The call center system is a joke! Instead of pizza hut hiring an extra employee to help answer phone or cook, they route calls to call center. Call center is horrible, I have had several issues with orders not right. I have been disconnected while placing orders several times, then you try to call back and it takes 15 minutes for them to answer. I tried placing order last, and once they gave me my total and hung up I realized they only charged for one order of wings and I ordered 2. tried calling back, routed to call center where order was place. it said to change order press 2, press 2 and it starts back over and just keeps ringing. I ended up driving to Pizza Hut and explained how I coul;dat get through and how my order was wrong. Despite the fact the 3 employees were running around like idiots trying to keep up, Stephanie was so helpful and made my order while i waited. This system is so flawed, calls go to call center because employees are too busy, and call center has no idea how many orders that particular store has, but yet says ok order will be ready in 15 minutes. I have waited in pick up line sometimes for an additional 15-20 minutes after the pick up time given.
Pizza Hut needs to provide their stores with additional employees, they are always running around like crazy people to get job done.
