I frequent Chick-fil-a regularly (about every 10 days). I usually spend $52-$60.
At least twice I have been missing feed in my order. I've called to get a refund and was promised that I would receive something in the mail but it was never received! Last Thursday I went thru the drive-thru. Spent $51.15. Got to my daughter's house with lunch for the kids and I was missing an 8 piece. I called there there later. Could not reach a live person. Left a message with my phone number but no one call me back!
I know that they are very busy. I know that they try to fill the orders quickly but I truly don't like to be ignored about my orders and my loss of money!
