It's new year's day and nowhere on the drive through window did I see it say closing at 6pm but I had been line for about 5 minutes with 3 kids in the car, including a baby. When the person in front of us finally drove off I got up to the window. I readjusted and moved car tad closer to reach the buzzer and when I hit it and they replied it was 6:02 pm and they said the closed at 6pm. I said i've been waiting in line & just needed pick up 1 prescription but was told they already closed computer for drive through. I felt this was horrible customer service. I was in line before 6pm and they should help someone waiting in line. Could have scanned through another computer or something but literally 2 min behind when finally get to window and tell me I can't get my script. Thank god its not medication I need to survive but i've never been so upset or disappointed in a pharmacy. I felt it was absolute bs. Makes me want to take my 5 scripts and switch to somewhere else just to not deal with rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful people from there again just because they cared more about leaving for the day then helping someone. Very poor customer service!
Meijer - an employee
I was in the produce department and was going to buy a grenade veggie tray. Well I noticed one marked down but it was half empty. I took the half empty one and anther that was full to an employee named Gregg I asked him why there was such a difference between them . He said one was marked because of the date . I asked if why it was only half full. ( I didn't want to buy something if someone had opened it and took some out) .He looked at me and Said IF YPU DON'T LIKE THEN DONT BUY I NOT MARKING IT DOWN. Now I don't know if it was because I am disabled and on scooter or because I not physically fit. But I felt he was rude and what he said was unacceptable. I shop at this store multiple times a week and I am truly thinking about finding somewhere to go.
