We went to Store #603, Mason, Ohio for breakfast yesterday morning. The only clean place to sit was at the counter, on the high chairs. Those chairs being unacceptable, we walked over to another area. The waitress rudely said, That Table Is Open. It was covered in crumbs and liquid of some sort. We stood in front of a different area that had dirty dishes in front of EVERY CHAIR. After getting a dirty look, the waitress removed the dishes in front of 2 chairs, took a huge wet rag out of a bucket and swiped off the table. Just imagine the germs on that rag? She left all of the other dirty dishes on that counter area. I shoved them over with a napkin so they weren't in our face. Needless to say, we won't be back for that kind of service and filth. Also, they were not busy, so no excuse not to clean the tables with proper disinfectant and clean towels.
Desired outcome: Management should watch the TV they installed to see what is going on in their restaurants.
