I was returning two dresses i had bought for my daughter. I had a receipt. The customer service representative refused to look at the receipt which clearly showed i paid $9.99 per dress. She all but told me i was lying, insisting that i paid $9.60 for one and $4.80 for the other and was only entitled to $12.39. I HAD THE RECEIPT! And if you add $9.60 and $4.80 it is $14.40 before tax!
Rude beyond belief.
