My wife and I ordered 3 appetisers, one bowl of soup, and a piece of cake last night from your store in Niles, Ohio. Stupidly, I didn't check the bag and when I got home, found that they left out the soup and cake, which were not cheap. She called and they asked me to come back to get the remaining items and they would throw in a salad and some biscuits. I went back to the restaurant and, after letting the hostess know who I was, I took a seat on the bench. After 10 minutes, a couple came in and sat at the bar where they ordered some drinks and appetisers. After 20 minutes and no one at the register to complain to, the patrons got their order of appetisers brought to them. 5 minutes later, I flagged down the bartender and loudly asked if there was someone who could help me. He went back to the kitchen and then informed me that they were still bagging up my order. 25 minutes for soup and a salad? 5 minutes later the cashier brought out the bag and handed it to me, no apology offered. Needless to say, I was not very happy.
The restaurant was not very busy on a Sunday night, but I was amazed that the cashier only appeared every 10 minutes or so to cash someone out. Had I not gotten the bartender's attention, I would probably still be waiting there as they obviously forgot to put in my order.
Desired outcome: My time and gas were wasted and I got no apology.
