I went to the Kroger Pharmacy on Oct. 25, 2022 at approxmiately 9:15 am. I was at the ER the previous evening and sent a script in about 8 pm. There was no one in line or in the drive thru however I was told I needed to come back after 11am. I told them I was sick and needed to lay down and to have to come back was not good for me because of being sick. The girl who waited on me told me, and in a not so nice way, that others are sick too and need their meds also and they have more doctors than just mine sending in scripts. She was very rude and not even a smile when she came to the drive thru window. My script was a Zpack which all it needed was a label. I dont see why that was a big deal when I was the only one there. WOW. All I did was ask why I could not have my meds and she ripped me apart. HOW RUDE...
A couple weeks ago my husband and I went in to get the flu shot and stood in line for half and hour and still was standing there while the girl was still with the same person when we got in line. I have never seen such a slow process. She was still helping that lady so after the half and hour we left and went to Rite Aid and it took a total of 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork and get our shots. Gees, what a difference.
I think the pharmacy needs looked into for these issues... RUDENESS, and How slow the pace is in there. IT is very very irritating
