Better service! And an apology from the workers who don’t seem to care.
