Suddenlink employee, Stephanie Barnett, Weatherford Oklahoma office called my personal cell phone from her personal cell phone to admonish me for my negative comments regarding VERY POOR Suddenlink service and her constantly closing our local office to attend her sons afternoon football games here in town! The mayor of our town is currently deciding, along with our community/citizens, whether or not to continue and re-contract with Suddenlink. The community is very unhappy with the service at this time and our suggestions are to discontinue service with this company. Ms. Barnett needs to understand that her rude, unprofessional behavior is one of the reasons for such negative comments. She doesn't care that customers aren't receiving adequate service, and when the office is open (which is rare), she is next-door visiting with another business person leaving the office empty. She is the only employee in the office at this time
