Logan's Roadhouse - Pickup order

Order # [protected] placed at 7:06pm 2/1/23. With my order of bread, I received no butter, which is the main part with the rolls. I also added utensils to order and it was not included. As I got in comfortable clothes in the hotel I got my food out only to notice missing items. It is not easy to get dressed again go all the way downstairs and hunt down utensils and I had a salad. Lastly, I asked for Mayo and ketchup on my burger and it was completely dry with no condiments, I do not like burgers without mayonnaise. Before I left Logan’s I peeked inside and saw it was the food I ordered and thought it was all okay, it wasn’t till I got ready to eat and noticed everything. Not very happy and very inconvenient

Desired outcome: I would like a refund as all I could enjoy was the fries.
