Its not quite 130 pm and my huband and I went in and stood at the Bar for about 5 mins waiting for someone to wait on us since the sign said wait to be seated. My husband and I are Diabetics and I was fine but he was crashing and need something to eat quickly. My husband said we wanted the Buffet the waitress said its clossed and we both looked at the Items and looked really full. When a person crashes things are not as clear as a person that is not crashing. She came to us and aked for our drinkm order and we told her we wanted the Salad Bar. She brought our drinks to us and asked if we decided on what we wanted? I looked at her and said we already said we wanted the salad bar and told he rI didn' t understand why she asked again. She replied that she thought my husband wanted something else? There was nothing said or done for her to think that. It was 134pm when she came to seat us and nothing was said at that point either?
The waitress walked away and never told us that we could get our food or what. Now we have "Never" been in that store. We live in Marion and we do not have a sit down rest. Reguardless why we were in this store there was no reason that my husband should of been talked to the way he was by the waitress. She raised her voice and said " I told you when you came in that the Buffet was closed" Granted there was a couple in ther and 2 Buisness men at another table. All looked up and looked our direction. She was not suttle at all. My husband was embarresed and so was I. He needed food and the longer we waited for her to tell us what we could do the worst he felt. The waitress had no name tage on and when I told my husband that we will go else where, where we didn't know? The waitress had an attitude from the begining. I dont know if she was upset because she was really ingrossed with the other person she was talking to when we finally got there attention when we got there. I asked for the Manager and that was the other person there. She came to the counter and told us the waitress told her everything and I said what happened to customer service and tried to tell her about the Buffet, she said ... she told me, the drinks... she told me... the buffet... she told me and then turned her back on us
" Have a nice day ".. very sarcasticlly, at the same time walking away from us. Iwas upset because she wouldnt listen and already oked the waitress to do what she did. I shouldnt of said it but I did. I said you are being a [censored]. We left. How can Pizza Hut have people like that working.. with no compation or experiance with customer service. If my husband wouldnt of took a hand full of the candy on the counter he would of totally crash and he was driving.. I dont know how to drive a standard 5 spd. I was so upset that the so called mgr didnt care. We will not go to a Pizza Hut again. If one store has those issues then so do othere stores and I wanted to be treated the way everyone else dose, with respect. If I did something other than stop the confersation between the mgr and the waitress like yelling or what ever that would of been on us, being rude. We were not. also, the mgr said it was a on going problem as to why they were talking and I replied thats not our fault. So I have spoke my peace and hope you have a nice day, stay warm and Thank for listening. Also, they need to clean there salt shakers because I dont like grabing a shaker and have food on it from many customers before. Thankyou, Philip and Chris Orcena
