My husband was banned for allegedly stealing something, so when I go to the family dollar a couple days later the manager tells me I'm not allowed in the store. I asked her what did I do and she said your husband stole something so my boss said your not to come in the store anymore unless you just need cigarettes, but your not allowed in the store. This has been ongoing for about 6 months. My mother (73) wanted to buy something from the dollar store and I walked in and the manager said I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. I was humiliated in front of my mother and other customers. I have done NOTHING wrong. I don't understand how I can be banned and threatened for something that someone else allegedly did! So last night I stopped there to buy cigarettes (because per the manager I'm allowed to) and the manager stopped in and told a customer and employee to tell me if I don't leave she's gonna call the law on me! For what? What have I done? Being banned is ridiculous in the first place but to be threatened for doing something you said I could do anyway! I've had it. I'm done being nice, now I want something done about her and being humiliated in this very small town that I live in where everyone knows everyone! I have never in my life been so embarrassed! I am seriously considering some legal action.
Desired outcome: I want the manager fired and possible compensation for dragging my name through the mud and embarrassing me in front of a store full of customers on a couple different occasions and in front of my mother.

My son just happen to be walking when some boys caught up with him and allegedly stole water balloons while he was talking to an male employee she wouldn’t listen to him and kicked him out the store so I told him to go bk today she told him again he can’t come in so I called her and asked did she take something off him or the police she said no but he was with boys that were stealing water balloons.. my son isn’t gonna steal anything that’s what he allowance for she just profiled him and kicked him out as if I’m gonna just let her do that without a fight for his rights … They don’t follow procedures or policies but wanna bully and belittle my child.. Wrong Kid
