I had such a bad experience picking up my order Thursday 1/28/21. I arrived at 3:15 and checked in. One Other car was there waiting for their pickup. They received their order about 5-10 mins after I arrived. I waited until about 3:45 and finally called in to check on my order. The phone rang off the hook for about 3 mins and no one picked up. So, I hung up and called again. To only have a girl answer and after I told her I'd been waiting a half hour for my order she then sits the phone down and continued helping customers and for about 5 more mins I sat on hold, listening to her complain to the customer that I kept calling and it was rude to take a call while with a customer. I only called twice. Finally, another employee walks up and picks up the phone. I explain my situation that I've been out there for 40 mins or so. Give her my name and wait some more. A guy brings out an order to a car that pulled up after me. I asked what was going on and where my order was and he said the lady from the phone told him the last name for the order was Austin. That's not my last name, doesn't even sound close! So he loads the guy up. I say forget I'll go in and get my own order. He follows me and checks it in and then says someone will meet me outside to help load... Well, they don't. I load it myself and am pregnant so some I shouldn't have even lifted which is why I did curbside to begin with. No apologies from anyone either. The guy just said the orders weren't being checked in on their system. I understand glitches happen. But, while I was waiting someone received their order. They saw me sitting there. They should've put all that together and came up and asked my name. That's what they do at any other pickup place I've been to when the system isn't working. I left so frustrated only to have another customer be rude to me because she thought I was grocery shopping but parked in the curbside spot. I was also late to my nephews birthday party because of this. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
