I have ordered the bblt two times. The first time the bacon was Raw! We returned them. They brought them back to us. The bacon was burnt to the point that my husband couldn't hardly eat his.
The next time I ordered, I requested crispy bacon. When I received it there was maybe two pieces on it that was cooked close to crispy. I returned it. When I received it back, most of it was almost burnt!
I strongly suggest that the crew be trained on the proper way to fry bacon! I understand that people have different preferences. However, almost raw bacon is unacceptable for health reasons.
