We checked in as a late arrival 5am Friday morning for a 2 day stay. They put us in a room with no water, Then switched our room for another room, This one had no towels, I went to the office to get towels only to be told that I had to turn towels in to get new ones, Well the room never had towels in it!
They Charged me a 50 deposit which was never mentioned until I arrived. Then when we checked out we were refused our reinbursement for our deposit because we had powdered footprints on the floor from powder being in our shoes and because we didnt make the bed?
Then manager for no reason, we weren't being obnoxious or rude told us to get the f*k off the property or he was calling Police!
Ive stayed in hotels befoe for eork and pleasure never ever have I been treated like this! I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again
